I remember at least three of these news stories regarding cars running on water – one was from a Japanese inventor, one from an American and this one from Europe. The American car was in the 80’s I believe, as the man had just set up the making of the circuit boards to miniaturize the controlling electronics – which of course would have made easy manufacturing. Interesting that none of these technologies ever made it out of the prototype stage – regardless of where in the world they occurred.
