Khazarian Mafia: The God Eaters

Part 1

Part 2

What Happens When The Internet Shuts Down?

  • Internet shutdowns are intentional disruptions to internet access and digital communications.
  • Shutdowns are a common tactic that governments use to suppress dissent.
  • “Shutting off the internet in times of political upheaval, civil unrest and instability is one of the key building blocks for authoritarianism,” a cybersecurity expert at the World Economic Forum said.

There’s been a recent wave of demonstrations across Iran with pictures and videos of the unrest flooding the internet, alongside calls for reform.

Yet protesters quickly realized that communications were being stifled, with popular messaging apps like WhatsApp and Signal failing to connect. In many areas, the internet was taken completely offline.

Internet shutdowns are a common tactic that governments use to suppress dissent and quell unrest. In 2021, at least 182 internet shutdowns were documented in 34 countries, according to Access Now and the #KeepItOn coalition, an international association of digital advocacy groups.

The practice has also emerged as a major human rights issue, with many arguing that internet shutdowns constitute a violation of freedom of expression and assembly.

How do governments shut down the internet?

While internet networks are often vast and complex, deliberately shutting down the internet is simple for governments—especially for more authoritarian states that maintain broad control over the private sector.

“For too long, internet shutdowns have been too easy a decision for governments to make, and too easy an action for them to implement,” said Felicia Anthonio, the #KeepItOn campaign manager at Access Now.

Governments, in coordination with public and private internet service and utility providers, can shut down the internet in many ways. For instance, governments can cut off the power grid or dismantle internet service infrastructure like cell phone towers and fiber optic cables.

Network routers and domain name systems can also be manipulated. Respectively, these techniques entail blocking content from passing through key network gateways, effectively stopping all internet traffic, and redirecting traffic away from intended online destinations.

Governments can also restrict access to specific websites or communication platforms—like Facebook, Telegram or WhatsApp—by blocking specific URLs or IP addresses.

Distributed denial-of-service attacks, which entail disrupting internet access by overwhelming a server with a deluge of traffic, can be deployed, too.

For example governments have restricted access to platforms such as Google and YouTube during opposition speeches, according to the internet freedom tracking organization NetBlocks.

“The method of internet interruption can give some indications of the intentions behind the shutoff,” said Gretchen Bueermann, a specialist at the World Economic Forum’s Centre for Cybersecurity.

“For example, some types of disruptions are relatively easy to circumnavigate for a technologically aware person, while others are nearly impossible, revealing a government’s willingness to paralyse critical infrastructure in the interest of control.”

Moreover, governments can enact shutdowns by slowing the internet to unusable speeds. This tactic is known as throttling and often entails restricting bandwidth capabilities.

In particular, throttling can make sharing videos and live streams—key components of modern protest movements—near impossible. In 2021, Access Now recorded throttling in at least 10 countries.

“Again and again, we’re seeing governments plunging people into darkness when they need access to information and communication platforms the most,” Anthonio added.

How internet shutdowns impact society

Internet access has become an integral and essential part of life for much of the world. In fact, in 2016, the United Nations declared that it considers internet access a human right.

Many opponents argue that internet shutdowns are a violation of civil liberties as they effectively hinder the public’s ability to assemble and cut off the free flow of information. This can allow authoritarian governments to silence critics and create distorted information echo chambers.

“Shutting off the internet not only disrupts citizen’s ability to get critical information and communicate with each other, but it digitally obfuscates the affected region from the outside world, further creating a path of least resistance for misinformation, disinformation and malicious propaganda,” Bueermann said.

Internet shutdowns also constitute a collective punishment, negatively impacting not only political opponents and protest groups but society as a whole. This is especially worrisome, experts note, given the widespread dependency on internet connectivity.

Such consequences include impeding lifesaving care at hospitals and disrupting schooling. During the COVID-19 pandemic, for example, researchers found that remote learning was significantly obstructed by internet shutdowns in Bangladesh, Myanmar and India.

“Shutdowns restrict a range of human rights, from freedom of expression and peaceful assembly, to economic and social rights, as people rely on the internet for their livelihoods, education, and health,” said Deborah Brown, a senior technology researcher and advocate at Human Rights Watch.

“What’s more, shutting down access to the internet and communications networks can cost lives, especially during periods of unrest or a public health emergency.”

Internet shutdowns significantly impact businesses, too. In Myanmar, for instance, the government imposed several internet shutdowns in the months following a military coup in February 2021. The World Bank estimates that the shutdowns cost Myanmar’s economy roughly $2.8 billion.

Another study found that between 2019 and 2021, internet shutdowns in 46 countries resulted in losses of over $20.5 billion, according to the United Nations.

Efforts to curb internet shutdowns

The frequency and duration of internet shutdowns are increasing, experts say. But so are efforts to document and circumvent shutdowns.

These efforts are largely a result of technological advances that can provide alternative internet connections through tools like virtual private networks and monitoring platforms that record internet manipulation and surveillance.Technology companies and governments are also working to combat internet shutdowns.

Google, for example, took steps to boost its connectivity in Iran last month after protesters were faced with widespread shutdowns.

The efforts followed the relaxing of sanctions by the United States to allow more online communication to flow into Iran.

Civil society, tech companies and telcos, governments and international institutions must come together and put an end to authorities’ hitting the kill switch”— Felicia Anthonio, Access Now’s #KeepItOn campaign manager

Moreover, as noted in a recent United Nations report, there is a push to develop international frameworks to better document internet shutdowns and provide legal recourse for human rights infringements that occur as a result.

Such efforts also include creating systems that allow for more transparency between governments and internet service providers—and give private companies more legal support to resist shutdown and manipulation requests.

“Under international law, governments have an obligation to ensure that any restrictions to information online are provided by law, are a necessary and proportionate response to a specific threat, and are in the public interest,” Brown explained, adding that governments should “never use broad, indiscriminate shutdowns.”

UN Says Melting Arctic Ice is a Key Indicator of Climate Change—But It’s Not Melting

February 05, 2024

Updated:

February 06, 2024
It’s bad news for polar bears, according to the most recent assessment report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), a United Nations organization.

Because of increasing carbon dioxide (CO2) and other greenhouse gas emissions, modeling and simulations predict the Arctic will be without ice during the month of September by 2050.

“We project an ice-free Arctic in September under all scenarios considered,” a scientific report highlighting IPCC’s findings states.

“These results emphasize the profound impacts of greenhouse gas emissions on the Arctic.”

A similar prediction was made in 2013, but at that time, the prediction was for no ice by about 2033.

“All climate models are projecting an ice-free summer within the next 20 years or so,” Ron Kwok, a senior research scientist at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory said in July 2013. “It’s not very far away.”
However, a new report by Allan Astrup Jensen, the research director and CEO at the Nordic Institute of Product Sustainability and Environmental Chemistry and Toxicology in Denmark, shows that from September 2007 through September 2023, Arctic sea ice declines were near zero.

“The facts are that the Arctic Sea ice extent measured by satellites since 1978 expresses annual variations, and it has declined considerably from 1997 to 2007. However, before that time period, from 1978 to 1996, the downward trend was minimal, and in the last 17 years, from 2007 to 2023, the downward trend has also been about zero,” the report states.
“Therefore, there is no indication that we should expect the Arctic Sea summer ice to disappear completely, as predicted, in one or two decades.”
Mr. Jensen told The Epoch Times that the IPCC and other organizations “exclude the possibility that the sea ice extent may expand in the future and even reach levels from before 1996.
“That is because they believe that the driver of the sea ice extent is the predicted warming by rising CO2 levels in the troposphere.”
Frank Geisel is an ocean engineer and naval architect, who examined ice thickness in the Arctic and Antarctic with the Coast Guard over several expeditions in the 1980s.
He said it’s problematic to measure sea ice extent and ice thickness and then conclude that CO2 is driving a decline and should then be mitigated.
“We can’t just issue a command and say, ‘If we do this, then this will happen,’” Mr. Geisel told The Epoch Times. “Well, maybe. But maybe not.”

CO2 and Sea Ice

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) uses NSIDC data to record Arctic sea ice yearly minimums in September, at the end of the summer melt season. The measurement is based on sea ice extent, which is the square mileage of ice covering the Arctic Ocean during a specified time.

In September 1979, NOAA reported that the Arctic sea ice yearly minimum was 2.72 million square miles. At that same time, CO2 concentrations were 337.1 parts per million (ppm), according to The Nature Conservancy.
Nearly 20 years later, in 1996, CO2 concentrations had risen to 362.58 ppm, and the September Arctic sea ice yearly minimum had increased to 2.93 million square miles.
After 1996, the sea ice extent declined until 2007, with the most significant drop occurring between 2006 and 2007—from 2.26 million square miles in 2006 to 1.65 million square miles by 2007. CO2 concentrations were 383.37 ppm.
After the 2007 results were released, the American Geophysical Union issued a report warning that the Arctic may be “on the verge” of a fundamental change, and images of starving polar bears stranded on floating ice slabs became commonplace.
Due in part to their declining habitat, on May 15, 2008, polar bears were listed as “threatened” under the Endangered Species Act.
But the sea ice extent recordings in the Septembers of 2008 and 2009 increased, and despite hitting a record low in 2012, from 2007 to 2023, sea ice declines have been close to zero.

In September 2023—during what NOAA’s Ms. Kapnick called “by far” the warmest year in NOAA’s 174-year climate record—the Arctic sea ice yearly minimum was 1.69 million square miles, an increase of about 40,000 square miles from 2007. CO2 was 421.55 ppm in 2023.
Mr. Jensen said a couple of years ago he started to make and post charts and diagrams with NSDIC’s data to provide people with simple visual representations.
“My first diagram I did send to NSIDC but I got no reaction from that organization. It surprised me. It has also surprised me that many people, including scientists and even friends, are difficult to convince that the sea ice has been unchanged since 2007, although I use the same official data also used by the IPCC,” Mr. Jensen said.
“They are brainwashed by the many alarmist news articles telling about a decrease in the Arctic Sea ice, and [by] their great respect for the U.N. organization, IPCC.”

Mr. Geisel said he’s concerned some scientists and policymakers are using “a very precise, almost microanalysis on a very, very macro situation.”

“We’re looking at processes that change over decades, and we’re trying to understand how we’re going to respond this year,” Mr. Geisel said.

“If you study the weather systems in the high Arctic, there’s a tremendous high-pressure system that’s well known by weather geeks, that sits on the top of the Pole… And it shifts, and it’s well known that it shifts positions and thus changes the weather patterns on a decadal frequency—we’re talking 10, 12 years.

“Those are really massive, longer-term processes that all of our technology can’t fully understand.”

Mr. Geisel made the comparison to scientists who closely study hurricanes via satellite imagery and who still aren’t able to fully understand how they’ll behave in the near future.

“We have all this imagery, and we can model [hurricanes] very carefully, and they can be modeled down to a scale of about 100 meters,” he said.

“But the mitigation of it as it’s coming to shore isn’t done on a 100-meter basis. It’s done on a 100-mile basis. When a hurricane comes to the coast of Florida, the governor says, ‘Everybody out!’ So, the resolutions of these measurements don’t necessarily equate to mitigation or even an understanding of the consequences.”

Questioning the Data

NSIDC takes satellite measurements of sea ice and records where ice concentrations are at least 15 percent to understand sea ice extent. NOAA then uses the September measurements to plot sea ice extent over time.

image-5581124

But the margin of error is significant.

“During summer melt and freeze-up in the fall, the extent may be underestimated by 1 million square miles; during mid and late winter before melt starts, the error will be on the low end of the estimates,” NSIDC states.

The sea ice area data can be off by up to a million square miles when measured in September, according to NSDIC, compared to March, which has a smaller margin of error.

When plotted on a graph, the decrease in sea ice extent from 1979 to 2023 using March’s more accurate number shows half the rate of decline at 15,000 square miles compared to September’s rate of decline at 30,000 square miles.

Climate models are only as good as the data put into them, Mr. Jensen said.

“The sharp decrease in Arctic Sea ice extent before 2007, when the Nobel Prize was delivered to IPCC and Al Gore, was supposed to continue forever. In that light, the predictions were fair,” he said.

However, when it became clear that the decrease had stopped, they should have stopped such predictions,” he said.

“That was, however, difficult politically for them because that would put the whole issue of climate change by CO2 in doubt since the Arctic Sea ice decline had been a major argument for the CO2 theory.”

Additionally, satellite imagery of sea ice extent didn’t start in 1979, despite most graphs using that as their starting point.

Using imagery from its old satellites, NASA has pieced together rough estimates of sea ice extent as far back as the 1960s.

Mr. Jensen pointed out that though the satellite images from the 1960s were not as accurate as today’s models, they still give an overall picture that doesn’t align with NOAA’s consistently declining sea ice extent claims.

“The extent was possibly lower in some years before 1978. Thus, 1978–1996 levels were possibly a maximum period. Such a max could show up again in the future if CO2 is not the driver of Arctic Sea ice extent,” Mr. Jensen said.

image-5581163

In an archived report from the early 1990s, IPCC states, “Since about 1976 the areal extent of sea-ice in the Northern Hemisphere has varied about a constant climatological level but in 1972–1975 sea-ice extent was significantly less.

“In the Southern Hemisphere since about 1981, sea-ice extent has also varied about a constant level. Between 1973 and 1980 there were periods of several years when Southern Hemisphere sea-ice extent was either appreciably more than or less than that typical in the 1980s.”

Mr. Jensen said “it seems clear” that changes in Antarctic Sea ice are driven mainly by El Nino and La Nina.

“Maybe the Gulf Steam from the Atlantic and other Pacific Ocean currents are the Arctic’s main sea ice driver? More research is needed,”  he said.

NSIDC Responds

When asked to comment on Mr. Jensen’s report, NSIDC’s senior research scientist Walt Meier said it was “nothing new and contains no significant scientific findings.”

image-5581130

“2007 was a record low minimum. Using 2007 as the starting point is cherry-picking a start year to minimize the trend and does not provide a scientifically useful metric of change. The overall trend since the start of our consistent and continuous satellite data started in 1979 shows a strong downward trend over 45 years,” Mr. Meier told The Epoch Times via email.
“The 17 years from 2007 to 2023 are the 17 lowest years in the record. Analysis of ice type and ice thickness shows a substantial decline in thickness with a near complete disappearance of the oldest and thickest ice in the Arctic. The Arctic sea ice environment is fundamentally changed from the 1970s and 1980s.”

Mr. Meier said NSICD only includes data from satellite images from 1979, “because it is the highest quality long-term record. Adding earlier data can provide further context, but doesn’t change the conclusions using the data starting in 1979.”

(Steen Ulrik Johannessen/AFP via Getty Images)

When asked why we haven’t seen a downward sea ice extent trend commensurate with increasing CO2 ppm—if CO2 is the primary driver of sea ice decline—Mr. Meier said, “Greenhouse gas emissions affect sea ice, and climate in general, as a long-term ‘thumb on the scale.’

“There is always variability in the climate, so we expect ups and downs. Global temperatures do not rise steadily each year—other factors, such as El Nino or La Nina—play a role as well. But greenhouse gasses add a little extra ‘fuel’ each year.”

Meanwhile, in the third highest monthly gain in 45 years, Arctic sea ice increased by 4.63 million square miles in December 2023, according to NSIDC’s latest report.

The sea ice extent increased by an average of 33,700 square miles per day, “markedly faster than the 1981 to 2010 average of 24,700 square miles per day,” the report stated.

Over 1,600 Scientists Sign ‘No Climate Emergency’ Declaration

8/29/2023
International scientists have jointly signed a declaration dismissing the existence of a climate crisis and insisting that carbon dioxide is beneficial to Earth, contrary to the popular alarmist narrative.

“There is no climate emergency,” the Global Climate Intelligence Group (CLINTEL) said in its World Climate Declaration (pdf), made public in August. “Climate science should be less political, while climate policies should be more scientific. Scientists should openly address uncertainties and exaggerations in their predictions of global warming, while politicians should dispassionately count the real costs as well as the imagined benefits of their policy measures.”

A total of 1,609 scientists and professionals from around the world have signed the declaration, including 321 from the United States.

The coalition pointed out that Earth’s climate has varied as long as it has existed, with the planet experiencing several cold and warm phases. The Little Ice Age only ended as recently as 1850, they said.

“Therefore, it is no surprise that we now are experiencing a period of warming,” the declaration said.

Warming is happening “far slower” than predicted by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

“Climate models have many shortcomings and are not remotely plausible as policy tools,” the coalition said, adding that these models “exaggerate the effect of greenhouse gases” and “ignore the fact that enriching the atmosphere with CO2 is beneficial.” For instance, even though climate alarmists characterize CO2 as environmentally-damaging, the coalition pointed out that the gas is “not a pollutant.”

Carbon dioxide is “essential” to all life on earth and is “favorable” for nature. Extra CO2 results in the growth of global plant biomass while also boosting the yields of crops worldwide.

CLINTEL also dismissed the narrative of global warming being linked to increased natural disasters like hurricanes, floods, and droughts, stressing that there is “no statistical evidence” to support these claims.

“There is no climate emergency. Therefore, there is no cause for panic and alarm. We strongly oppose the harmful and unrealistic net-zero CO2 policy proposed for 2050. Go for adaptation instead of mitigation; adaptation works whatever the causes are,” it said.

“To believe the outcome of a climate model is to believe what the model makers have put in. This is precisely the problem of today’s climate discussion to which climate models are central. Climate science has degenerated into a discussion based on beliefs, not on sound self-critical science. Should not we free ourselves from the naive belief in immature climate models?”

Climate Models and Sunlight Reflection

Among the CLINTEL signatories are two Nobel laureates—physicists John Francis Clauser from the United States and Ivan Giaever, a Norwegian-American.

Mr. Clauser has made a significant addition to climate models to dismiss the narrative of global warming: the visible light reflected by cumulus clouds which, on average, cover half of the earth.

Current climate models vastly underestimate this aspect of cumulus cloud reflection, which plays a key role in regulating the earth’s temperature. Mr. Clauser previously told President Joe Biden that he disagreed with his climate policies.

In May, Mr. Clauser was elected to the board of directors at the CO2 Coalition, a group focusing on the beneficial contributions of carbon dioxide in the environment.

“The popular narrative about climate change reflects a dangerous corruption of science that threatens the world’s economy and the well-being of billions of people,” Mr. Clauser said in a May 5 statement.

“Misguided climate science has metastasized into massive shock-journalistic pseudoscience. In turn, the pseudoscience has become a scapegoat for a wide variety of other unrelated ills.”

“It has been promoted and extended by similarly misguided business marketing agents, politicians, journalists, government agencies, and environmentalists. In my opinion, there is no real climate crisis.”

False Doomsday Predictions, a Presidential Issue

CLINTEL’s declaration against the climate change narrative counters propaganda spread by climate alarmists who have long predicted doomsday scenarios triggered by global warming—none of which have ever come true.

In 1970, some climate scientists predicted that the earth would move into a new ice age by the 21st century. Pollution expert James Lodge predicted that “air pollution may obliterate the sun and cause a new ice age in the first third of the new century,” according to The Boston Globe.

In May 1982, Mostafa Tolba, then-executive director of the United Nations environmental program, said that if the world did not change course, it would face an “environmental catastrophe which will witness devastation as complete, as irreversible, as any nuclear holocaust” by 2000.

In June 2008, James Hansen, director of NASA’s Goddard Institute of Space Sciences, said that within five to 10 years, the Arctic would have no ice left in the summer.

As climate alarmists continue to spread propaganda about global warming, the topic has become an issue in the 2024 presidential race, with multiple candidates openly dismissing it.

In a July 13 post on X, Democrat presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said that climate change “is being used to control us through fear.”

“Freedom and free markets are a much better way to stop pollution. Polluters make themselves rich by making the public pay for the damage they do,” he said.

During the first 2024 GOP presidential debate, candidate Vivek Ramaswamy called climate change a “hoax.”

“The reality is, the anti-carbon agenda is the wet blanket on our economy. And so the reality is, more people are dying of bad climate change policies than they are of actual climate change,” he said.

High Temperatures, Biden’s Appliance Crackdown

Climate activists have insisted that global warming is responsible for the soaring temperatures across the United States, even claiming that temperatures are hitting record highs.

In a recent interview with The Epoch Times, John Christy, a climatologist and professor of atmospheric science at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, dismissed the narrative of record high temperatures.

“Regionally, the West has seen its largest number of hot summer records in the past 100 years, but the Ohio Valley and Upper Midwest are experiencing their fewest,” he said.

“For the conterminous U.S. as a whole, the last 10 years have produced only an average number of records. The 1930s are still champs.”

Climate change policies have been used to justify sweeping lifestyle changes across the United States by the Energy Department, like restricting home appliances, and sometimes, even outright banning them.

In June, the Energy Department proposed rules that would require ceiling fans to become more energy efficient, a development that could lead to manufacturers having to shell out $86.6 million per year in “increased equipment costs.”

In February, the DOE proposed energy efficiency rules targeting gas stoves that would affect half of all new models of such stoves sold in the United States while making most of the existing ones noncompliant.

In July, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission proposed a policy that would remove nearly all existing portable gas generators from the market.

The Biden administration has already implemented a ban on incandescent light bulbs, which came into effect on Aug. 1.

Report: Engineers Discover Nationwide Cellular Network Connects Election Equipment and Gives Federal Government Access to Election Systems at Precinct Level

Report via Joe Hoft

Guest post by David and Erin Clements

A growing majority of Americans know the 2020 election was fraudulent. Many analysts who have been studying election integrity have concluded that there had to be a two-way connection between local election electronics (electronic poll pads, tabulators, election management systems, voter databases, etc.) and a centralized data collection system responsible for monitoring and manipulating the election. Fingers have rightly been pointed at all-inclusive election management software, the Albert Sensor systemScytl and Edison, and the Election Infrastructure Information Sharing and Analysis Center (EI-ISAC).

This incestuous collaboration between the Department of Homeland Security, the Election Assistance Commission, leftist/globalist funding, foreign companies, and their private partners, allowed for the real-time monitoring of all election data, and more importantly, the ability to change the results.

While experts could understand the functional capabilities of how these programs manipulate elections at the county and state levels, one area of mystery remained.  Experts could not fully explain how systems within individual precincts which are supposedly “air-gapped” were adding votes in real-time – such as KnowInk poll pads in Texas that added hundreds of votes to the 2022 midterm election after the polls had closed.  To accomplish election fraud at individual polling places, it is necessary to have an air-interface with the supposedly “air-gapped” equipment networked at the polling place.

A year-long research project led by an election integrity investigator from Utah, Sophie Anderson, and communications engineer, Dr. Charles Bernardin, has uncovered the mechanism that is being used to connect our election equipment at polling places across the nation.  Anderson and Bernardin met while working together in several overlapping election integrity efforts. After submitting a countless number of public documents requests from multiple federal, state, and local governments, and working with other grassroots researchers, the team realized that the federal government has indeed created a nationwide network that is capable of collecting and changing real-time voting data at polling places across the country from a central location. The private network tool is called FirstNet, and like so many things that have proven detrimental to American liberty – it was sold as a tool to ensure public safety.

WHAT IS FIRSTNET?

The idea of a national cellular network dedicated to public safety was hatched in the wake of 9/11 when congested cell networks proved to be a bottleneck for first responders. In 2012, Congress created the First Responder Network Authority under the Department of Commerce to oversee the build-out of “FirstNet.” The original intent provided by its sponsors was that FirstNet would serve police, fire, and EMT services.  However, the scope was soon expanded to include all “critical infrastructure” – which included water, energy, and transportation infrastructure. (https://www.digi.com/solutions/by-technology/firstnet )

Curiously, just days before Barack Obama left office, his administration’s Department of Homeland Security used the specter of “Russian interference” in the 2016 election as an excuse to declare election systems to be a part of that critical infrastructure.  As a result, the stage was set to roll election systems into FirstNet.

The original plan to build FirstNet was to create a separate network with nationwide coverage that used a dedicated cellular band portion known as Band 14. Years and billions of dollars later, AT&T had built out the FirstNet Band 14 network with the coverage shown in the map below.

AT&T’s FirstNet Band 14 Coverage

The obvious problem was that separate Band 14 coverage was proving to be too slow and expensive to build, as only pockets of the country had the service available – with some states left completely without service. If Barack Obama’s vision of using FirstNet to connect to all election equipment was going to be realized before the 2020 election, the developers would need to speed things up.

In 2017, AT&T offered the First Responder Network Authority “preemption services” on its entire cellular network. “Preemption” would give FirstNet customers priority on AT&T’s network, ensuring they would always have service on the AT&T network. Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint soon followed suit in offering preemption services, instantly expanding FirstNet service wherever cellular service was available. These other providers gave their preemption services names like “Frontline” and “Connecting Heroes,” but for the purposes of simplicity for this article we will refer to the preemption service on all the providers as “FirstNet.”

Almost instantly, FirstNet’s coverage increased from pockets of the country to cover most of the population and its voting locations as shown in the map below. This coverage assures electronic poll pads, election management systems, and tabulators with internet connection capabilities could be connected as “critical infrastructure” to the FirstNet network and given priority service, regardless of the presence or quality of local wired internet service.

THE PUSH TO CONNECT ELECTION SYSTEMS TO FIRSTNET

Just because the FirstNet cellular network was now available to be used for election systems, didn’t mean all local jurisdictions would connect. Some of them would need to be pushed. Coincidentally, public discussion of using the Election Assistance Commission’s (EAC) influence to push election jurisdictions nationwide to connect to FirstNet took place at a two-day Election Assistance Commission (EAC) Board of Advisers meeting in April 2019. The full transcript of the meeting is here.

The Board of Advisors supposedly exists to assist the EAC in setting standards and guidelines to help states comply with the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) through their certification program. Oddly enough, almost two years prior to this meeting, the accreditations for both election equipment testing labs, Pro V&V and SLI Compliance, had lapsed. This lapse in accreditation effectively shut down the ability of all states to legally certify their election systems as required by HAVA. No vendors, anyone in the EAC, or anyone on their Board of Advisors appeared to have noticed this indefensible oversight.  As a result, most of the country’s election systems were not legally “certified” for the 2020 election.

While a lapse of this magnitude defies reason, the Board of Advisors had an inexplicable and prescient impulse to meet before the manufactured Covid crisis of 2020.  To do what exactly?  In April 2019, the Board met to discuss “disaster management and recovery when elections are disrupted by natural or manmade disasters.” And they weren’t talking about dealing with a small, local disaster during an election, but a national disaster that had the ability to affect the presidential election itself.

Board member David Beirne said, “But you also look at it in terms of the Presidential elections is you have one shot at it. And I think that’s the real discussion that needs to occur in terms of your continuity of operations, your response plan, and the scalability impact that if you have a shelter in place or on a Presidential election, what does that really look like…for the State’ electoral votes?”

The Board’s expectation of the need to deal with unprecedented national shelter in place orders during a presidential election amounts to an unbelievable prophetic foresight of what would occur leading up to, and during the 2020 election.   A similarly dark prophetic exercise called Event 201 was held by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health and Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Gates Foundation where bureaucrats practiced controlling narratives during a “hypothetical” worldwide pandemic that would soon take over the planet in reality.

While the EAC Board of Advisors discussed being prepared for a national disaster during a presidential election, a board member named Daniel Ivey-Soto chimed in to advocate that FirstNet be used as the internet connection at polling places across the country. (Ivey-Soto is a state senator from New Mexico who has become well-known for his ethical conflictshis leadership role in the corruption of the election franchise in that state, and accusations of sexual misconduct.)

Ivey-Soto wanted the electronic poll pads (which have full access to the voter registration database and voter turnout) and the systems that transmit the election results to be connected to the FirstNet network. Fellow board member, Gema Howell, immediately latched on to Ivey-Soto’s idea of using preemption privileges to connect election equipment to the internet. The board lamented their lack of authority to force jurisdictions to connect to FirstNet. But they decided to use their leverage and connections in the federal government to push the use of the FirstNet cellular network for election systems.

EVIDENCE LOCAL JURISDICTIONS ARE CONNECTED TO FIRSTNET

There is a lot of hard evidence that the EAC Board of Advisors successfully carried out Daniel Ivey-Soto’s vision to connect the nation’s polling places to the FirstNet cellular network.

DALLAS COUNTY

For example, there is the official network diagram for election sites in Dallas County, Texas (shown below). The diagram shows both the electronic pollbooks and the tabulators connected to a cellular network with a two-way connection between the router at the polling place and the cellular network itself, which is connected to a central county data center.

Network diagram from Dallas County public presentation showing tabulators and pollbooks connected to a cellular network

The priority cellular services provided by Verizon to the Dallas County elections office was the subject of a May 2020 discussion hosted by Hans Olsen, former Department of Homeland Security employee. The goal of the talk was to explain how they “securely” connected election equipment to the cellular network during the March 2020 Primary election.  They also heavily advertised Cradlepoint modems which are used prolifically by public safety and critical infrastructure customers to connect to FirstNet.

Slide from Dallas County public presentation on using Cradlepoint modems to connect polling sites to cellular networks

Lester Lewis, a Dallas County IT professional stated, “We were able to use remote tools…to look and to see the signal strength from the carriers… I was able to define the issue right then [from the County Data Center], call Verizon and they were able to make some changes there… on voting night.” Then Gregory Brown, Solution Architect Manager at Verizon stated, “Dallas County upgraded their modems [to Cradlepoint] so that they could have that real-time voter count and voting results sent back to the data centers.” (emphasis added)

The researchers believe the priority cellular network referenced in this talk is actually FirstNet. According to Dr. Bernardin, “The environment for the Government’s intrusion is partially determined by the IT people when they configure the router at the voter center… the IT manager sets up the private network with Wi-Fi protected access and a firewall. The router can be set to randomize the MAC address to keep the network from being identified, but the randomization can be shared with trusted people. The router provides a private, two-way connection between the election equipment and the FirstNet cellular network. Once this two-way connection is established, FirstNet can monitor real-time data that is passing through the election equipment – including who is turning out and how they are voting. This data can be remotely changed by a man-in-the-middle operating on the FirstNet network. In fact, the election results can be entirely fabricated with this clandestine configuration, and nobody would know.”

FLORIDA

Citizen researchers in St. Johns County, Florida coordinated with each other to document the Wi-Fi networks that were active at fifteen of the polling locations across their county. They discovered that a single cellular network that had been named “LetTheDogOut!” was serving all 15 voting locations in St. Johns County during the 2022 midterms.

Screenshot of Cellular Wi-Fi Network serving St. Johns County, Florida

This evidence indicates that St. Johns County was using a similar priority network setup as Dallas County, Texas, and that service was part of the nationwide “public safety” network.

CENSORSHIP ABOUT FIRSTNET

As Americans have learned since 2020, looking at what information is being censored and ridiculed is often a strong clue to discovering truth that is inconvenient for the globalist narrative. Elon Musk’s “Twitter Files” and recent congressional hearings have proven that the government has gotten into an Orwellian habit of violating American’s first amendment rights to suppress what they call “malinformation.”

Malinformation is information which is true but will undermine the agenda the government is trying to accomplish.

It appears that actors who have popped up to support the government narrative about the 2016 and 2020 elections wanted to suppress discoveries of county-wide, cellular networks being used to support election equipment:

Prior to the 2022 midterms, True the Vote put out a call to action to their national audience asking citizens to take screenshot documentation of the Wi-Fi networks that were active at their polling places and report anything that seemed suspicious.

This led the leftist coalition called Election Integrity Partnership (EIP) to monitor how this call to action spread on social media and they also likely helped censor it on Twitter. At the conclusion of their “study,” they released a barrage of tweets intimating that there is nothing wrong with internet connections at polling sites and shaming election integrity activists for looking into it. (https://twitter.com/EI_Partnership)

Suspiciously, the EIP (Election Integrity Partnership) was formed a mere 100 days before the 2020 election to monitor “attempts to delegitimize election results” – an activity that prior to 2020 was reserved for prominent democrats and three letter agencies which was never taken seriously by most Americans. The EIP’s work culminated in the publication of a report called “The Long Fuse” that was published in the Spring of 2021 and dismissed all claims of election fraud in the 2020 election as baseless conspiracy theories – a conclusion that a cursory review of video evidence proves to be false.

A prominent member of the EIP is a former CIA employee and anti-Trumper named Rene DiResta who was a primary proponent of the “Russian interference” narrative that the FBI and Hillary Clinton campaign tried to pin to the 2016 election to derail the Trump presidency. The narrative has since been completely debunked by the investigation led by special counsel, John Durham.

The EIP was also tied to the elaborate censorship scheme to silence dissent over the 2020 election and the COVID response exposed by the House Oversight Committee in March 2023.

Since publishing their report in Spring of 2021 condemning everyone who questioned the 2020 election, the EIP was largely silent on the hundreds of efforts that were ongoing across the country to expose insecure and fraudulent elections, until True the Vote asked people to document Wi-Fi networks at polling places. Just the fact that EIP was seeking to suppress citizens looking into Wi-Fi connections at polling places suggests researchers looking into FirstNet were on the right track.

SECRECY AND VULNERABILITY

It is difficult to obtain information on FirstNet because, while it is taxpayer funded and supposedly for public safety, it is the result of one of the many public-private partnerships involved in our elections which are immune to public records requests.

Shockingly, according to Senator Ron Wyden, FirstNet is also exempt from congressional oversight. In a letter published in April 2023, Wyden stated concerns about the security of the FirstNet network and the likelihood that it could be hacked by bad actors:

“…Cybersecurity experts have long warned that phone networks are vulnerable to surveillance by hackers and foreign spies…[who] can exploit flaws…to track mobile users, intercept calls and tests, and even steal sensitive information available on devices…all U.S. carriers are vulnerable to these exploits, resulting in risks to national security…”

Wyden went on to state that AT&T had apparently conducted cybersecurity audits of the FirstNet system, but that they were unavailable to anyone in the federal government, including Congress, because of a non-disclosure provision in the contract the Department of Commerce had negotiated with AT&T. Therefore, no one knows what was investigated in the audits, what the results were, or whether any identified deficiencies were fixed.

INFRASTRUCTURE TO STEAL ELECTIONS

The fact that the federal government has interfered in foreign elections is an undisputed fact accepted by the left, the right, and even fact checkers. (https://www.globalresearch.ca/us-interfered-in-elections-of-at-least-85-countries-worldwide-since-1945/5601481) Even the fact that AT&T has worked closely with the federal government for spying operations isn’t much of a secret.  Multiple pieces of evidence were provided in this article that AT&T has had a cozy relationship with the federal government to carry out both international and domestic spying operations going back decades. In 1976, President Gerald Ford blocked a subpoena from a congressional subcommittee because he said AT&T “was and is an agent of the United States acting under contract with the Executive Branch.”

Revelations from the Snowden documents suggest that AT&T’s relationship with the federal government continues with the installing of surveillance equipment for the NSA in at least 59 domestic sites. Shortly after the corrupt election system failed to deliver the presidency to Hillary Clinton in 2016, even the Brennan Center for Justice expressed concern that the NSA was too cozy with our domestic communications infrastructure – a topic they are silent on now.

Does infrastructure exist that could change election results electronically in real-time without noticeable delay? Yes – such a thing could be facilitated at the national level by the FirstNet cellular network. All the players surrounding the deployment of FirstNet into elections are already on the suspect list of bad actors of every election integrity researcher as well being part of the group of people who were caught illegally censoring Americans who know 2020 was not a legitimate election.

Dr. Bernardin describes in the following network diagram how the FirstNet network could be misused to connect precincts to county and state election offices in such a way that all election data passes through a single network where it could be intercepted and changed by the other programs the DHS has set up to supposedly protect and monitor our election infrastructure:

Network diagram showing how FirstNet could be misused to interfere with election infrastructure

The idea that our own government would betray its people in such a way was almost impossible to accept in the immediate aftermath of the 2020 election.  But after the discovery of massive illegal censorship by the government over discussion of the 2020 election, federal agents planted to agitate the crowd on January 6th, eternal gaslighting from the establishment, and the weaponization of law enforcement to create a two-tiered standard of justice against those claiming fraud occurred – the conclusion that our own government was to blame for the coup that occurred on November 3, 2020, seems obvious.

One last piece of evidence that supports Anderson and Bernardin’s theory that FirstNet is a critical piece of the election-stealing machine is the still unexplained explosion that destroyed an AT&T’s data center in downtown Nashville on Christmas Day, 2020. Very few details ever came out about the perpetrator of the explosion, and no one ever tried to explain why he did it. Early articles did admit that “911 call centers, hospitals, the Nashville airport, government offices” were affected “from Georgia to Kentucky.” Police departments in multiple states were unable to use their FirstNet phones and had to communicate through radio or temporary burner phones.  It’s possible FirstNet was the target and it’s possible that evidence of election interference carried out using FirstNet needed to be destroyed.

Green Energy’s Cost: California’s Wildlife Pay the Price

Siyamak KhorramiSophie Li
August 12, 2023Updated: August 13, 2023

As the Golden State accelerates its transition to green energy at full throttle some, including a former official of the California Fish and Wildlife Department, are expressing apprehension about potential consequences such may entail for the state.

California has set an ambitious goal of reaching 100 percent carbon-neutrality by 2045 following the passage of Senate Bill 100 in 2018. According to the California Energy Commission, nearly 35 percent of the in-state energy generation was renewable as of 2021.

But John Baker, a now-retired assistant chief after an over 30-year career with the department says that while the push for green energy is aimed at saving the planet from climate change, it comes at the expense of endangering groups of wild animals, especially birds.

“In the name of green energy, we’re sacrificing wildlife species. Because of the power mandates, we’re unable to enforce [protecting those species,]” Mr. Baker said in a recent episode of EpochTV’s California Insider. “I don’t think they have thought what that cost is to us as Californians and to the environment as a whole.”

According to Mr. Baker, the intense focus on green energy, often seen as the “greater concern,” tends to blind people, especially politicians, to the consequences it brings for animals.

He said one group of wildlife greatly affected by such green policy are predatory birds—like eagles, hawks, and falcons—with many being killed by wind turbines.

He added that though fatalities of predatory birds seemed few among all birds killed by turbines, the numbers are significant due to their slow reproductive nature.

“There are millions of finches out there, but there are not millions of golden eagles out there,” he said.

According to a 2021 article by Joel Merriman, a former wind energy campaign director for the American Bird Conservancy, approximately 681,000 birds are being killed in the United States each year by wind turbines.

And the number could be more.

According to Mr. Merriman, who used data from 2012 through 2014 in his analysis, an underestimate is possible due to limited monitoring, challenges in locating dead birds in inaccessible areas, and many other factors.

Epoch Times Photo

Another major green energy generator—solar farms—has also been reportedly causing deaths among birds and other species.

In recent years, California’s deserts have undergone a transformation into a sea of solar panels, causing many birds to mistakenly perceive the shining panels as pools of water, crashing to their death as they attempt to dive into them.

Additionally, extreme heat from the panels’ reflective material can instantly incinerate birds that fly too close.

Solar farms have also caused other land species, like desert tortoises and bighorn sheep, to lose their habitat and migration corridor, according to Basin and Range Watch, a nonprofit desert conservation organization.

While killing or harming birds like bald eagles can result in serious consequences and even criminal charges, wind energy operators are oftentimes not held accountable for the loss of wildlife they cause, Mr. Baker said.

Epoch Times Photo

“It really runs counter to the whole environmental argument and what I signed up to do when I originally started working for [the] fish and wildlife [department],” he said.

On top of that, he said, birds are also being compelled to alter their migration routes due to the proliferation of turbines.

Additionally, preferential treatment for clean energy also is evident, he said, during the lawmaking process.

“In the political world, if you’re not telling them what they want to hear, when they want to hear it, or how they want to hear it, they’ll cut the siphon or they’ll cut the money off, the spigot gets turned off,” Mr. Baker said.

As a result, he said, scientists are shifting their focus more and more toward the wild animals’ relation with climate change to fit a narrative and, at times, neglect the well-being of individual species.

“There’s a subtle difference here,” he said. “Because there’s a challenge for a scientist to continue to get funding and to tell the truth, if the truth that you’re telling is not what the people giving you the funding want to hear. I’ve seen projects and ideas be shut down at the managerial level because they know that they’re not going to be able to sell that to the people that do the funding.”

But, he said, some local agencies had found ways to work around such situations.

Epoch Times Photo

In 2012, the Fish and Wildlife Department, where Mr. Baker worked, and several other agencies conducted an operation targeting illegal marijuana grows in Tulare and Fresno counties, he said.

What got their attention was growers were discharging wastewater mixed with harmful pesticides polluting the surrounding environment and seriously affecting animals.

“Somebody would harvest a deer, and they would open it up and [it would] be as blue as your suit inside. And that’s because it was eating rodenticide,” he said.

However, had they addressed their concern over saving the deer, they couldn’t get the attention of the lawmakers, he said. But because they connected the issue with the environmental crime that the illegal marijuana growers were practicing—which was the state legislature’s focus at the time—they were able to get more funding from the state government to carry out their operations.

“I mourn the loss of really focusing on protecting the watersheds and things of that nature,” he said.

Trump Indicted Over Efforts to Challenge 2020 Election Results

Former President Donald Trump has been indicted on a third set of felony charges, this time relating to his efforts to dispute the results of the 2020 election, even as he presses ahead with his third presidential run.

According to the indictment, Trump was indicted on four counts of three charges arising out of a probe by Special Counsel Jack Smith: conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy to deprive citizens the “free exercise” of constitutional rights.

This is the second indictment arising from Mr. Smith’s investigation. The former president is separately facing 40 counts relating to the alleged retention of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago.

The Trump campaign responded to the new indictment, describing it as a politically motivated attack.

“This is nothing more than the latest corrupt chapter in the continued pathetic attempt by the Biden Crime Family and their weaponized Department of Justice to interfere with the 2024 Presidential Election, in which President Trump is the undisputed frontrunner, and leading by substantial margins,” a Trump campaign spokesperson said in an email.

“But why did they wait two and a half years to bring these fake charges, right in the middle of President Trump’s winning campaign for 2024? Why was it announced the day after the big Crooked Joe Biden scandal broke out from the Halls of Congress?”

Indictment

The 45-page indictment (pdf) charges Mr. Trump with an alleged “conspiracy” involving his efforts to challenge the results of the 2020 election.

“The purpose of the conspiracy was to overturn the legitimate results of the 2020 presidential election by using knowingly false claims of election fraud,” the indictment alleges.

The indictment also lists six unnamed co-conspirators. Four of them are attorneys. One was a Department of Justice official, and another was a political consultant.

The indictment acknowledges that all Americans, including Mr. Trump, have a First Amendment right to publicly speak about the election, or to even falsely claim that he had won. He also “was entitled to formally challenge” the election results, it states.

But, the problem for him occurred, according to the indictment, when he allegedly “pursued unlawful means of discounting legitimate votes and subverting the election results.”

The conspiracy, according to Smith’s indictment, included the alleged spread of “false claims of election fraud” and the organizing of alternate electors in seven states. The indictment makes mention of specific claims by Mr. Trump and his allies of voter fraud in states such as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Arizona.

One of the claims challenged by the special counsel is that a vote dump of 149,772 votes occurred in the morning in Michigan, with the prosecutor describing it as a “knowingly false statement.”

The special counsel also alleges in the indictment that the claims of election fraud were false and unsubstantiated, relying mostly on statements from officials which have previously been used to challenge allegations of voter fraud.

Mr. Smith, at a brief press conference on Tuesday evening, called the events of Jan. 6, 2021 “an unprecedented assault on the seat of American democracy.” This, he said, was “fueled” by Mr. Trump’s lies aimed at disrupting the government’s “bedrock function” of conducting and certifying elections.

The special counsel called law enforcement personnel at the Capitol “heroes” and “patriots,” saying they “put their lives on the line to defend who we are as a country and as a people.”

Mr. Smith said the Department of Justice is committed to “ensuring accountability” for people who were criminally responsible for acts perpetrated that day, adding that “our investigation of other individuals is continuous.”

Mr. Trump is scheduled to appear at a federal courthouse in Washington at 4 p.m. on Thursday.

Washington is Not Trump Country

The Jan. 6 case against Mr. Trump presents the prospect of a particularly hostile jury pool if the case remains in Washington. There, nearly 77 percent of registered voters are Democrats; just 5 percent are Republicans, voter registration statistics show.

Many Jan. 6 defendants tried to get their trials moved elsewhere, asserting that supporters of Mr. Trump would not get a fair trial in Washington. But judges denied those requests. Among the Jan. 6 cases that went to trial, just two ended with acquittals on all charges; both of those cases were decided by a judge, not a jury.

In his July 18 Truth Social post, Mr. Trump said he found it “interesting” that the notice of the imminent charges came on July 16, a Sunday night. That was less than 24 hours after he delivered a Florida speech where he advocated that the federal government assume control of “a filthy, unsanitary, neglected and crime-ridden Washington, D.C.”

Yet, Mr. Trump said, that’s the location where Mr. Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) wants his trial to be held, “all because they think, especially after my strong words of a federal takeover at the speech, a D.C. jury will do whatever they [people in power] want.”

Election ‘Cheaters?’

All three prosecutions of Mr. Trump have come in the thick of his third run for the U.S. presidency, and a grand jury is at work in Georgia on a possible fourth indictment. That case revolves around Mr. Trump’s dispute over his 2020 election loss in that state.

Mr. Trump asserts that he was exercising his constitutional right “to protest an election that I am fully convinced was rigged and stolen, just as the Democrats have done against me in 2016, and many [others] have done over the ages,” his July 18 Truth Social Post said.

He alleged that “weaponized” federal agencies have refused to investigate election “cheaters.” Instead, the Department of Justice and FBI “target and harass those who complain about the cheaters,” Mr. Trump wrote.

All the criminal cases lodged against Mr. Trump involve situations that occurred several years ago but are emerging now amid his 2024 campaign. Thus, Mr. Trump and his allies allege that these prosecutions amount to election interference.

“The Democrat prosecutors waited years to bring charges so that they could interfere with the 2024 presidential election,” Mr. Trump wrote in a Truth Social post on July 19 in anticipation of the latest indictment. “They are getting, however, big blowback!”

But Mr. Trump’s detractors say he deserves the scrutiny and should be held accountable for wrongdoing they believe he committed. His harshest critics allege that he summoned his “mob” of supporters to Washington on Jan. 6 to “overthrow” the government.

‘In The Public Interest’

The latest indictment of Mr. Trump comes eight months after Mr. Smith was appointed to investigate the former president on two fronts.

In June, Mr. Smith secured an indictment for Mr. Trump’s alleged mishandling of classified records. The FBI seized those materials in an unprecedented raid of the former president’s home in August 2022.

The Biden Administration’s top prosecutorial official, Attorney General Merrick Garland, appointed Mr. Smith as special counsel on Nov. 18, 2022, three days after Mr. Trump announced his third run for the presidency.

At the time, Mr. Garland acknowledged that Mr. Trump’s candidacy served as an impetus for the appointment of Mr. Smith.

“Based on recent developments, including the former president’s announcement that he is a candidate for president in the next election, and the sitting president’s stated intention to be a candidate as well, I have concluded that it is in the public interest to appoint a special counsel,” Mr. Garland stated when he appointed Mr. Smith.

Regardless, Mr. Trump’s detractors insist the investigations are justified; Mr. Biden has denied influencing federal authorities’ actions against Mr. Trump.

Mr. Trump maintains his innocence. In April, he pleaded not guilty to his first indictment for alleged violations of New York business records laws in 2017. In June, he pleaded not guilty to federal charges relating to his handling of classified records after he left the White House in 2021.

Campaign Continues

Despite Mr. Trump’s growing legal perils, he has forged ahead with campaign events.

On June 18, the same day Mr. Trump revealed the looming indictment, he participated in an Iowa town hall forum with voters and Fox News host Sean Hannity.

On July 19, Mr. Trump hosted a screening of the surprise blockbuster anti-child-trafficking movie, “The Sound of Freedom,” at his golf club in Bedminster, N.J.

On July 20, his campaign released a new, one-minute video advertisement. Shot in stark black-and-white, a stone-faced Mr. Trump strides purposefully along a corridor. Audio of Mr. Trump’s voice plays; he states: “This is the final battle.”

“With you at my side, we will demolish the Deep State. We will expel the warmongers from our government. We will drive out the globalists, we will cast out the communists, Marxists, and fascists,” he says, as sounds of a crowd cheering in the background swell.

“We will throw off the sick political class that hates our country. We will rout the fake news media, and we will liberate America from these villains, once and for all.”

The video ends with dramatic music as the words, “Join President Trump’s fight for America,” appear in white on a black screen.

In revealing the imminent indictment, Mr. Trump asserted that he has endured multiple “hoaxes and scams made up to stop me from fighting for the American people–but I will never stop!”

TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Overview of key events that preceded the indictment of Mr. Trump in connection with the Jan. 6 unrest.

2021

Jan. 6Supporters of then-President Trump converge in Washington for a “Save America March.” As later reported, the plan was for supporters to hold a rally at The Ellipse, just south of the White House. Then they would march to the Capitol to demand that Congress and Vice President Mike Pence reject electoral votes for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden from states where election results were marred by irregularities, allegations of fraud, and unconstitutional voting rule changes.

Around noon, Mr. Trump gives a speech to a massive crowd. Selected quotes from that speech, urging supporters to “fight” to uphold democracy, would be used to allege that he incited the unrest that later ensued. However, Mr. Trump also states that the marchers would proceed “peacefully and patriotically” to the Capitol and make their voices heard—a quote that some left-leaning media outlets omit from their coverage of the event.

Before his speech finishes, many people leave to begin the mile-long walk to the Capitol, so they could be present for the electoral vote count, set for 1 p.m. By that time, hundreds of people are gathered nearby.

Just after 12:50 p.m., some 25 minutes before Mr. Trump finishes his speech at The Ellipse, agitators breach a lightly guarded police barricade on the west front of the Capitol. Within minutes, thousands of protesters stream onto the west plaza.

Although tens of thousands of protesters remain peaceful, a sizable number of them skirmish with police; some break into the U.S. Capitol. More than 1,000 people would later be charged. Some were arrested for vandalizing the building and attacking police; others were charged for actions such as walking through open doors and strolling through the corridors.

Police fatally shoot protester Ashli Babbitt as she tries to climb through a broken window. Another supporter of Mr. Trump, Rosanne Boyland, dies after a surging crowd knocks her down and people pile on top of her; a police officer beats her unconscious body with a large wooden stick, video footage would reveal more than a year later. However, no one would be charged for either of those deaths, and Ms. Boyland’s death would later be attributed to a drug overdose, a ruling her family would later challenge publicly. Two other people die of natural causes (a heart attack and stroke).

At 3:13 p.m., Mr. Trump posts on Twitter, “I am asking for everyone at the U.S. Capitol to remain peaceful. No violence! Remember, WE are the Party of Law & Order–respect the Law and our great men and women in Blue. Thank you!”

After 4 p.m., he posts a video on social media sites including Twitter, telling supporters: “You have to go home now. We have to have peace. We have to have law and order.” Twitter later removes that tweet, although it remains available on other websites such as C-Span.org.

Around 8 p.m., Capitol police declare the building secure, allowing the return of lawmakers who had been evacuated via underground tunnels.

Jan. 7In the early morning hours, Congress certifies Mr. Biden’s victory after hours of debate over alleged election irregularities in states such as Arizona, Georgia, and Pennsylvania.

In a joint statement, Democrat leaders of the House and Senate disclose that they are urging Mr. Pence “to invoke the 25th Amendment, which would allow the vice president and a majority of the cabinet to remove the president for his incitement of insurrection and the danger he still poses.” They threaten to impeach the president if Mr. Pence fails to act. (Democrats’ previous attempt to impeach Mr. Trump failed a year prior.)

Later that day, after Democrats said they did not get a response from Mr. Pence, Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) introduces articles of impeachment against Mr. Trump, whose term would expire in 13 days.

That evening, Mr. Trump posts a Twitter video condemning the violence, telling people that “tempers must be cooled and calm restored.” He notes that his campaign “vigorously pursued every legal avenue to contest the election results.” He also says his “only goal was to ensure the integrity of the vote,” and “I was fighting to defend American democracy.”

Acknowledging that a new administration would be inaugurated on Jan. 20, he commits to a smooth transition of power. “This moment calls for healing and reconciliation,” Mr. Trump says, noting the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and its toll on countless lives and the U.S. economy. He says it has been “the honor of my lifetime” to serve as president. “Our incredible journey is just beginning,” he says.

Authorities reveal that at least 57 officers were injured and 68 people were arrested; they also announce that the chief of the Capitol police had resigned.

Later that night, Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick dies; media reports soon incorrectly blame his death on assaults from protesters, including being reportedly struck with a fire extinguisher at the Capitol. (Months later, a medical examiner reports that the officer died from a pair of strokes and suffered from no internal or external injuries. However, the report acknowledges that everything that happened Jan. 6 “played a role in his condition.” Two men were accused of spraying a chemical irritant at Sicknick.)

Various media, including The Associated Press, sanction the use of the term “insurrection” to describe the events of Jan. 6.

Jan. 10In a text message, Stewart Rhodes III issues an ominous warning intended for Mr. Trump. Mr. Rhodes, an Army Airborne veteran and Yale law graduate, founded the Oath Keepers, a group of current and former military members who seek to defend the U.S. Constitution.

Mr. Rhodes composes a message on the cellphone of a man with “indirect” ties to Mr. Trump. In the message, Mr. Rhodes urges Mr. Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act to stop Mr. Biden, an “illegitimate” president, from assuming control of the U.S. military, and that if Mr. Trump fails to take that action, the new administration “will turn all that power on you, your family, and all of us…You and your children will die in prison.”

Although that message was never delivered to Mr. Trump, it becomes part of the federal government’s case against Mr. Rhodes; he is later convicted of seditious conspiracy for his involvement in the events of Jan. 6, and is sentenced to 18 years in prison.

Jan. 12Vice President Mike Pence rejects calls for him to remove Mr. Trump from office under 25th Amendment.

Jan. 13The Democrat-led House votes to impeach Mr. Trump. Minutes later, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) writes that he hadn’t made a final decision on how he would vote at the Senate trial.

Jan. 25The House transmits an article of impeachment on “incitement of insurrection” during a ceremonial walk across the Capitol to the Senate.

At the same time, Democrats explore using the 14th Amendment’s “insurrection” clause to bar Mr. Trump from ever holding future office in the United States.

Feb. 2Through his lawyers, Mr. Trump issues a response to the impeachment allegations, saying that impeaching a former officeholder is unconstitutional. If an officeholder is convicted of crimes against the United States, the punishment is removal from office—which no longer applies to Mr. Trump—along with disqualification from holding any future office. Mr. Trump’s supporters assert that Democrats’ ultimate goal in impeaching Trump is to prevent him from running for president again in 2024.

Feb. 6Noted legal scholar Alan Dershowitz opines that Congress “put itself above the law” in impeaching Mr. Trump.

Feb. 9By a vote of 56–44, the Senate declares the impeachment proceeding is constitutional despite Mr. Trump’s status as a former officeholder. Forty-four Republicans vote against it but six Republicans join Democrats in voting for the trial to move forward.

The trial kicks off as Democrats allege Mr. Trump committed a “grievous constitutional crime,” while his attorneys dismiss the allegations as “political theater.”

Feb. 10House impeachment managers quote Trump’s Jan. 6 speech, highlighting the fact that he told supporters to “fight like hell” as an example of him inciting violence. But the House Judiciary GOP points out that impeachment managers failed to acknowledge that Mr. Trump had also told protesters to march “peacefully and patriotically” to the Capitol. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) calls those words the “most important” part of Mr. Trump’s speech.

Impeachment managers present no new evidence to support their allegation that Mr. Trump incited an insurrection. Instead, they allege that Mr. Trump’s past speeches helped stoke his supporters’ passions until they boiled over on Jan. 6.

The managers make no mention of Mr. Trump’s repeated offers to deploy thousands of National Guard troops to Washington ahead of Jan. 6 to quell potential violence. Mr. Trump’s former chief of staff, Mark Meadows, says the president’s offers were rejected.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) says the case against Mr. Trump is “collapsing,” causing the number of expected not-guilty votes to grow. He predicts the trial will conclude in a matter of days.

Feb. 11Impeachment managers, headed by Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), finish their two-day presentation of the case against Mr. Trump. They play audio and video recordings of rioters saying that they stormed the Capitol at Mr. Trump’s request. No witnesses are called to testify.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) says he finds it “extraordinary” that impeachment managers admitted “President Trump was not impeached for his words.” Instead, they said he was impeached because “he advocated that the election was stolen,” Mr. Paul said. However, he notes that Democrats, including Mr. Raskin, 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) previously made that claim about the 2016 election, which Mr. Trump won.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), an attorney, criticizes impeachment managers for presenting “virtually no argument” on how Mr. Trump’s actions met the legal standard of incitement. He says that if phrases such as “fight like hell” qualify, “then every single politician in America is guilty of incitement,” Mr. Cruz said. “Because I guarantee you all 100 senators in that chamber have stood on the stump and said we need to ‘fight or fight like hell.’”

Feb. 12One of Mr. Trump’s attorneys, David Schoen, presents evidence that House Democrats “selectively edited the president’s words” and otherwise manipulated video clips.

Mr. Trump’s lawyers also accuse Democrat legislators of hypocrisy. They play numerous video clips showing members of Congress and other elected officials talking about assaulting Mr. Trump, threatening his supporters, and backing past, often violent, protests involving Black Lives Matter and Antifa. Anarchists, for example, staged a sustained attack on a federal courthouse in Portland, Oregon, but Ms. Pelosi did not use the word “insurrection” to describe that incident. Instead, she remarked, “People will do what they do.”

Several Democrats, including Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), smile or laugh while the videos play. After the session, Mr. Blumenthal accuses Mr. Trump’s attorneys of “trying to draw a dangerous and distorted equivalence.” He calls their presentation “a distraction from Donald Trump inviting the mob to Washington.”

Mr. Biden states that he was not pressuring Republican senators on how to vote on Mr. Trump’s impeachment, but he says it would be interesting to see “if they stand up.”

As the process continues, Mr. Trump remains uncharacteristically quiet, partly because Big Tech platforms such as Twitter and Facebook have suspended his accounts, effectively silencing him. Twitter says he is permanently banned. However, in late 2022, new Twitter owner Elon Musk would reinstate Mr. Trump’s account after taking a public poll on the platform. At last check, Mr. Trump had not returned to Twitter. Instead, he has continued to rely on Truth Social, which he founded. It went live in February 2022.

Feb. 13The Senate votes to acquit Mr. Trump by a vote of 57–43, clearing him of the impeachment charge of “incitement of insurrection.” Seven Republicans join all of the Democrats in voting to convict Mr. Trump, but the total falls 10 votes short of the 67 votes needed. The seven Republicans voting with Democrats are Sens. Richard Burr (R-N.C.), Bill Cassidy (R-La.), Susan Collins (R-Maine), Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska), Mitt Romney (R-Utah), Ben Sasse (R-Neb.) and Pat Toomey (R-Pa.)

Mr. McConnell votes to acquit but makes remarks highly critical of the former president, drawing later criticism from some of his GOP colleagues. The Senate votes to call witnesses but decides that would amount to a wasted effort because they didn’t have the necessary votes to convict anyhow. Forty-five Republicans vote to declare it unconstitutional to impeach Mr. Trump because he had left the presidency.

The former president issues a statement reacting to his acquittal: “It is a sad commentary on our times that one political party in America is given a free pass to denigrate the rule of law, defame law enforcement, cheer mobs, excuse rioters, and transform justice into a tool of political vengeance, and persecute, blacklist, cancel and suppress all people and viewpoints with whom or which they disagree.”

“I always have, and always will, be a champion for the unwavering rule of law, the heroes of law enforcement, and the right of Americans to peacefully and honorably debate the issues of the day without malice and without hate,” Mr. Trump says.

Feb. 23The former chief of the Capitol Police testifies to senators, alleging that other agencies failed to respond to his requests for assistance prior to Jan. 6.

July 22“The Real Story of Jan. 6” premieres on EpochTV. The documentary counters the carefully crafted narrative that Americans have been fed. It features stories of people who were there and examines the actions of police and other government officials. It is available at epochtv.shop/jan6.

Nov. 15Mr. Trump announces he is running to once again become the Republican Party’s presidential nominee in the 2024 election.

Nov. 18Attorney General Merrick Garland announces that Jack Smith has been appointed as a special counsel to look into Mr. Trump’s handling of presidential records and documents with classified markings. In making his announcement, Mr. Garland acknowledges that the decision was influenced by Mr. Trump’s candidacy.

“Based on recent developments, including the former president’s announcement that he is a candidate for president in the next election, and the sitting president’s stated intention to be a candidate as well, I have concluded that it is in the public interest to appoint a special counsel,” Mr. Garland said.

Mr. Smith is also tasked with overseeing the Washington-based investigation of alleged interference with the transfer of power following the 2020 presidential election. Mr. Smith, in a statement released by the DOJ, vows to pursue the investigations “Independently” and “thoroughly.”

Nov. 21Within days of Mr. Smith’s appointment, conservatives raise concerns about his impartiality, noting that his wife donated to Mr. Biden’s 2020 campaign and produced a film for former First Lady Michelle Obama.

Dec. 28The House Select Committee investigating Jan. 6 writes a letterwithdrawing the subpoena it previously issued to Mr. Trump, saying that the committee’s work was ending and “the Select Committee can no longer pursue the specific information covered by the subpoena.”

2023

Jan. 3A new session of Congress begins. Republicans take control of the House, while Democrats retain control of the Senate.

Feb. 15Mr. Pence reveals that Mr. Smith has subpoenaed him to testify against Mr. Trump in the Jan. 6 probe. In subsequent months, reports would leak out about other close associates of Mr. Trump being compelled to testify.

June 2Following recent convictions of high-profile Jan. 6 defendants, analysts predict that prosecutors may feel emboldened to pursue charges of “seditious conspiracy” against Mr. Trump, although they say he appears to have strong plausible defenses against such a charge.

June 8Mr. Trump and an aide, Walt Nauta, are indicted for alleged mishandling of government records with classified markings. Mr. Smith’s securing of that indictment fuels more speculation that an indictment could be forthcoming in the Jan. 6 probe that he has also been heading.

June 23House Speaker Kevin McCarthy says he supports efforts to expunge the two impeachments of Mr. Trump.

July 18Mr. Trump reports that on July 16, a Sunday night, his attorneys received a letter informing him that he was a target of Mr. Smith’s Washington grand jury, signaling that an arrest and indictment appear to be imminent. According to a post on his Truth Social account, Mr. Trump said Mr. Smith gave him four days to appear before the grand jury.

The Epoch Times reports that Julie Kelly, an independent journalist who has closely followed the trials of Jan. 6 defendants, believes Mr. Trump will be indicted for “seditious conspiracy.” The law covers attempts to forcibly overthrow the government as well as any attempt to “prevent, hinder or delay the execution of any law of the United States.”

July 19Authorities were still holding about 145 people as prisoners in connection with the events of Jan. 6, according to a database compiled by the nonprofit group, LookAheadAmerica.org. Many have been held for more than 800 days without a trial, the organization says.

Members of Congress react to Mr. Trump’s imminent indictment, with Republicans decrying the continued “weaponization” of the justice system and Democrats repeating an oft-used phrase since Trump’s first indictment was revealed in March: “No one is above the law.”

July 23A former acting attorney general during Mr. Trump’s administration, Matt Whitaker, tells Newsmax’s “Sunday Report:” “It just isn’t consistent with our system of justice with equal protection under the law.” He also says he believes all of Mr. Trump’s Jan. 6 statements should fall under “First Amendment-protected speech.”

July 27Two attorneys who represent Mr. Trump, Todd Blanche and John Lauro, meet in Washington with federal prosecutors in connection with the case, as a grand jury convenes, NBC News reports, citing anonymous sources.

EXCLUSIVE: ‘We Are Totally Awash in Pseudoscience’: Nobel Prize-Winning Physicist on Climate Agenda

His speech ‘postponed’ by the IMF, John Clauser speaks out

Nathan Worcester
July 29, 2023Updated: July 29, 2023

Nobel Prize-winning physicist John Clauser is not afraid to go against the flow.

In a July 26 interview with The Epoch Times, Mr. Clauser explained that he carried out his early research on quantum mechanics against opposition from some in the field.

As a young man, he pulled off the first experiment to demonstrate the reality of non-local quantum entanglement—that is, the strange linkage between multiple particles across any physical distance. That groundbreaking work earned him one-third of the 2022 Nobel Prize in Physics.

Today, the 80-year-old scientist is up against another establishment. This time, though, he’s not just violating a prediction so as to rule out an alternative explanation to quantum mechanics. He’s violating a taboo that has slowly but surely become one of the biggest in science and politics.

“I am, I guess, what you would call a ‘climate change denialist,’”  Mr. Clauser told The Epoch Times.

His training in science makes him “a little bit different than some others,” he said.

The physicist, who also won a third of the Wolf Prize for his quantum mechanics contributions, shared some of his views on climate during a recent talk in South Korea soon after his election to the CO2 Coalition’s board of directors.

‘Dangerous Misinformation’

“I believe that climate change is not a crisis,” Mr. Clauser told the audience at Quantum Korea 2023.

He also described the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) as “one of the worst sources of dangerous misinformation.”

Mr. Clauser elaborated further on his views in his interview with The Epoch Times.

Contra the IPCC and other major institutions, he argues that climate is primarily set by what he refers to as the “cloud cover thermostat,” a self-regulating process whereby more clouds start to enshroud the Earth when the temperature is too high, and vice-versa. Although he accepts observations showing that atmospheric carbon dioxide is increasing, he believes that gas’s effect on heat transfer is swamped by a great natural cloud cycle.

“It [the carbon dioxide] may or may not be made by human beings,” Ms. Clauser said. “It doesn’t really matter where it comes from.”

The physicist believes that objective science on climate has been sacrificed to politics. The preeminence of politics is all the worse, he said, because so much money has already gone to climate.

“We’re talking about trillions of dollars,” he said, adding that powerful people don’t want to hear that they’ve made “trillion-dollar mistakes.”

Concerns about such mistakes may have been relevant after Mr. Clauser was slated to speak before the U.N.’s International Monetary Fund (IMF) on July 25.

In recent years, the international economic and monetary agency has focused heavily on climate. Officials have laid particular stress on international carbon taxes.

“The latest IMF analysis finds that large emitting countries need to introduce a carbon tax that rises quickly to $75 a ton in 2030,” the agency’s website on climate mitigation states.

Just days before his talk was to take place, the Nobel laureate got some alarming news.

Mr. Clauser told The Epoch Times he’d received an email indicating that the IMF’s Independent Evaluation Office Director, Pablo Moreno, did not want the talk to go forward that day.

In an email, an IEO senior official told The Epoch Times that Mr. Clauser’s speech “has been postponed to reorganize it into a panel discussion.”

“We are working to reschedule it after the summer,” the official added.

No New Date Set

For now, a new date has not been set.

Mr. Clauser pointed out that a past attempt at a vigorous, transparent debate over climate change—namely, the “red team, blue team” exercise proposed by Obama administration veteran Steve Koonin in 2017—was ultimately scuttled during the Trump administration. When Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Director Scott Pruitt sought to carry out the exercise, White House Chief of Staff John Kelly reportedly shot the idea down.

In the eyes of some observers, the stated postponement looks more like a straightforward cancellation.

“Dr. John Clauser, Nobel Prize Recipient for Physics, 2022, & Board Member of the CO2 Coalition, has been summarily canceled as a confirmed speaker on July 25 at the International Monetary Fund. They say his speech is “postponed”. Don’t hold your breath!” wrote Patrick Moore, co-founder of Greenpeace and now a high-profile climate skeptic, on X, the site formerly known as Twitter.

Mr. Moore is a former chair of the CO2 Coalition.

“Whatever you do anon, you must not question ‘The Science,’ even if you are a [N]obel laureate,” Joshua Steinman, a cybersecurity entrepreneur who served on the Trump administration’s National Security Council, wrote on the same site.

When and if the IMF’s IEO reinvites Mr. Clauser, his remarks could make a bigger splash than his initially scheduled talk.

Like Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., however, Mr. Clauser may find it hard to get his message out there if the opposition remains sufficiently entrenched.

For now, the physicist doesn’t sound likely to yield.

“We are totally awash in pseudoscience,” Mr. Clauser told The Epoch Times.

ANTARCTICA POSTS COLDEST TEMP SINCE 2017; POLAR FRONTS TO BATTER NEW ZEALAND; SOLAR PANEL PRODUCTION MORE CARBON INTENSIVE THAN IPCC CLAIM; + U.N. MOVES TO CENSOR CLIMATE DEBATE VIA WIKIPEDIA

ANTARCTICA POSTS COLDEST TEMP SINCE 2017

Despite mainstream bemoanings of a lack of ice this year, Antarctica continues to cool.

On July 24, the French–Italian research facility Concordia registered a low of -81.1C (-114F), which made for Antarctica’s coldest temperature in more than 6 years, since July 3, 2017.

Sea ice’s tough time of it in 2023 isn’t related to temperature, that correlation simply doesn’t exist. Antarctica continues to cool, the data are very clear on that, yet ice is taking a proverbial beating this season.

Instead, it is wind patterns, ocean currents and an uptick in submarine volcano activity that appear to be the determining factors re. Antarctic sea ice cover (and only sea ice, by the way, the Antarctic Plateau is not at risk of melting, not by any means or by any measure) — frustrating realities that the AGW Party refuse to contend with.

Antarctica’s sea ice has been doing just fine in the recent years/decades, increasing even.

Also going unreported, temperatures have routinely been breaking all-time records of late, including the Antarctica posting its coldest-ever ‘coreless winter’ (April-Sept) in 2021, a trend which then continued throughout 2022 with colder-than-average month after colder-than-average month noted, including the coldest Nov since 1987 and the latest -60C (-76F) on record.

The South Pole Station ended 2022 with an annual average of -49.5C (-51.7F), which is -0.4C below the multidecal average.

The historic cold is spilling into 2023, too.

Back in March, the Antarctic continent suffered its coldest ever reading so early into a year; and as reported today, has gone and logged its lowest temperature since 2017, with a further intensification of the cold in the forecast.

This year’s sea ice blip requires far deeper digging than the catastrophists are will to admit, or likely capable of undertaking.

Just look at the wild swings in the continent’s ice (chart below). From a record-smashing high in 2014 to a new low in 2017, then back to the average in 2020.

To repeat myself, there is far more at play when it comes to Antarctic sea ice cover than merely temperature — a low solar activity-induced meridional jet stream flow is one forcing which, in recent years, has played havoc down there:For more:

Antarctica is cooling. The data are clear and undeniable on that. For the alarmists, temperature continues to play a frustratingly small role in the behavior of global sea ice.

POLAR FRONTS TO BATTER NEW ZEALAND

A cold front is forecast to see temperatures plunge across New Zealand, as per official forecasts.

MetService said a strong southwest flow is expected to develop across the country on Wednesday and Thursday, leading to the arrival of several cold fronts and icy winds driving the temperature colder than average, with windchill a big factor.

A snowfall warning is in place for some of New Zealand’s most iconic roads, including for Desert Road (SH1), Lewis Pass (SH7), Porters Pass (SH73), Lindis Pass (SH8), Milford Road (SH94) and Crown Range Rd.

This new cold fronts arrive after parts of Canterbury experienced heavy snowfall over the weekend, blocking roads.

SOLAR PANEL PRODUCTION MORE CARBON INTENSIVE THAN IPCC CLAIM

A major new investigation by Environmental Progress, drawing on the research of @enricomariutti, finds that solar panels made in China produce at least 3x more carbon emissions than IPCC claims.

Last August, in an amalgamation of “The Green New Deal” meets “Build Back Better,” President Joe Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act gifted the renewables industry with billions of dollars worth of taxpayer-funded subsidies.

What few backing the bill realized was that the largest beneficiary would likely be China due to its expansive grip on the global solar photovoltaic (PV) industry. It will likely also end up misdirecting the world’s clean energy efforts into dirtier than appreciated energy technologies because of the country’s ongoing dependence on coal-fired energy.

In other words, they don’t care about the environment, this about a wealth transfer, and more crucially, a power transfer.

The proof of this is in the data.

The IPCC claims solar PV production uses 48 gCO2/kWh. But, as shown below, a new investigation started by Italian researcher Enrico Mariutti suggests that the number is closer to between 170 and 250 gCO2/kWh, depending on the energy mix used.

If this estimate is accurate, solar would not compare all-that favorably with natural gas, which is around 50 gCO2/kWh with carbon capture and 400 to 500 without:

China’s political interfering in the west –its literal infiltration of the U.S. government– is working a charm.

For one, the CCP has convinced the west to rid itself of cheap and reliable energy in the name of ‘saving the planet’ via nonsensical emissions reductions, while China itself, along with the other BRICS nations, carry on as normal, building, advancing and, ultimately, prospering:

Bought-out western politicians and their MSM lapdogs continue to resign their people to energy and food poverty, even though the majority of the population have NOT fallen for the global warming fallacy — ipso facto: this is not a democracy we exist in.

And China et al., well, they’re getting away scott-free, permitted by our politicians –in writing!– to excrete as much carbon dioxide as they desire and so, in turn, build and expand their economies (and armies) while the west tears down theirs.

Needless to say, this does not bode well for the future of the west.

U.N. MOVES TO CENSOR CLIMATE DEBATE VIA WIKIPEDIA

A communications project has been quietly launched by the United Nations this month, under their Sustainable Development Goal 13 (SDG 13), which aims to “take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts”.

In short, the UN will now police Wikipedia’s most viewed climate-related entries, making sure they reflect UN-approved perspectives and information — which all sounds terrifying, “practically as chilling as any religious/ideological fundamentalist movement that would excommunicate, imprison or execute any heretic,” reads one online comment on the topic.

Further digging doesn’t allay these tyrannical concerns: According to the official PR, the online encyclopaedia’s editors will work in tandem with “content experts” drawn from and handpicked by the IPCC, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, and the Western government-funded Stockholm Environment Institute, among others.

These groups will monitor and amend Wikipedia articles with “significant daily page views”. Noting the site’s entries “usually appear at the top of internet search results”, Wikipedia is set to play a “key role in helping promote climate change knowledge”.

Speaking at a WEF panel discussion on “tackling disinformation” last autumn, UN Under-Secretary-General for Global Communications Melissa Fleming boasted that the UN had “partnered” with major search engines and social media platforms to influence what content users do and do not see related to climate change. “We’re becoming much more proactive,” Fleming explained. “We own the science, and we think that the world should know it, and the platforms themselves also do.”

The establishment controls the mainstream media, of course; but with the masses distrust of that puppet showgrowing by the day, TPTB are now coming for more informal resources, such as Wikipedia and social media, with rules and even laws being devised by governments, such as the UKs, to “analyse climate related mis/disinformation [online]”.

If you’re one of the sheep supporting such censorial efforts, I suggest you go study history a little better: Try and find an example of a controlling power’s waging of information warfare against its own citizens ever, and I mean ever, ending well for the people.

The Nobel Physics Laureate, Dr John Clauser, recently derided the ‘climate emergency’ narrative as a “dangerous corruption of science that threatens the world’s economy and the well-being of billions of people.”

Due to give a talk at the IMF on climate models, Dr Clauser was deplatformed upon the organizers realizing his views. All he dared to ask was, “How much can we trust IPCC climate predictions?” His swift cancellation likely answers that question.

Censorship: the resort of scoundrels, of failing ideologies, of sore losers.

Those still forwarding The Narrative are weak, biddable, compliant fools, and history will remember them as such.

Cases of Severe Tropical Disease Exploding With No End in Sight: WHO

Note: Does anyone even listen to WHO anymore?? Is this more fear porn to get you to take a vaccine?

The World Health Organization (WHO) has warned that cases of dengue fever could reach record highs this year.

Dengue rates are rising globally, with reported cases since 2000 up eight-fold to 4.2 million in 2022, a WHO official said on July 21.

In January, the WHO claimed that dengue is the world’s fastest-spreading tropical disease and alleged it could be a “pandemic threat.”

The disease was found in Sudan’s capital Khartoum for the first time on record, according to a health ministry report in March, while Europe has reported a surge in cases and Peru declared a state of emergency in most regions.

About half of the world’s population is now at risk, Raman Velayudhan, a specialist at the WHO’s control of neglected tropical diseases department, told journalists in Geneva on Friday.

Cases reported to the WHO hit an all-time high in 2019 with 5.2 million cases in 129 countries, said Mr. Velayudhan via video link.

This year the world is on track for “4 million plus” cases, depending mostly on the Asian monsoon season. Already, close to 3 million cases have been reported in the Americas, he said, adding there was concern about the southern spread to Bolivia, Paraguay, and Peru.

Argentina, which has faced one of its worst outbreaks of dengue in recent years, is sterilizing mosquitoes using radiation that alters their DNA before releasing them into the wild.

“The American region certainly shows it is bad and we hope the Asian region may be able to control it,” Mr. Velayudhan said.

Officials in the European Union said that as of June 8, 2023, some 2.1 million cases have been reported around the world, with 974 deaths.

“Dengue is occurring in urban areas where it did not exist before,” Coralith Garcia, associate professor at the school of medicine at Cayetano Heredia University in Peru, told Fox Newsthis week. The virus is on the rise in Peru because “it’s so crowded that anything can happen,” she added.

“But Peru had the highest COVID mortality rate [in] the world and now we have several patients dying of dengue, confirming that the Peruvian health system is very weak,” Ms. Garcia said.

What Is Dengue?

Dengue fever can be caused by the dengue virus 1, 2, 3, or 4, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The illness is transmitted primarily via the Aedes aegypti mosquito, which the CDC says is active during the day.

The most common symptom of dengue is a fever with nausea, vomiting, rash, aches, and pains, including eye pain, muscle pain, and bone pain. Symptoms generally last between two and seven days, the CDC says.

There is no specific medicine to treat dengue, which is sometimes called breakbone fever. The CDC notes that most cases of dengue reported in the United States occurred in people who traveled elsewhere, although the isolated spread of dengue has occurred in Arizona, Hawaii, Texas, and Florida.

Most patients who contract dengue fever recover without hospitalization, said Dr. David O. Freedman, a former professor with the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

“In a small proportion of patients, just as the fever is resolving, a second critical phase develops where fluid leaks out of the circulation and gets into body spaces, such as the chest and abdominal cavities,” he told Fox News. In that second phase, people should watch four abdominal tenderness or pain, vomiting, fluid in body spaces, bleeding from the mouth or elsewhere, and lethargy, he said.

Patients can also develop “a total body rash often develops during the critical or early recovery phase,” Dr. Freedman said, adding that “if the patient survives the critical phase usually with medical intervention, the third phase, recovery, occurs about three to four days after that.”

Meanwhile, drugmaker Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. said earlier this month that it has voluntarily withdrawn its application for its dengue vaccine candidate, following discussions with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The Japan-based company cited data collection issues, which cannot be addressed within the current review cycle.

The future plan for the candidate, TAK-003, in the United States would be further evaluated, given the need for travelers and those living in dengue-endemic areas of the United States, such as Puerto Rico, the drugmaker announced.

Sanofi’s Dengvaxia, the world’s first dengue vaccine, was licensed in 2015. However, the use of the French company’s vaccine was scaled back considerably after it emerged that it increased the risk of severe disease in “seronegative” children, or those who had no prior dengue exposure when they got the shot.

Takeda’s vaccine, branded as QDENGA, was authorized in the European Union last year for use in those aged 4 and older to prevent any of the four so-called serotypes of dengue. It has also been approved in the UK, Brazil, Argentina, Indonesia, and Thailand, according to the company.

Mass Casualty at Concerts: When COVID-19 Vaccinated Crowds “Die Suddenly”.

This story needs serious investigation to determine the cause of this phenomenon. By comparison, the 1969 Woodstock event attracted some 400,000 people to a three-day marathon of music activity and partying. Only two people died: one from a drug overdose and the other was run over in his sleeping bag with a tractor collecting trash. Deaths from heart attack at Woodstock? ZERO. ⁃ TN Editor

Ed Sheeran Concert (2 cardiac arrest, 17 hospitalized), 2022 South Korea Halloween Party (159 dead), 2021 Travis Scott Concert (10 dead)

What is happening with “mass casualty events” at concerts?

This has now happened several times since COVID-19 vaccines have rolled out.

Simultaneous cardiac arrests. Dozens hospitalized or dead.

July 8, 2023 – Ed Sheeran concert in Pittsburgh – 2 people went into cardiac arrest, 17 people were taken to the hospital (click here)

Ed Sheeran took to the stage at the city’s Acrisure Stadium on Saturday, July 8, to entertain the biggest Pittsburgh crowd he’s ever played in front of, with an estimated 51,000 fans piling in to see the Englishman.

Things took a turn among some gig-goers, though, who fell ill during the performance. Emergency services were called to more than 37 incidents, and 17 people were taken to hospital, including a stadium worker and a medic.

Two people went into cardiac arrest, including a venue worker as well as a paramedic.

Oct. 29, 2022 – Seoul, South Korea – Halloween party results in 159 deaths from simultaneous cardiac arrests (click here)(click here)(click here).

Oct. 30, 2022 – Kinshasa, Congo – Stampede at Fally Ipupa concert kills 11 people including two police officers (click here)(click here).

Sep. 15, 2022 – Guatemala concert to celebrate Independence Day had a stampede that left at least 9 dead and 20 injured (click here).

Nov. 6, 2021 – Houston, TX – Astroworld Festival, Travis Scott Concert – 11 people suffered cardiac arrests simultaneously, 10 people died (ages 14 to 26), 300 were injured, 25 transported to the hospital (click here)(click here).

Concerts with smaller numbers of casualties:

July 4, 2023 – International Musical Eisteddfod concert goer had a cardiac arrest and was saved by a paramedic who got a defibrillator from a nearby rugby club (click here)

March 2023 – Carnegie Hall concert goer suffered a cardiac arrest and was saved by a doctor who was sitting next to him (click here).

My Take…

Why are some concerts now turning into “mass casualty events”?

The Ed Sheeran concert having two cardiac arrests is unusual enough, but 17 people had to be hospitalized and that is very strange. 37 incidents requiring “emergency services”.

The 159 deaths during the 2022 South Korea Halloween party is the most striking example of this phenomenon, as it was reported that dozens of people were having cardiac arrests simultaneously.

The Travis Scott concert is legendary for simultaneous sudden cardiac arrests and 10 deaths.

In my opinion, this phenomenon is similar to what has happened at some marathons, like the May 21, 2022 Brooklyn Half Marathon where 1 runner died and 15 had to be hospitalized.

With concerts you have a venue of mostly COVID-19 vaccinated individuals (in some of the cases above, only the vaccinated were allowed to attend the concert).

Most of these concert goers are in an excited state, with increased heart rate and surging adrenaline.

That surging adrenaline is the catalyst that turns a COVID-19 vaccine induced myocarditis injured heart into having a sudden cardiac arrhythmia that leads to collapse and sudden death.

Sadly, COVID-19 vaccinated concert goers are probably not aware of this risk.

It’s Official: Texas Resigns from Democrat Operative-founded ERIC Voter Registration System- 9 States Out – Only 23 Remain

Today, Texas Director of Elections sent a letter on behalf of the Texas Secretary of State notifying the Electronic Registration Information Center, Inc. know that they were resigning from the ERIC system.  In March, The Gateway Pundit reported that Missouri, Florida, and West Virginia also were withdrawing from ERIC joining Ohio, Louisiana, Alabama, Virginia, and Iowa.

The Gateway Pundit has written extensively about ERIC and its founder, David Becker, who also founded the Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR), which received $69.5 million in Zuckerbucks and distributed it disproportionately to the “swing states”, with four of the top six states being PA, MI, AZ, and GA, which received an average of $8.5 million compared to $1.58 million on average being distributed to the remaining 23 states that received funds.

Texas will resign from ERIC, effective 91 days from the July 20th, 2023.  They will have to implement a system that won’t cost more than $100,000.  According to the Texas Tribune:

According to the secretary of state’s resignation letter, the state’s resignation will be effective in three months, in accordance with the program’s bylaws. By then, a law approved by the Texas Legislature this session, authored by Republican state Sen. Bryan Hughes, will have gone into effect. That legislation directs the secretary of state’s office to build its own version of a multistate cross-check program or to find a “private sector provider” with a cost that won’t exceed $100,000.

For example, Wisconsin is an ERIC State and has over 7 million registered voters in a state with less than 4 million eligible voters.  The Wisconsin state election leader Sarah Whitt was hired by ERIC after performing such exemplary work in Wisconsin.

Obviously, ERIC is not working.  The ERIC system is obsolete, inefficient, and has failed in its purpose.  The Democrat party apparatus loves it for some reason.

The ERIC system is now used in dozens of states despite the fact that voter rolls in those states are more bloated with phantom voters than ever before in US history.

Last year The Gateway Pundit reported on the ERIC Systems in a series of articles and follow-up reports for over a year now.

These articles have gone viral and are being passed on to state officials.

** ERIC Part 1: Who’s “Cleaning” Our Voter Rolls? ERIC Now in 31 States
** ERIC Part 2: Largest U.S. Counties Removed ZERO to TWO Ineligible Voters
** ERIC Part 3: The Founding of the Nation’s Largest Voter Roll Clean-up Operation
** ERIC Part 4: A Response to the Panicked Media Attacks

And our message is resonating.  Since our original reporting, thousands of grassroots activists have called their Secretary of State’s office and demanded they look into the ERIC system.

As we reported earlier, several states have stepped away from the platform and more will follow.

Of course, this is a grave concern to Democrat lawmakers like Jocelyn Benson from Michigan and Gabe Sterling from Georgia who contributed to a recent AP report.   The two liberal activists are concerned that several states are now taking a closer look at the failed system.  They feel threatened.

‘Serious Doubt’ About COVID-19 Vaccine Safety After Forced Release of 15,000 Pages of Clinical Trial Data: Legal NGO

July 21, 2023Updated: July 23, 2023

Conservative public interest advocacy group Defending the Republic (DTR) has obtained almost 15,000 pages of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine clinical trial data, claiming the data show an “utter lack of thoroughness” of the trials and calls the vaccine’s safety into “serious doubt.”

As a result of successful Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) litigation against the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the group recently announced it had obtained—and is releasing—nearly 15,000 pages of documents relating to testing and adverse events associated with “Spikevax,” Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine.

Since 2022, the group has been involved in litigation against the FDA relating to the production of data submitted by Moderna in support of its application to federal regulators for approval of its vaccine.

As a result, the FDA agreed to produce around 24,000 pages of the Moderna records by the end of this year, with the 15,000 pages being the first instalment.

The records, some of which relate to adverse events related to the vaccine, include important information related to the safety profile of Spikevax, which was first authorized for emergency use in the United States in December 2020 and in January 2022 received full approval for adults.

“The public can be assured that Spikevax meets the FDA’s high standards for safety, effectiveness and manufacturing quality required of any vaccine approved for use in the United States,” Acting FDA Commissioner Dr. Janet Woodcock said in a statement earlier this year.

But the new data call this view into question. The advocacy group says that the tens of thousands of pages of clinical trial data released by the FDA supports the conclusion that there is “serious doubt” about both  the safety of Spikevax and the FDA’s standards for approval.

Neither Moderna nor the FDA immediately responded to a request for comment.

More Details

DTR filed its FOIA lawsuit after the FDA rejected requests to produce the Moderna COVID-19 records, justifying its decision by claiming there was no pressing need for the public to review the information.

The documents obtained as part of the group’s litigation against the FDA are the first significant release of data from Moderna’s COVID-19 clinical trials.

The studies reveal the causes of deaths, serious adverse events, and instances of neurological disorders potentially associated with Spikevax.

One of the key takeaways from the documents is that many of those who died after receiving the Moderna vaccine were not given an autopsy.

“According to one study, 16 individuals died after being administered the Moderna vaccine. The study’s authors indicated that out of those 16 deaths, only two autopsies were performed, five of the dead were not autopsied, and the autopsy status of nine of the dead was ‘unknown,’” DTR said in a statement.

“Yet this did not stop those running these ‘studies’ from concluding, despite the absence of evidence, that the Moderna vaccine was not related to these deaths,” the group added.

As an example, the group gave the case of a 56-year-old woman who experienced ‘sudden death’ 182 days after receiving the second dose of the Moderna vaccine.

“The cause of death was unknown, and no autopsy was conducted. It seems they purposely decided not to investigate suspicious deaths in case the Moderna vaccine might be the cause,” the group stated.

There were also numerous examples in the clinical trial data of participants diagnosed with post-vaccination Bell’s Palsy and Shingles, with numerous vaccinated trial participants seeing the onset of Shingles less than 10 days after getting the shot.

The studies also showed that there were a number of serious adverse events noted in the vaccinated groups, with a number of participants experiencing heart attacks, pulmonary embolisms, and spontaneous miscarriages.

Overall, the group concludes that the 15,000 pages of data create “serious doubt concerning the safety of the Moderna vaccine and the FDA’s standards and approval of the Moderna vaccine.”

The 15,000 pages or so of data released by DTR, all of which can be found here, add to the growing body of evidence suggesting that the COVID-19 vaccines may not be as safe as advertised.

FDA Ordered to Speed Up Release of COVID-19 Data

Elsewhere, a federal judge in Texas ordered the FDA to make public data it relied on to license COVID-19 vaccines at an accelerated rate, requiring all documents to be made public by mid-2025 rather than, as the FDA wanted, over the course of about 23.5 years.

In a May 9 decision hailed as a win for transparency by the lawyer representing the plaintiffs (the parents of a child injured by a COVID-19 vaccine) in a lawsuit (pdf) against the FDA, the agency was ordered to produce the data on Moderna’s vaccine for adults and Pfizer’s for children about 10 times faster than the agency wanted.

“Democracy dies behind closed doors,” is how U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman opened his order (pdf), which requires the FDA to produce the data on Moderna’s and Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccines at an average rate of at least 180,000 pages per month.

The FDA had argued it would be “impractical” to release the estimated 4.8 million pages at more than between 1,000 and 16,000 pages per month, which would have taken at least 23.5 years.

The January 2022 order (pdf), also issued by Pittman, forced the FDA to produce all its data on Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine for those aged 16 and older at a rate of 55,000 pages per month, or much faster than the 75 years the agency had sought.

“That production should be completed in a few more months,” Siri said in a statement, referring to the earlier Pfizer data for those aged 16 and up.

The latest order requires the FDA to produce all of its data on Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine for 12- to 15-year-olds (and Moderna’s product for adults) by June 31, 2025.

FDA officials didn’t respond to a request for comment on the ruling.

US Military Confirms Myocarditis Spike After COVID Vaccine Introduction

July 20, 2023Updated: July 22, 2023

Cases of myocarditis soared among U.S. service members in 2021 after the COVID-19 vaccines were rolled out, a top Pentagon official has confirmed.

There were 275 cases of myocarditis in 2021—a 151 percent spike from the annual average from 2016 to 2020, according to Gilbert Cisneros Jr., undersecretary of defense for personnel and readiness, who confirmed data revealed by a whistleblower earlier this year.

The COVID-19 vaccines can cause myocarditis, a form of heart inflammation that can lead to mortality, including sudden death. COVID-19 also can cause myocarditis.

The diagnosis data comes from the Defense Medical Epidemiology Database.

Mr. Cisneros provided the rate of cases per 100,000 person-years, a way to measure risk across a certain period of time. In 2021, the rate was 69.8 among those with prior infection, compared to 21.7 among members who had been vaccinated.

“This suggests that it was more likely to be [COVID-19] infection and not COVID-19 vaccination that was the cause,” Mr. Cisneros said.

No figures were given for members who had been vaccinated but were also infected. The total rate, 20.6, also indicates that some members weren’t included in the subgroup analysis.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), who has been investigating problems with the database, questioned how the military came up with the figures.

“It is unclear whether or how it accounted for service members who had a prior COVID-19 infection and received a COVID-19 vaccination,” Mr. Johnson wrote to Mr. Cisneros.

Department of Defense (DOD) officials didn’t respond to a request for comment.

Mr. Johnson asked for the information no later than Aug. 2.

Dr. Peter McCullough, a cardiologist and president of the McCullough Foundation, looked at the newly disclosed data.

“The large increase in myocarditis cases in our military in 2021 was most likely due to ill-advised COVID-19 vaccination,” he told The Epoch Times via email, pointing to a study from Israel that found no increase of myocarditis in COVID-19 patients.

Some other papers have found COVID-19 vaccines increase the risk of myocarditis. COVID-19 has been linked elsewhere to myocarditis, although the vaccines have never prevented infection and have become increasingly ineffective against it.

The military encouraged COVID-19 vaccination after U.S. regulators cleared the vaccines for use in late 2020. Military officials were among the first in the world to raise concerns about myocarditis after vaccination and published an early case series of 22 previously healthy members who suffered myocarditis within four days of receiving a COVID-19 vaccine. U.S. officials have since said the vaccines definitely cause myocarditis.

U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin mandated the vaccines in 2021, a requirement that remained in place until Congress forced its withdrawal.

Repeated Changes

Military officials have struggled to provide accurate data on 2021 diagnoses.

Whistleblowers revealed in 2021 that myocarditis, as reflected in the Defense Medical Epidemiology Database (DMED), had soared to 2,868 percent higher than the average from 2016 to 2020. They downloaded the data in August 2021.

The number of 2021 myocarditis diagnoses, though, had plummeted from 1,239 to 263 when the data was downloaded later, prompting concerns of manipulation.

Military officials said they reviewed the data and found it was “faulty.” They said the data for the years 2016 to 2020 were “corrupted” during a “database maintenance process,” which resulted in the display of only 10 percent of the actual medical encounters for that time period.

Officials told Mr. Johnson in 2022 that the problem had been fixed. The fix significantly changed the records. Instead of a 2,181 percent increase in hypertension in 2021, for instance, the increase was just 1.9 percent. Female infertility, instead of increasing 472 percent, increased 13.2 percent.

The updated percentages, though, were called into question when another whistleblower looked at the database in 2023 and found they were different.

Testicular cancer, initially pegged as increasing 369 percent, was placed at 3 percent by the military. But the actual increase was 16.3 percent, the whistleblower found. Pulmonary embolism was among the other conditions that occurred more often in 2021 than the military had conveyed.

The whistleblower alerted Mr. Johnson, the top Republican on the Senate Subcommittee on Investigations, who asked military officials for answers.

Mr. Cisneros acknowledged that the data given to the senator was incomplete. He said the change stemmed from December 2021 figures not being available when the corrected data was offered. There was a data “lag by about three months,” meaning the data wasn’t available in February 2022, when officials provided Mr. Johnson with the corrected data, Mr. Cisneros said.

Pentagon officials replicated the analyses from the whistleblower and found the data “are similar” to the data the whistleblower sent to Mr. Johnson, Mr. Cisneros said.

Military officials hadn’t previously mentioned any data lag previously while communicating with Mr. Johnson or the public, and they didn’t incorporate the available data when they sent him another missive in mid-2022.

“Without the whistleblower’s disclosure, I doubt DOD would have ever acknowledged that it provided incomplete information to my office in February 2022 and again in July 2022,” Mr. Johnson said.

He said the DOD had demonstrated “a complete disregard for transparency” and urged officials to make clear whether it has investigated whether any of the medical conditions for which diagnoses spiked are associated with the vaccines.

Pfizer building destroyed by tornado, 50,000 pallets of medicine damaged

The Pfizer building in Rocky Mount had its roof ripped off by a tornado Wednesday. Injuries and significant damage were reported in Nash County.

NASH COUNTY, N.C. — The roof was torn off the Pfizer building and 50,000 pallets of medicine were damaged by a tornado that touched down east of Raleigh Wednesday afternoon, officials said.

Trailers were overturned at the Pfizer facility in Rocky Mount and parts of the building were splintered by the storm. WRAL-TV’s helicopter flew over the property and saw significant damage to the area. WRAL also learned that 50,000 pallets of medicine were destroyed by the tornado.

The tornado caused widespread damage in Nash County, where tree and crops were destroyed along the tornado’s path. Meteorologists said the tornado may have traveled 20 miles with a 2.5-mile wall of debris reported near Interstate 95.

Sheriff Keith Stone said at least two people in Nash County were injured but said the number could be higher.

I-95 was shut down in both directions after the storm took down trees and left a path of destruction between exits 138 and 141. The North Carolina Department of Transportation tweeted photos of the damage along the highway.

Jackie Vick, the mayor of Dortches, said he was grateful no one was killed during the tornado. Vick told WRAL that at least five homes were destroyed.

“It went from sunshine to pitch black,” Vick said. “We’re just thankful there were no lost lives.”

Another California Teacher Confronts the Education Mafia

July 17, 2023Updated: July 17, 2023

Increasingly, public school administrators and boards—controlled by unions—are pressing teachers to adopt woke and sexualized ideology. They threaten—and implement—punishments for anyone resisting, as teacher Sean Redmond is learning.

Mr. Redmond, 34, teaches in California’s Garden Grove Unified School District. He and some other teachers were not keen to adopt grooming techniques being pushed by administrators and teachers union officials. And now the school district is moving to fire him for his recalcitrance.

These grooming techniques Mr. Redmond and other teachers are being told to implement have chiefly to do with gender “roles” and sexual activities, both of which are priorities for the educational establishment these days, but which are abhorrent to a great many real teachers.

The idea, according to Equality California, a sponsor of the infamous Assembly Bill 329 that became law in California several years ago pushing this ideology, is to acclimate small children to transgender and homosexual practices before those behaviors are stigmatized by parents or others as aberrant or unappealing.

Mr. Redmond and other teachers in the Garden Grove USD were told to keep information away from parents pertaining to a student’s “gender identity,” even if parents asked about it. They also were steered to an absurdly named “Flower Power Activity” quiz, where teachers were to ask innocuous questions about favorite colors and hobbies, but then were directed also to ascertain students’ religions, “pronouns,” sexual orientation, and other deeply personal information. “Have fun with it!” the administration shockingly exhorts.

The district explained its order by asserting, “With all the recent events exposing bias and hate in our community, we must come together as one.” The district did not elaborate about “all the recent events” but the likelihood is that if asked it would cite celebrated cases of resistance to the woke agenda, such as refusal to honor “pronouns.” That resistance, increasingly, is characterized as “racist” or “homophobic” or “hateful”—all reactionary and wildly inaccurate descriptions that are intended to inflame and exaggerate so that unions and administrators can more easily promote their agenda in a climate of hostility and conflict.

Mr. Redmond, who will be in the dock Tuesday, July 18, before the Garden Grove school board, filed a formal complaint advocating for the rights of parents, teachers, and students. His job will be on the line when the board meets Tuesday, which is why appreciative teachers and parents from all over Orange County are traveling to Garden Grove to stand with Mr. Redmond. The district intends to fire him before any more of the woke ideology that it is pushing in Garden Grove classrooms comes to light.

Mr. Redmond argued in his complaint that compelled speech amounts to a violation of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, and that quizzing students about their religious and moral beliefs violates their constitutional rights.

He’s not alone in being victimized by the union-administrator establishment (more aptly named “The Education Mafia” by longtime teacher Rebecca Friedrichs) that has overrun America’s public schools. The nearby Jurupa Unified School District earlier this year fired physical education teacher Jessica Tapia for refusing to withhold information from parents, to use “gender pronouns” and to allow transgender males to roam around the girls’ locker rooms at Jurupa Valley High School, where Ms. Tapia had been a teacher for several years.

Ms. Tapia has filed a lawsuit against the district, which explicitly instructed her to lie to parents.

The woke ideology has played out in thousands of school districts around the country. One of the more infamous cases, according to a Loudoun County, Va., grand jury, involved a transgender student who assaulted a girl in a locker room at a high school in Loudoun County. It was later disclosed that the student accused in the assault had been transferred to that school weeks earlier after being accused of sexually assaulting another girl in another school locker room. The district had simply moved the student to another school.

Parents and other citizens are gradually becoming aware that public schools are not the same as when the parents attended, sometimes just 10 or 15 years earlier. They have become hotbeds of political and cultural conflict, and the establishment is explicitly in the corner of one side in the conflict and in fact is fanning the conflict in order to better push its agenda.

That’s why multitudes of people already have committed to attending Tuesday’s meeting in Garden Grove, and as word spreads about the district’s treatment of Mr. Redmond and other teachers, more will likely become interested.

The meeting is on Tuesday, July 18 at 7 p.m. in the district’s fifth-floor board room at 10331 Stanford Ave., Garden Grove, 92840. The public is invited to attend and speak on the matter.

Florida GOP to Declare mRNA Vaxx a Bioweapon and Approved Detox Protocol

CSL paying $312m to license mRNA vax tech | Kalgoorlie Miner

I found this over at American Military News.

The Brevard County Republican Executive Committee (BREC) recently voted in favor of a resolution classifying the COVID-19 vaccine as a bioweapon as part of a broader effort to get the jab banned from the entire state of Florida.

BREC sent a letter, obtained by CBS12, to registered Republicans in Brevard County – the tenth most populated county in Florida – calling for the shots to be outlawed in the Sunshine State. The committee is also sending the letter to all appropriate representatives, as well as Senators Marco Rubio and Rick Scott and Gov. DeSantis.

BREC’s letter highlighted the early days of the pandemic, during which lawmakers insisted “COVID-19 presented a grave danger” to the public.

“We were then subsequently told to and in many cases mandated to take the experimental COVID-19 injections for the following reasons: That it would prevent transmission and thus stop the spread of COVID-19. That doing so would protect our families, ourselves, and the public. Doing so would allow us to keep our jobs and/or benefits to be able to support our families. By doing so we were doing our patriotic duty for our country, state, and communities. We didn’t have a choice because of President Biden’s COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates,” the letter stated.

The committee explained that recent “strong and credible evidence” revealed both COVID-19 and the vaccine “are biological and technological weapons.”

“Whereas Pfizer’s clinical data revealed 1.223 deaths, 42,000 adverse cases, 158,000 adverse incidents, and approximately 1,000 side effects. Whereas an enormous number of humans have died and or have been permanently disabled. Whereas strong and credible evidence exists that COVID-19 mRNA shots alter human DNA,” the letter continued. “Whereas government agencies, media and tech companies, and other corporations, have committed enormous fraud by claiming COVID-19 injections are safe and effective.”

BREC asserted that the “continued experimentation on humans and denial of informed consent are violations of the Nuremberg Code and therefore constitute crimes against humanity.”

“On behalf of the preservation of the human race, the Brevard County Republican Party calls upon Governor DeSantis and the state legislature to prohibit the sale and distribution of COVID-19 injections and all related injections in the state of Florida, and for the state Attorney General to immediately seize all COVID-19 injections and mRNA injections in the state of Florida and have a forensic analysis conducted to determine if the ingredients pose a danger to recipients,” the letter added.

There have been many concerns about these vaccines ever since they rolled out and were forced on the people.

Now the questions remains, “I took the vaccine, Now What Do I Do”?

Well fortunately there is hope for everyone who fell victim to the vaccine propaganda.

Graphene Oxide Detox Protocols For The Vaxxed & Unvaxxed - News 4 Awake

The goal of this discussion is to help educate the general public about this substance as it has recently been found to have been used in the jabs, sprayed in chemtrails and even put into the water supply. Recent research has also given examples of how to best remove this toxic substance from the body.

Increasing numbers of people are searching for information on how to “detox” themselves from the COVID-19 vaccine after receiving it, over fears it could have detrimental effects.

But is this ever safe or even possible?

In this video we review Humic acid and Fulvic acid, and how both help to constitute humus.

We also take a look at how researchers from China recently discovered Humic acid staves off Graphene oxide or Graphene oxide-induced toxicity in several species, and indeed acts as a natural antidote for this novel technological substance.

Chinese Researchers Discover Holy Grail of Graphene Oxide Detox?

“7.4 billion doses have been administered now worldwide, of different vaccines with COVID, and a lot of those are mRNA vaccines.

Nearly 3 out of 4 people in the United States have received a vaccination against COVID-19. Over 9 out of 10 of those who said they intended to get vaccinated in early 2021 have taken at least one dose.

“If you’re very worried about these vaccines, if you’ve been convinced by someone who has an MD after their name that they’re dangerous, then you’ll do everything in your power, especially if there’s a mandate, to detox or to get that mNRA protein or the Graphene oxide out of your body.

Graphene And Graphene Oxide Basics Live Call Sunday August 22, 2021 ...

Graphene Oxide Removal / Detoxification

Humic Fulvic acid truly is an underrated natural compound rivaled by few others for its plethora of health benefits.

Fulvic acid has dozens of beneficial uses for the human body. It:

  • Transports nutrients
  • Is a super-antioxidant
  • Increases alkalinity
  • Modulates hormones
  • Regulates neurologic function
  • Acts as an electrolyte
  • Boosts immunity
  • Is the best source of bioavailable organic trace minerals
  • Used as a Graphene oxide detox

Humic Fulvic acid is also nature’s most powerful natural heavy metal detoxifier.

Conclusion:  Fulvic acid- and Humic acid-coated surfaces are able to attach graphene oxide, which can help in the removal of this toxic agent.

Our product has been thoroughly tested by an ISO/IEC Certified Lab for toxins and Heavy metals as well as for trace mineral content. We KNOW we have NO lead, arsenic, mercury, aluminum etc. in our Formula. This Humic & Fulvic Liquid Trace Mineral complex has high trace levels of naturally occurring Humic and Fulvic Acids as well as high trace levels of Zinc, Iron, Magnesium, Molybdenum, Potassium and more. There is a wide range of up to 70 trace minerals which occur naturally in our Complex at varying levels. We Choose to list the 8 substances which occur in higher trace levels on our supplement panel. We don’t claim a high number of minerals as other Humic and Fulvic Supplements do and leave you to guess which elements you’ll be getting.

Our Formula is an exceptional value compared to other Humic Fulvic Minerals because:

It’s OXYGENATED

Our Extraction Process protects fragile and ancient oxygen bonds which can be broken by over bombardment of the Humic and Fulvic Molecule Matrixes. Secondarily, we use Oxygenated water in our Extraction process which adds further O2 bonds to the Humic and Fulvic Molecules. This enhances Oxygen delivery at the cellular level!

It Always Tests at 9.5+ pH

Alkaline substances combat Body Acidity brought on by high sugar and carbohydrate consumption. When your body fluids contain too much acid, it’s known as acidosis. Never processed using Heat, Humic and Fulvic acids are delicate and are damaged when subjected to high heat.

Preservative and Chemical Free

HerbAnomic desires to avoid all unnecessary additions of Preservatives and Chemical additives. Our Complex does have beneficial Phytochemicals, but never synthetic chemicals added for shelf stability.

Allergen Free

We don’t add Unnecessary bulk and flavoring to our product so we are able to keep our product clear of Allergenic compounds like Gluten, Dairy, Nuts, Shellfish, Legumes, Nightshades, Soy, Corn and all other potential allergenic products.

Comes From a Pure, Unpolluted, Organic Source

Free from GMOs and Man-Made Toxins-All our food supply, water and air is effected by pollution, has traces of rocket fuel, residues from petrochemicals and deposits of harmful Pesticides and Forever-Chemicals. Our source material is protected, harvested from within the earth, never coming into contact with these damaging toxins.

Is an Excellent Source for Trace Minerals

Our food supply is devoid of mineral input and toxic herbicides, pesticides and chemicals prevent proper use of minerals by the plants. Our bodies cannot extract enough Bio-Available plant minerals from our modern era crops. This is why we need a true trace mineral complex which is BIOAVAILABLE to access these trace elements. Beyond just minerals, our product provides a Full Spectrum Humic/Fulvic Blend Complete with Amino Acids, Poly-Electrolytes, Phytochemicals, Polyphenols, Bio-Flavinoids & Trace Vitamins.

Is From Whole, Prehistoric Plant Based Origin Material With Ionic Minerals and Constituents

The HerbAnomic complex has been carefully sourced from whole plant based material, its mineral content is ionically suspended in our liquid formulation. Our Humic Fulvic Complex is extracted directly from this natural Origin material: It Contains fully Bio-Available Minerals and other due to the large amount of electrons they possess. This causes them to bond with positively charged substances such as trace elements, oxygen particles and minerals salts. Humic and Fulvic Acids are incredibly small, so small that when they do bond, these micron sized, once elemental particles are so tiny that they are able to pass through the cellular wall and into the nucleus of the cell thus becoming Organic and Bioavailable. Synthetic vitamins and Elemental minerals that you find added to fortified foods, in chelated form in supplements and from your iron frying pan are too large to be used within the cell.

Highly Conductive/Full of Extra Electrons

This is exactly what cells need for optimum functionality. Our Bodies are Bombarded with EMFs, Radiation, Radio Frequencies and many types of currents every day. Often, Cells can be confused in the high frequency exposure and perform poorly. Enter Humic and Fulvic with their high levels of electrons and High charge. Additional Electrons enable Humic acids to bond to Positively charged damaging viruses and fungi, Heavy metals and toxins removing them from the digestive system through the gut. Fulvic acids are able to charge cells with their extra electrons, enabling them to return to normal function.

Is a Full Spectrum Complex

Our Humic and Fulvic Liquid Trace Mineral Complex has Minerals, Amino Acids, Poly Electrolytes, Phytochemicals, Polyphenols, Bioflavonoids and Trace Vitamins included with the Humic and Fulvic Acid. Our Source material is high in these constituents, where other manufacturers use inferior materials.

California Dems who blocked bill to make child trafficking a ‘serious felony’ reverse course following intense bipartisan blowback

After receiving strong bipartisan blowback for killing a bill that would have made child trafficking a “serious felony,” Democratic members of the California Assembly Committee on Public Safety decided to reverse course on Thursday.

Senate Bill 14, introduced by Republican state Senator Shannon Grove, would add child sex trafficking to the list of “serious felonies.” Traffickers would be ineligible for early release and subject to California’s three strikes law, enforcing harsher sentences on repeat offenders, including up to life in prison.

On Tuesday, all six Democratic committee members, including Assembly Public Safety Committee Chairman Reggie Jones-Sawyer, blocked the bill’s passage by refusing to vote.

At the time, Jones-Sawyer claimed the bill failed to “address the root of the problem” but that he would be willing to work with Grove on the measure.

The Democratic members received significant pushback from the community, including from members of their own party, for stalling the bill.

On Wednesday, Democratic California Governor Gavin Newsom reported that he reached out to Grove personally and noted that he was “surprised” the legislation did not pass.

“I appreciate Shannon Grove’s efforts on this and wanted to make sure she knew that,” Newsom said.

Democratic Assembly Speaker Robert Rivas said Thursday that he was working with Grove on the legislation, adding it was “something that we are addressing and it’s something we are going to get right.”

Democratic Assembly Member Liz Ortega posted on Twitter Thursday that she had “made a bad decision” by refusing to vote on SB 14.

“Voting against legislation targeting really bad people who traffic children was wrong. I regret doing that and I am going to help get this important legislation passed into law,” Ortega wrote.

The Assembly Public Safety Committee held a special hearing on Thursday to once again vote on the bill. This time, it passed 6-0 after several Democratic members, including Reggie Jones-Sawyer, Liz Ortega, Miguel Santiago, and Rick Zbur, decided to reverse course and vote in support of the measure. Once again, Democratic members Mia Bonta and Isaac Bryan refused to vote.

Grove called it a “victory for every survivor.”

“This is a bill with strong bipartisan support, and protecting victims of child sex trafficking should not be a partisan issue,” she stated.

Grove’s bill now advances to the Assembly Appropriations Committee.

“We shouldn’t be playing politics. We should be coming together — together — to move this forward so that everybody is safe,” Jones-Sawyer stated following Thursday’s vote. “I’m going to make a commitment to do everything in my power to get it on the governor’s desk so he can sign it.”

U.S. DOD issued contract for ‘COVID-19 Research’ in Ukraine in 2019

The world first started to hear about a novel coronavirus in early January 2020, with reports of an alleged new pneumonia like illness spreading across Wuhan, China. However, the world did not actually know of Covid-19 until February 2020, because it was not until the 11th of that month that the World Health Organisation officially named the novel coronavirus disease as Covid-19.

So with this being the official truth, why does United States Government data show that the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) awarded a contract on the 12th November 2019 to Labyrinth Global Health INC. for ‘COVID-19 Research’, at least one month before the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus, and three months before it was officially dubbed Covid-19?

The shocking findings however, do not end there. The contract awarded in November 2019 for ‘COVID-19 Research’ was not only instructed to take place in Ukraine, it was in fact part of a much larger contract for a ‘Biological threat reduction program in Ukraine’.

Perhaps explaining why Labyrinth Global Health has been collaborating with Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance, and Ernest Wolfe’s Metabiota since its formation in 2017.

Let’s not lose touch…Your Government and Big Tech are actively trying to censor the information reported by The Exposé to serve their own needs. Subscribe now to make sure you receive the latest uncensored news in your inbox…

The Government of the United States has a website called ‘USA Spending‘, an official open data source of federal spending information. According to the site as of 12th April 2021 the US Government has spent a mind-blowing $3.63 trillion “in response to COVID-19”. But that’s not the only information on Covid that can be found within the site.

Hidden within the ‘Award Search’ are details on a contract awarded by the Department of Defense to a company named ‘Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp‘, which is allegedly “a global engineering, procurement, consulting and construction company specialising in infrastructure development”.

The contact was awarded on September 20th, 2012 and is described as “Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services”. Obviously this is very vague and most likely of little interest to anyone who happens to stumble across it. But there is something contained deep within the details that should be of interest to anyone and everyone.

The ‘Award History’ for the contract contains a tab for ‘Sub-Awards’ detailing the recipients, action date, amount, and very brief description for 115 Sub-Award transactions. Most of the Sub-Awards are extremely mundane for things such as “laboratory equipment for Kyiv”, or “office furniture for Kyiv”.

But there is one Sub-Award that stands out among the rest, and it is was awarded to Labyrinth Global Health INC for “SME Manuscript Documentation and COVID-19 Research”.

An award for Covid-19 research isn’t exactly shocking when the world is allegedly in the grip of a Covid-19 pandemic, but considering the fact the sub-contract was awarded 12th November 2019, at least one month before the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus, and three months before it was officially dubbed Covid-19, the award for Covid-19 research should come as a shock to everyone.

But the shock doesn’t end there, because the place the contact for Covid-19 research was instructed to take place was Ukraine, as was the entire contract awarded by the DOD to Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp.

The contract details found on the ‘USA Spending’ site actually reveal that the specific DOD department that awarded the contact was the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). The contract was awarded 20th September 2012, and concluded on 13th October 2020.

Whilst the details are vague, the US Government site also reveals that $21.7 million of the $116.6 million contact was spent on a ‘Biological threat reduction program in Ukraine’.

Why did the Department of Defense pay a company that is allegedly “a global engineering, procurement, consulting and construction company specialising in infrastructure development”, to help implement a “Biological threat reduction program in Ukraine’?

And why did both the DOD and said company then pay Labyrinth Global Health INC to carry out COVID-19 research in Ukraine at least one month before the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus, and three months before it was officially dubbed Covid-19?

Founded in 2017, Labyrinth Global Health is allegedly a “women-owned small business with deep expertise and a proven track record supporting initiatives for scientific and medical advancement.”

They describe themselves as “a multicultural and international organization with offices in four countries and a team of experts with diverse backgrounds and competencies, including microbiology, virology, global health, emerging infectious disease nursing, medical anthropology, field epidemiology, clinical research, and health information systems.”

One of those offices just happens to be located in Kyiv, Ukraine, which the company dubs “a gateway to Eastern Europe”.

The leadership team of Labyrinth Global consists of Karen Saylors, PHD who is the Chief Executive Officer; Mary Guttieri, PHS who is the Chief Science Officer; and Murat Tartan who is the Chief Financial Officer.

Karen Saylors, PhD, who co-founded Labyrinth Global Health, has allegedly worked in the international public health field for over a decade and has spent many years living in Africa establishing global surveillance networks, “working with partners to improve Global Health policy on infectious disease detection, response, and control”.

At Labyrinth, Dr. Saylors specialises in studies that aim to understand and mitigate biological and behavioural risk of disease transmission. Dr. Saylors worked with Oxford University Clinical Trials Network in Vietnam on zoonotic disease surveillance research and continues to coordinate with regional partners on emerging outbreaks in animal and human populations.

But who are the partners that Dr Karen Saylors and Labyrinth Global Health choose to work with? They are none other than the ‘Eco Health Alliance’ and ‘Metabiota’.

Dr Karen Saylors, Eco Health Alliance and Metabiota worked together on the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) ‘PREDICT’ program from 2009, while Labyrinth Global Health worked alongside EHA and Metabiota on the PREDICT program from 2017.

Launched in 2009 and funded by USAID, PREDICT was an early warning system for new and emerging diseases in 21 countries. It was led by the University of California’s (“UC”) Davis One Health Institute and core partners included EcoHealth Alliance (“EHA”), Metabiota, Wildlife Conservation Society, and Smithsonian Institution, and as we’ve just revealed; Labyrinth Global Health. PREDICT was a forerunner of the more ambitious Global Virome Project.

The USAID describes PREDICT as having made “significant contributions to strengthening global surveillance and laboratory diagnostic capabilities for both known and newly discovered viruses within several important virus groups, such as filoviruses (including ebolaviruses), influenza viruses, paramyxoviruses, and coronaviruses“.

Here’s one of the many studies published by Eco Health Alliance, Metabiota and Labyrinth Global Health proving the connection –

PREDICT partnered with the non-profit Eco Health Alliance (EHA) to carry out its 9-year effort to catalogue hundreds of thousands of biological samples, “including over 10,000 bats.” A PREDICT-funded 2015 study on “diversity of coronavirus in bats” also included Peter Daszak, president of EHA, among its participants.

Eco Health Alliance is listed as a partner of the Wuhan Institute of Virology (“WIV”) on archived pages of its website and was mentioned as a one of the institute’s “strategic partners” by the WIV’s Deputy Director General in 2018.

Notably, the relationship between the WIV and the American Biodefence establishment was advanced by EHA policy advisor, David R. Franz, former commander at US bioweapons lab at Fort Detrick.

WIV’s Dr. Shi Zhengli, a.k.a. “Batwoman,” had also worked with EHA’s Daszak on bat-related studies. As far back as 2005, Daszak and Zhengli were conducting research on SARS-like coronaviruses in bats. Several PREDICT-funded studies on SARS-like coronaviruses and Swine Flu count with both Zhengli’s and Daszak’s contributions. Perhaps the most noteworthy of these is a 2015 PREDICT and NIH-funded study she co-authored entitled: ‘A SARS-like cluster of circulating bat coronaviruses shows potential for human emergence.

Meanwhile, Nathan Wolfe is the founder of Metabiota and non-profit Global Viral. He spent over eight years conducting biomedical research in both sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia. Unsurprisingly, Wolfe is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader.  More notably, since 2008 he had been a member of DARPA’s DSRC, Defence Science Research Council, until it was disbanded.

All of these people and organisations have been working for at least the last decade studying coronaviruses and helping to set up Biolabs in Ukraine. All using US Department of Defense funds to do so. You can read much more about this here, here and here.

Putting the biolabs in Ukraine to one side for now, let’s return to the subject of Covid-19. If the US Government was funding Covid-19 research before Covid-19 was publicly known to exist then this suggests they either knew Covid-19 existed naturally, or they were involved in constructing this virus in a lab.

But if the contract evidence isn’t enough for you to come to this conclusion (it should be), then perhaps coupling it with evidence that the US National Institute of Allergy & Infectious Diseases’ (NIAID), and Moderna had a coronavirus candidate in December 2019 will be.

A confidentially agreement which can be viewed here, states that providers ‘Moderna’ alongside the ‘National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases’ (NIAID) agreed to tranfer ‘mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidates’ developed and jointly-owned by NIAID and Moderna to recipients ‘The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’ on the 12th December 2019.

The material transfer agreement was signed the December 12th 2019 by Ralph Baric, PhD, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and then signed by Jacqueline Quay, Director of Licensing and Innovation Support at the University of North Carolina on December 16th 2019.

The agreement was also signed by two representatives of the NIAID, one of whom was Amy F. Petrik PhD, a technology transfer specialist who signed the agreement on December 12th 2019 at 8:05 am. The other signatory was Barney Graham MD PhD, an investigator for the NIAID, however this signature was not dated.

The final signatories on the agreement were Sunny Himansu, Moderna’s Investigator, and Shaun Ryan, Moderna’s Deputy General Councel. Both signautres were made on December 17th 2019.

All of these signatures were made prior to any knowledge of the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus. It wasn’t until December 31st 2019 that the World Health Organisation (WHO) became aware of an alleged cluster of viral pneumonia cases in Wuhan, China. But even at this point they had not determined that an alleged new coronavirus was to blame, instead stating the pneumonia was of “unknown cause”.

All of this requires much further research to fit all of the pieces of the puzzle together, but here’s what we definitely know so far –

  • A novel coronavirus emerged in Wuhan in December 2019.
  • The world did not get to hear about this novel coronavirus until early January 2020.
  • The world did not know this novel coronavirus was called Covid-19 until February 2020, when the World Health Organization officially named it so.
  • The US Department of Defense awarded a contract for Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services to Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp‘, which is allegedly “a global engineering, procurement, consulting and construction company specialising in infrastructure development”.
  • That contract involved a Biological threat reduction program in Ukraine.
  • As part of this larger contract, another contract was awarded to Labyrinth Global Health for ‘COVID-19 Research’ on 12th November 2019.
  • This was awarded at least one month before the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus, and three months before it was officially dubbed Covid-19.
  • Labyrinth Global Health works alongside the ‘Eco Health Alliance’, and ‘Metabiota’, and participated in the USAID PREDICT program. All of these people and organisations have been working for at least the past decade studying coronaviruses and helping to set up Biolabs in Ukraine. All using US Department of Defense funds to do so.
  • Information found here points to Eco Health Alliance having a hand in creating the Covid-19 virus.
  • Information found here points to Moderna having a hand in creating the Covid-19 virus.
  • ‘Moderna’, alongside the ‘National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases’ (NIAID) agreed to tranfer ‘mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidates’ developed and jointly-owned by NIAID and Moderna, to recipients ‘The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’ on the 12th December 2019.

What does all this point to? That’s for you to ponder and decide. But we promise you there is much more to come on the above…

The Questions You’re Not Allowed to Ask

“Are There Tapes That You Accepted Bribes, President Biden?” – Biden Stunned After Reporter Ambushes Him with Question on Ukraine Bribery Scheme (VIDEO)

How Republicans and Democrats Reacted to Trump DOJ Indictment

By Joseph Lord

June 8, 2023Updated: June 9, 2023

Congressional lawmakers are reacting to news that the Department of Justice (DOJ) will indict President Donald Trump over alleged mishandling of classified documents.

Trump said on June 8 that his attorneys were informed of the indictment by DOJ special counsel Jack Smith in connection to the investigation into the handling of classified documents. Trump is the first former U.S. president in history to face criminal action at the federal level. The announcement followed a raid by the FBI last year of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate that allegedly discovered several classified documents in the president’s possession.

“The corrupt Biden Administration has informed my attorneys that I have been Indicted, seemingly over the Boxes Hoax,” Trump wrote on his social media platform, Truth Social. He went on to point to the parallel investigation of President Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents.

Lawmaker reactions to the news are splitting largely along party lines, with Republicans describing it as a “witch hunt” that poses a “profound danger” to American political norms, while Democrats say it shows that “nobody is above the law.”

“It is unconscionable for a President to indict the leading candidate opposing him. Joe Biden kept classified documents for decades,” wrote House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) on Twitter.

“I, and every American who believes in the rule of law, stand with President Trump against this grave injustice. House Republicans will hold this brazen weaponization of power accountable.”

“WITCH HUNT,” the House Judiciary Committee, which has been investigating allegations of political weaponization under President Joe Biden’s administration, wrote on Twitter.

Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) called it a “sad day for America. God Bless President Trump.”

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) connected the development to Republicans’ broader concerns about the ways the DOJ and FBI have used their power under Biden.

“Joe Biden has used his Justice Department to go after parents as ‘domestic terrorists,’ to spy on Catholic parishes, to terrorize & harass prolife Christians—and tonight to indict his top political opponent, Trump. He has trampled the rule of law to benefit himself. He has led the country into profound danger,” Hawley said on Twitter, referencing whistleblower allegations that the FBI had planted informants in traditionalist Catholic communities and targeted pro-life individuals with a “threat tag.”

“If the people in power can jail their political opponents at will, we don’t have a republic,” Hawley said in another tweet.

Other Republicans raised the prospect of abolishing the FBI and DOJ altogether.

“This year, I’ve cosponsored legislation to abolish [the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives] and [the U.S. Department of Education],” Rep. Mike Collins (R-Ga.) said in a post. “Abolishing the corrupt [FBI] and [DOJ] sounds even better.”

“#BananaRepublic,” Collins added.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) agreed in a lengthy Twitter post, citing Biden’s own mishandling of classified documents, for which he has faced no criminal action. She called the indictment “the biggest hypocrisy in modern day history.

“It’s shameful. Pathetic really,” Greene said. “A stain on our nation that the FBI and DOJ are so corrupt and they don’t even hide it anymore.”

‘Nobody Is Above the Law’: Democrats React

Democrats, on the other hand, suggested that the indictment shows that the American justice system is working.

Reps. Gerry Connelly (D-Va.), Dwight Evans (D-Pa.), and Adriana Espaillat (D-N.Y.) repeated a common Democrat refrain on matters related to Trump, saying that “no one is above the law.”

“No one should be above the law in the United States of America,” Evans wrote.

“A friendly reminder… no one is above the law. Not even a former President,” Espaillat echoed.

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) called the indictment an “affirmation of the rule of law.”

“Trump’s apparent indictment on multiple charges arising from his retention of classified materials is another affirmation of the rule of law,” Schiff wrote.

“For four years, he acted like he was above the law. But he should be treated like any other lawbreaker. And today, he has been.”

Rep. Greg Landsman (D-Ohio) said the indictment was the latest instance of what he called “the chaos of Trump.”

“The chaos of Trump continues,” Landsman said in a statement. “What he’s doing to this country—the extremism and danger he and his allies present—has to end. Only when those who support and enable him decide to be done with this toxic behavior will this all be behind us.”

Rep. Brendan Boyle (D-Pa.) wrote, “No President in American history is better at getting indicted than Donald Trump.”

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.), a member of the progressive “Squad” in the House, wrote, “The former twice-impeached president is now twice-indicted.”

Others compared Trump unflatteringly to President Richard Nixon, who did not face federal indictment over the Watergate scandal in part due to a blanket pardon from his successor, President Gerald Ford. However Nixon, a lifelong politician, was forced to resign and retreat from public life over the allegations.

“At least Nixon went quietly into the night,” Rep. Steve Cohen (D-Tenn.) said on Twitter.

Timing Raises Eyebrows

Many Republicans raised questions about the timing of the indictment.

It came the same day that FBI Director Christopher Wray acceded to a GOP demand to share a document alleging that Biden took a foreign bribe while vice president. Specifically, Biden is accused of taking $5 million to help get Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin—who was investigating the energy firm Burisma, to which the president’s son Hunter Biden has connections—fired.

Greene said on Twitter that the document, which she observed on June 8 as part of Wray’s deal with Republicans, comes from “the FBI’s most trusted credible informant.” If the charges prove true, they could be a precursor to further legal action by House Republicans.

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) said that he believes the two are connected.

“Imagine being naive enough to believe that the Biden Bribe evidence and Trump indictment happening the same day was a coincidence,” Gaetz wrote on Twitter.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), who has worked closely with his House analog about the bribery allegations against Biden, echoed the sentiment.

“DOJ indicts former President/candidate Trump [the] SAME DAY DOJ/FBI restricts access to unnecessarily redacted Biden allegations,” Grassley said in a tweet. “And they wonder why ppl think there [are] two standards for justice.”

The Spike Goes to Every Organ System’–Dr. Paul Marik on mRNA in the COVID-19 Vaccine Vs. Natural Infection; Cheap and Effective Treatments and Interventions

AMERICAN THOUGHT LEADERS

JAN JEKIELEK

“We make up about 4 percent of the global population in America, yet we consume 55 percent of prescription drugs. How is that possible? 80 percent of prescription opiates are [prescribed] in this country. So this tells you the stranglehold that Big Pharma has.”

At the FLCCC Conference last month, I sat down with critical care physician and FLCCC co-founder Dr. Paul Marik to get an update on what we currently know about spike protein-induced diseases in people who’ve contracted COVID-19, versus those who’ve gotten the vaccine.

“When you get the jab, the amount of spike protein is exponentially higher than with natural infection. And that’s why we see all these complications from the vaccine,” explains Dr. Marik.

We discuss the best treatments for ridding the body of spike protein, and how patients can embrace and enhance their ability to heal themselves.

“We have enormous potential [for] self-repair, self-healing, and so many of the drugs patients take are toxic,” says Dr. Marik.

We also dive into the battle he has been fighting to legitimize the use of vitamins, lifestyle changes, and cheap and effective repurposed drugs in healthcare.

“The amount of data supporting the concept that vitamin D deficiency causes cancer, and that supplementing with vitamin D reduces your risk of cancer, is overwhelming. And yet, nobody knows about it, and nobody cares,” says Dr. Marik.

FULL TRANSCRIPT

Jan Jekielek:
Dr. Paul Marik, such a pleasure to have you back on American Thought Leaders.

Dr. Paul Marik:
Thank you, Jan. It’s a pleasure and wonderful to be here today.

Mr. Jekielek:
You have been doing some incredibly fascinating research on a range of things beyond Covid. I want to start with Covid, and I want to understand what is the current state of spike-related disease. What do we understand about it now? How does it work, and what are the best treatments?

Dr. Marik:
Yes, that’s a good question. Our understanding is evolving and continues to evolve. The truth of the matter is that spike protein is probably one of the most toxic compounds that human beings can be exposed to. Its toxicity is through multiple different pathways that we’re just beginning to understand.

Spike protein causes profound inflammation. It activates clotting. It activates a clotting cascade. It activates platelets. It causes auto-antibodies. It causes damage to the endothelium of blood vessels. It causes auto-antibodies. Then, it has some really bad effects on genes and many of the genes involved in cancer suppression.

We now know that spike protein, although people want to ignore and deny it, actually activates many genetic pathways which lead to cancer. It’s a form of cancer called turbocancer. This is related to the spike protein. It does all kinds of really weird stuff. We know the spike protein itself gets into the nucleus, and whether or not it affects DNA is a contentious issue.

But it appears that it goes into the nucleus and does stuff in the nucleus. We know it affects fertility. Probably the best study is done by this really brave pathologist in Germany. In the U.S., if someone dies unexpectedly, you can’t look for spike protein. It’s not allowed.

Dr. Arne Burkhadt in Germany has done over 75 autopsies on patients who have died post-vaccination. The findings are astonishing, and to be truthful, they are scary because the body is packed with spike protein in a way that’s completely unbelievable. There’s spike protein in the brain, spike protein in the heart, and spike protein in the vasculature.

It actually causes a disease in the blood vessels, which you see with syphilis. It causes necrosis, which is death of the wall of the blood vessel. It’s called medial necrosis, and the blood vessel ruptures. There are not many diseases that do that. Syphilis is one of them. Cyanide kills you quickly. Spike protein kills you slowly. It’s as toxic as cyanide, but this is a slow progressive organ dysfunction leading to death.

It’s really interesting how if you were to design a drug for the treatment of Covid, it could be called ivermectin. That’s not a joke, just because it has all the properties that you would want in a drug to treat Covid. This was a gift of nature. It was not manufactured in a lab. This was found in a golf course in Japan made by bacteria.

If you kill someone quickly, they die. But if they suffer and have chronic disease and then die, the health implications and the effect on the population are enormous. If you were to design a toxic protein which would disable people, it would look like spike protein. It has 1700 amino acids, it’s not a very long protein, but it is an astonishingly toxic protein.

Mr. Jekielek:
The question is being able to distinguish between the spike that comes from Covid and the spike that comes from the vaccine. This would be the variant of spike which creates these diseases. Is that primarily in the vaccine or does that also happen with natural Covid?

Dr. Marik:
That’s a good question and it took me a while to figure this out. When you get natural infection with SARS-CoV-2—and we know this, there’s really good data—the active replicating virus lasts for about five days. After five days, the messenger RNA, which the virus makes to make all these proteins, is destroyed by the body.

If you’re immunocompetent, within five days the messenger RNA is gone, and you continue to make new spike protein. However, the messenger RNA that is in these jab things, they’re not really vaccines. It’s a misnomer to call it a vaccine. This is synthetic, artificially-manufactured mRNA. When you inject the mRNA, it doesn’t stay in the arm.

It actually circulates and goes to the lymph nodes and organs. We don’t know for how long, because the longest study was for 60 days. After 60 days there is still messenger RNA in the lymph nodes. What that means is that this messenger RNA is making spike protein. The bottom line of all of that is with this load of spike protein, it’s like it’s a toxin. It’s like cyanide.

A little bit of cyanide may not kill you, but a lot of cyanide is going to do some really bad damage. When you get the jab, the amount of spike protein is exponentially higher than with natural infection. That’s why we’re seeing all these complications from the vaccine.

For example, with long Covid, and you don’t want to minimize it, but it is a self-limiting disease. Because of the amount of spike protein that’s produced with most people who get long Covid, the average is four months, and then they get better. We know with the vaccine injured, these people have such a load of spike protein that two to three years after the jab they’re still highly symptomatic. It’s related to the load of spike protein.

Mr. Jekielek:
Yesterday we saw some presentations from React19 showing the most common types of symptoms that come with the vaccine injury. The most common ones seem to be more neurological, then followed by the heart-related ones. Can you speak to that, and why would that be?

Dr. Marik:
These patients have multiple systems which involve multiple organ systems. The average number of symptoms of a vaccine injury is about 20 to 23. They run a spectrum. When these patients present to the physician, the physicians use pattern recognition to make a diagnosis.

Because these patients have such diverse symptoms that really don’t fit in with a pattern that the physicians have been taught, almost always they say, “This is stress, this is anxiety, this is a functional disorder, this is in your head, this isn’t real.” But it is real. It’s because the spike goes to every organ system, and every organ system is involved.

Unlike the natural infection, the mRNA is placed in a lipid nanoparticle and the lipid nanoparticle is actually designed to deliver chemotherapy to the brain. It crosses the blood brain barrier. You’re absolutely right, more than 80 per cent of patients post-vaccine have neurological symptoms, and it’s a very characteristic finding.

While you find it with long Covid, it’s much more extreme and the symptoms are much more severe within the vaccine injured. The neurological symptoms are brain fog, cognitive dysfunction, and memory dysfunction, which is very disabling to most people.

If you can’t think, you would lose your ability to remember things. Then, there are some other disabling things. It sounds absurd, but tinnitus, which is ringing in the ears, is quite common and quite distinct with the spike protein. We are not sure why it happens, but it’s common and exceedingly disabling because these people have ringing in their ears 24/7.

They can’t sleep. In fact, many actually consider suicide because it’s such a troubling symptom. That’s a neurological symptom. Then, the one which is probably the most disabling is neuropathy. That’s the involvement of the small nerve fibers.

It seems to be a classic feature of spike protein-induced disease, particularly with the vaccine. They get this small fiber neuropathy, which is profoundly disabling because it interferes with the small fibers involved in pain sensation. They have burning sensations. They complain that their limbs are on fire, so they have a severe, burning itching.

If you ask the vaccine injured patient, if there’s one symptom that they want to get rid of, what is the most troubling? What is the most disabling? Without question, it’s the small fiber neuropathy, which is profoundly disabling.

Mr. Jekielek:
I don’t know if this is the same thing, but do they call it paresthesia?

Dr. Marik:
Yes.

Mr. Jekielek:
Is that right? Some weirdness or numbness.

Dr. Marik:
Exactly, it’s on a spectrum of paresthesia, which means numbness and tingling. Then, it can progress to burning and a sensation of fire. Basically, it’s a progressive disease related to damage to the nerve fibers.

Mr. Jekielek:
Where are we at now in terms of treatment? You’ve had multiple iterations of a general protocol, but then, there’s specific treatments for different people. Bri Dressen was on the show and said she was actually treated at NIH with something that would calm the immune system. It helped her profoundly, although it’s not something that’s offered to most people.

Dr. Marik:
The problem with the vaccine is the people who invented and developed the vaccine didn’t develop an antidote for the product that they made. They made this toxin, but they left it for us to try and figure out how to deal with this toxin. Most medicines that we know have toxicity, and we have a good idea how to deal with the toxicity.

This was a black box. We had to really start from scratch figuring out how spike protein damages the patient. As we’ve learned about spike, we’ve learned about ways to deal with spike.

The more spike protein you have, the worse the disease. That’s really important. You can look at how many times they’ve had Covid, and how many shots they’ve had. It gives you an index of how much spike they have.

Mr. Jekielek:
Let’s go to treatment. You’re saying the less spike you have in you, the better. That’s number one. Then, somehow the lipid nanoparticles play into this as well. What is the state of the knowledge on the treatment?

Dr. Marik:
The first thing is to avoid being spiked. If you’ve been vaccinated, don’t get boosters. You want to further limit exposure to spike, no more jabs. Secondly, if you get Covid, you want to be treated early, because the longer you allow it to linger, the more spike protein. That’s just a basic common sense principle.

Then, what you need to do is get rid of the spike. One has to be careful of these so-called detoxification protocols, potions, and devices. I call it the Barbie detox device, where you put Barbie into a container with water with electrodes, and somehow it detoxes Barbie.

You have to be careful, because there are unscrupulous people who will take advantage of people who are suffering and desperate. There is no such thing as detoxification potions or devices. What you need to do is help the body get rid of the spike protein. The body has an evolutionary process which was discovered in yeast called autophagy. It’s a truly astonishing process.

What the body does is when it detects foreign protein, misfolded protein, or dysfunctional protein, it destroys it, because it figures out that this is not good and wants to get rid of it. It goes through this autophagy process. It’s like the garbage collection system of the cell.

Mr. Jekielek:
It’s the phagocytes, if I recall correctly.

Dr. Marik:
Yes. It causes these phagosomes. It invaginates the foreign protein into a vesicle, which then fuses with a lysosome which has enzymes which break down the contents. It’s the garbage disposal system. It collects the garbage and then puts the garbage through this garbage slicing machine and trashes the garbage.

It’s an ingenious system and it has evolved over millions of years. It’s how the cell deals with these toxic proteins. What you really want to do is embrace it and enhance the ability of the cell to break down these proteins. So much of what I’ve learned and we’ve learned is that we have the enormous potential of self-repair and self-healing.

Many of the drugs patients take are toxic. What we really want to do is embrace the ability of the host to heal itself. We want to enhance that ability. You want to activate autophagy, the most potent method of activating autophagy is called intermittent fasting, or time-related feeding.

Because there is this biological switch called the mTOR switch. Whenever you eat, you switch off autophagy. It just switches it off through the mTOR pathway. Glucose and insulin and protein switch off this process. However, when you deprive the cell of glucose and protein, it switches on autophagy and it breaks down protein.

This is the way we were designed. The Neanderthal man, our cousin, didn’t eat all the time. This is a reasonably new phenomenon with our processed foods and supermarkets and 7-Elevens down the road. People eat all the time, and they snack. Snacking is a Western phenomenon. What’s even worse, they will sit in front of the TV after dinner.

They’ve had dinner, and then, they’ll sit in front of the TV and snack on processed food and carbohydrates, which is terrible. Because first of all, it never allows autophagy to switch on. More importantly, autophagy is really important for brain recovery when you sleep. You have to consider, why do we sleep?

It’s not an accident. For brain regeneration, it’s really important to clear out all the metabolic products and allow the synapses to regenerate. We know that sleep is vital. During sleep, you undergo autophagy. If you eat before you go to sleep, it does two really bad things. The one is it switches off autophagy, so you don’t do it.

Then secondly, there’s a remarkable system in the brain called the glymphatic system. This is the lymphatic system of the brain, and it does the same thing. It washes out the metabolic byproducts from metabolism to get rid of them. Impaired glymphatic flow is linked to many neurodegenerative diseases as is deficient autophagy. If you eat before you go to sleep, you limit autophagy and you limit this glymphatic flow.

The other thing that’s really good for lymphatics and autophagy is exercise. Imagine such a thing—exercise. Of course, alcohol is bad. There are very simple maneuvers that people can do to improve autophagy and improve glymphatic flow.

This is really important for getting rid of spike protein, but the implications go much further, because we now know that it prevents aging, and it prevents Alzheimer’s disease. It likely reduces the risk of cancer. It reduces the risk of metabolic syndrome and diabetes. We started this journey looking at intermittent fasting to get rid of spike protein.

But as you know, the implications are now far, far reaching and that’s why we’ve gone on this new journey. Getting back to spike, it’s essential that people change their diet. You don’t have to do strict intermittent fasting like I do, where you eat within a six to eight hour window, and then the rest of the time you don’t eat.

It’s different from starvation. It’s important to distinguish, this is not starving human beings. Metabolically, they act very differently. If you starve someone, the body adapts by decreasing the basal metabolic rate and decreasing growth hormone to switch things off.

Paradoxically, with time-restricted eating, you actually maintain or increase basal metabolic rate and you increase growth hormone. It’s a fascinating phenomenon. People pay tens of thousands of dollars to get growth hormone. You don’t need to do that. You need to just do periodic feeding and your body naturally makes growth hormone. It has truly astonishing benefits.

Mr. Jekielek:
It sounds like there’s a simple recipe here. How do you activate the time-restricted eating versus starvation?

Dr. Marik:
The first step is to start eating food. It sounds absurd, but concentrate on eating real food and not processed food. That’s step one. What you need to do in your pantry at home is get rid of all the bad food, so you don’t have an opportunity to snack on bad food.

Then, what you want to do is miss one meal, and breakfast is probably the best meal to miss. You still have lunch and you still have an early dinner, but it must be early. You can see how that differs from starving, where you’re not eating food. Then, what you gradually do is increase the window of time-restricted eating.

Maybe you start off where you eat within a window of 12 hours, then 10 hours, then eight hours, and then six hours. But it’s really important that when you eat, you actually have real food that is good food. Then, during the periods where you’re fasting, you can have liquids, and it’s really important not to get dehydrated.

Water is fine, but no juices, and coffee is fine. Coffee actually activates autophagy and has really important phytochemicals that are important. Don’t add artificial sweeteners, and don’t add milk to it. If you want to, add thick cream. You want to prevent adding glucose which will break your ketosis.

There is an important difference between someone who’s starved and someone who’s doing intermittent feeding, or time-restricted eating. With time-restricted eating, you should not lose lean body mass, you should lose fat mass. That’s really important.

Whereas, with starvation, you break down muscle as a source of fuel, and that you don’t want to happen. With time-restricted feeding, you utilize the excess fat stores. You break down the fat, but you prevent breaking down muscle. That’s really important. You actually release ketone bodies from your fat store. You’re breaking down the fat stores.

You have to not eat for a number of hours. First, what will happen is you’ll use glucose which is stored in the liver as glycogen. Once that is depleted, you’ll start breaking down and converting the visceral fat, your belly fat, into ketone bodies, so you will be breaking down fatty tissue.

Mr. Jekielek:
My impression had been that to be in ketosis, you can only eat a very small amount of carbohydrate over time.

Dr. Marik:
Yes.

Mr. Jekielek:
Here you’re saying that if you’re not eating for 12 hours or longer, you can actually eat anything that’s wholesome and you’ll still achieve that same state.

Dr. Marik:
There are various phases of this. In fact, there’s no human requirement to eat carbohydrates. Unlike proteins and fats which you need, humans can survive without carbohydrates. If you have a diet which is low in carbohydrates or has no carbohydrates, you’re going to start making ketone bodies.

Both the brain and the body use ketone bodies as a source of energy. Instead of using glucose, you use ketones. In fact, the heart functions much better using ketones, as opposed to using glucose or fatty acids. You can get into ketosis without doing time-restricted feeding.

The two are related. Time-restricted eating basically means you don’t eat for a period of time, but ketosis means you just have a low carbohydrate intake. You can be in ketosis eating three meals a day. All you’re doing is restricting carbohydrate intake, so you can be in ketosis without doing time-restricted feeding.

There are some really interesting tricks that they play. When you go to a restaurant, they start the meal off with bread. Why do they do that? It’s nice, it’s tasty, and it’s warm. You have the bread, which is high in starch and processed.

It causes a big spike in glucose, which then causes a big spike in insulin. What does insulin do? It activates your hunger center, so it makes you hungry. Then, you’re going to order more food and you’re going to eat more. They do it on purpose.

What you want to do is actually have the salad first, have greens first, and have the bread at the end of the meal. What the greens do is slow down the absorption of glucose. It forms this mucus lining in the small intestine to slow absorption of glucose. You can have the same meal, and it’s fascinating. Studies have done this. There’s this very nice Swedish woman called the Glucose Goddess.

Basically, what she says is the order in which you eat food makes an enormous difference. She looks at the glucose profile. If you eat pasta or starch at the beginning of the meal, you get this big spike. But if you leave it towards the end of the meal, you get a flat curve. These are really basic things about how to prepare food and how to eat food.

Don’t start a meal with starch. It’s the worst thing. The other thing which is really cool is, if you’re going to eat birthday cake, take some apple cider vinegar before you do the starch, because it flattens the curve. Somehow the apple cider vinegar acts on the GI [gastrointestinal] tract. It releases hormones that flatten the curve. Have some apple cider vinegar before you have a bad meal.

The bottom line is that you are linking two things. One is time-restricted eating, which means you eat during a particular window. Then, you want to eat real food. You couple the two. Starvation is basically when you restrict all nutrients to the human body.

This is not happening, because basically you have a period of time-restricted eating. You eat during a particular window, but you eat nutrient-dense foods. You eat foods that are high in nutritional value. These are not processed foods, these are real foods. We know that for Americans, 80 percent of what they eat is processed food.

You may ask, what’s the difference? If it looks like food, it likely is food. If it comes in a box, has a package and a label, it’s probably not food. We know that food can have all kinds of preservatives, chemicals, and additives that are already toxic. I read a fascinating paper recently. It actually got the Banting award from the American Diabetes Association. That’s one of their highest honors, which was bestowed upon this researcher.

She has shown that it’s these chemicals and additives and flavorants and preservatives in food that actually act on the pancreas to cause oxidative injury and insulin release. The insulin release then causes obesity. Rather than obesity causing insulin resistance, she’s postulating that it’s this toxic diet that’s causing insulin release and causing obesity. The truth of the matter is that probably both are operative, but we don’t realize the profound toxicity of the food we eat.

It’s nutritionally devoid. It’s essentially processed as high glucose and most importantly, fructose. Fructose is different from glucose, and most of these things have high levels of corn fructose. Fructose is metabolized into fat in the liver. It causes the fatty liver, which causes this process of insulin resistance.

Fructose is really toxic. Obviously, there’s a lot of fructose in fruit. One has to be careful about how much fruit you eat. Fruit is okay, but you really want to limit the amount of fruit. The best fruits are berries; blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries, because they have the lowest glycemic index. They have fructose, but they also have fiber.

Fruit juices are probably as toxic as it comes, because it’s fructose without the fiber, it causes a rapid spike in blood glucose. Basically, what I’m saying is that by very simple changes in the way we eat, we can have a profound metabolic effect. This has another implication, because it is estimated that 40 percent of cancers are caused by insulin resistance.

Insulin resistance causes high insulin, which causes insulin growth factor, which activates cancer. There’s a direct correlation between metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, and cancer. Coronary disease is not due to cholesterol. That’s a myth. That was a myth perpetuated by the food industry going back to the 1960s. Coronary disease is caused by insulin resistance. It’s as simple as that.

Mr. Jekielek:
Paul, you say this with such conviction. How is everything that we know about the role of cholesterol wrong?

Dr. Marik:
It’s called a hoax, much like Covid is a hoax. This is called the saturated fat-cholesterol hoax. This was started in the 1960s by a physician, Ancel Keys, who postulated that saturated fats were bad. They actually did studies, and they had a group that had saturated fat. Then, they changed the diet to vegetable oils; corn oil, soy oil, canola oil, and flaxseed oil.

What you may want to know is that Proctor & Gamble actually bought the American Heart Association who promoted this diet. There have been five randomized studies and all have shown exactly the same thing. What such a diet does is cause the cholesterol to stay the same. Cardiac disease stays the same or goes up, but your risk of cancer goes up exponentially. This obsession with cholesterol and saturated fat is a hoax. It was a hoax perpetuated by the food industry.

The USDA is part of this hoax, and they continue to advise a diet low in saturated fat and high in vegetable oils. They are captured. We think the NIH and CDC are captured. We know that probably all the agencies are captured. The USDA is captured because the food pyramid is completely upside down.

There’s nothing wrong with saturated fat. In fact, there was a really good paper in the Lancet, this ivory tower journal. They’ve looked epidemiologically and found that the more fat you eat, the lower your risk of cardiac disease. It’s not saturated fat that’s the enemy.

It is these polyunsaturated, synthetic, manufactured vegetable oils. The use of soy vegetable oil in this country has gone up exponentially, in terms of tons. Tons are used. There is this low-fat hoax. You go to the supermarket, everything is low-fat. That’s actually what you don’t want.

Because if it’s low in fat, it’s high in carbohydrates and glucose. When you shop, you actually want to look for high-fat, not low-fat. That’s how completely upside down this hoax is. There was this campaign that said eggs were bad and said, “Don’t eat eggs.”

Eggs are wonderful. They are one of the most nutritious sources of nutrient-dense food, and eggs do not increase your cholesterol. Maybe it does if you have 30 or 40 eggs a day, but one or two eggs a day is perfectly fine. It’s a highly dense, nutritional food. You can see how deep this hoax and corruption and this fraud goes.

Mr. Jekielek:
Let’s just jump back. You might have had multiple jabs, you have this spike protein being created in your body potentially causing problems. Is the number one thing you can do right now is induce autophagy?

Dr. Marik:
Yes, it sounds so simple, but that’s what I have realized. It’s the simple things in life that have the most profound effect. It is the simple things in life. The more complicated it is, the less likely it is to succeed. Just by altering your diet, you can have a profound effect on getting rid of the spike protein, reducing insulin resistance, and improving your overall health.

There are also some other things you can do. There is a product called nattokinase. Nattokinase is an enzyme made from a bad bacteria when you ferment soy. Again, this is a product of nature. This is not a pharmaceutical invention.

Japanese people have been taking natto for hundreds or thousands of years. What’s truly astonishing about nattokinase, is that it has a number of really very important effects on people who’ve been spiked. The one thing it does is break down extracellular spike.

What autophagy does is break down spike within the cell. What nattokinase does, it breaks down spike outside the cell. The other thing that nattokinase does, which is truly astonishing, is that it activates clotting, and it completely deranges the clotting system. Essentially, spike creates these fibrinous clots, which you can’t break down.

Nattokinase, via a number of pathways, breaks down these fibrinous clots. Again, we have a simple intervention through multiple pathways. It can be profoundly advantageous in people who’ve been spiked, because it deals with the clotting and it deals with breaking down the spike. But of course, it’s generic.

You can’t patent it. Therefore, you can’t make a lot of money on it, so no one is interested. That’s the common theme we talk about. There are these wonderful products of nature that have profound biological effects that were given to us. It was a gift of nature that has these enormous properties of self-healing. This is not Paxlovid or one of these other toxic medications that you spent hundreds of dollars on.

Mr. Jekielek:
You’re not sounding like the typical ICU doctor.

Dr. Marik:
I worked in the ICU, and I swallowed the Kool-Aid. I followed conventional medicine. That’s what I did. Fortunately, in the ICU, most of our therapies were based on a good understanding of physiology, and then how to deal with physiology, rather than corrupt medications.

But it has started me on this journey and I’ve realized how completely corrupt and fraudulent traditional medicine is. I was a traditional physician. I believe what they told us. I believe what was published in the journals. I believe the agencies, but you can’t trust them.

You really have to think about getting back to basics. The human body has enormous capacity for self-renewal and self-healing, and there are natural ways to embrace that. There are natural products that can help the body restore itself.

That makes so much sense. With intermittent fasting, you buy less food, so you are saving money. No one’s making money on this. If we actually adopted this across the country, we could reduce our expenditure on healthcare by at least 50 percent.

Mr. Jekielek:
This is an unfathomable claim, almost. It seems so simple.

Dr. Marik:
Yes. More recently, I’ve become interested in Vitamin D. We used to live indoors in our little caves, and we would sleep with no artificial light. That is really important because having darkness at night is really important in making melatonin. That’s what the pineal gland does.

If your pineal gland is not functioning optimally, you don’t make melatonin, which significantly increases your risk of cancer, particularly breast cancer. Night shift work is actually classified by the EPA as a type-two carcinogen, because these synthetic lights switch off melatonin. They don’t contain infrared light.

During the night, we were in the cave. During the day, we went outdoors, we went hunting, we got sunshine, and we got blue light. Blue light is important during the day to switch off the pineal gland and it makes infrared. We’ve disturbed that natural cycle of life. We need to get back to the basics; walk outdoors, get sunshine, eat once or twice a day, and reestablish our circadian rhythm where you have darkness at night and light during the day.

It’s just common sense. Vitamin D is so critical. There’s overwhelming data. This is not fringe. There’s overwhelming data that with people who have low Vitamin D levels, their risk of cancer has increased exponentially.

Interestingly enough, if you live in a high latitude, closer to the north or south pole, you get less ultraviolet B. You make less Vitamin D, and you have a higher risk of cancer. In fact, there was a study recently published in a peer reviewed journal, in which they looked at three simple interventions to reduce cancer. It was a prospective randomized study.

They gave patients 4,000 units of Vitamin D, one gram of omega-3, plus a simple home exercise program. They reduced the risk of cancer by 50 percent. Just think of the implications. I would add one or two other compounds. I would probably add melatonin to that.

I would probably add metformin and treat insulin resistance. You could eliminate cancer from this planet. You would save enormously, our healthcare expenditure would go down, but the pharmaceutical profits would go down too. Obviously, that’s the issue. It goes against the pharma narrative, which is to sell them drugs that don’t cure them.

They want you to take drugs forever that don’t cure disease. They just suppress symptoms. It’s a very sobering thought and people need to take matters into their own hands. People don’t want to get cancer, and they don’t want to get metabolic syndrome.

There are simple common sense things you can do to reduce your risk; take Vitamin D, take melatonin, get some exercise, and get some sunshine. We are not talking about high-tech interventions here. Then, obviously, we need to get more in tune with ourselves.

With the current level of stress and anxiety and depression, this society is out of control with the number of people addicted to substances. Through lifestyle changes that are just common sense, we can improve our health, our wellbeing, our longevity, and our happiness.

Mr. Jekielek:
I do want to talk about one ICU intervention that you developed, an intravenous Vitamin C protocol that was highly effective. That’s why you published it. You came to adopt an unorthodox view on dealing with COVID and were attacked for it, and even your sepsis protocol came under very serious attack. It’s something that’s very cheap and can be easily adapted in the developing world and save lives. It’s just a wonderful thing on the face of it.

Please tell me about this. A lot of people were thrilled with this protocol at one point, then suddenly, it became toxic, metaphorically.

Dr. Marik:
This was a repurposed drug, which was challenging the narrative and the status quo, because clearly cheap off-label repurposed drugs need to be banned. What people may not know is that Vitamin C is really a hormone rather than a vitamin.

All species on this planet, except for humans and guinea pigs, make Vitamin C. When your little puppy dog or your cat or your goat gets stressed, it actually makes Vitamin C. It’s a stress hormone. It’s very important for dealing with stressful reactions. Humans have lost their ability to make Vitamin C.

We have a fatal mutation in the biosynthetic pathway, so we can’t make Vitamin C. If you take animals and stress them, they make Vitamin C in their liver. Their adrenal gland secretes Vitamin C. It’s not by accident that animals make Vitamin C. It’s really very important.

It’s a potent antioxidant, and it has anti-inflammatory properties. It’s very important for making hormones, but from the adrenal gland. It has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial properties. It’s a very important stress hormone. But for whatever reasons, humans have a genetic mutation where they can’t make it. What is the implication?

It’s simple. When humans are stressed, give them Vitamin C. I stumbled upon this by accident. Because I had this patient in the ICU who was clearly dying of sepsis. There was no question or doubt she was dying.

As a clinician, when you have a patient who’s dying, and this was pre-COVID, you do whatever you can to save the patient’s life, even if it’s not conventional. But as long as it’s not illegal, as long as it’s an approved drug, you’re going to try it. I had read the work of Dr. Fowler on Vitamin C. I thought, “Why not? Let me give it a try.” I was expecting this woman to die.

When I came back the next day, not only was she not dying, she was sitting up in bed communicating. She was extubated, and her kidney function improved. This woman who was dying walked out of the ICU three days later. I thought, “That’s impressive, but maybe it’s just a one-off thing. I’ll try it again.” The same thing happened.

I did it again, and the same thing happened again. When observation is scientifically valid, it’s reproducible. I kept on doing it because it was saving patients lives. At that point I said, “No one is going to believe me. I need to do a randomized study.” I said to the nurses, “I’m going to do a randomized study.”

The nurses wouldn’t let me do it because they said it’s unethical for me to withhold a therapy, which I know saves kidneys, saves patients, and saves lives. To give them a placebo would be unethical. I agreed with them, because how could I, in good conscience, if I have something which can help patients, how could I deny it to them?

We collected a series of 48 patients. We then compared it retrospectively to a similar match group and we showed a marked reduction in mortality. What was interesting, and I actually had forgotten about this. Sepsis at that time was used as a marker of hospital quality of care.

There was a lot of focus by CMS [Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services] and national health agencies on sepsis outcomes. There was a company called Truven who was collecting data for CMS independently. They provided data to the CEO of my hospital, who at that time was a really very nice man. He was actually interested in patient outcomes.

He didn’t last long, obviously. But he gave me data showing that once we introduced this protocol at our hospital, the hospital mortality from sepsis independently of my data went from 20 percent to 8 percent. People thought this was snake oil medicine, and this was fraudulent data. That just doesn’t make sense, but we had independent validation.

Mr. Jekielek:
Just one quick question. Why did they think it was snake oil?

Dr. Marik:
The head of the global sepsis forum who worked in Australia tweeted out that this was snake oil medicine and that I was a snake oil doctor. They just didn’t like the idea that a vitamin which is cheap could save people’s lives. It was against the narrative. It has to be an expensive molecule from pharma, which is specifically designed. The idea that Vitamin C, which is cheap, readily available, and completely safe should actually be able to have a significant impact in reducing mortality from sepsis was snake oil medicine.

Mr. Jekielek:
This is before Covid?

Dr. Marik:
This is before Covid.

Mr. Jekielek:
You were about to talk about Covid, but this is before Covid. What did you think of them saying that?

Dr. Marik:
I was personally offended. I was upset. I was disturbed because they went on this Twitter campaign to suggest that this was not real data, and that I had somehow manipulated the data. This couldn’t be real, because I was going against mainstream medicine. I had no idea what was coming down the line.

Traditional medicine does not like challenges to the status quo. It’s very disturbing to them, particularly when it’s an off-label drug. That’s a theme that I’ve now recognized. As my direction has changed in terms of metabolic syndrome, diabetes, and cancer, I’ve realized that there are many repurposed drugs that are highly effective for these conditions.

Mr. Jekielek:
Is this based on the existing literature we’ve been talking about? This is astounding to most people that in the established literature, hundreds of deeply researched papers will tell you that these things work. But it’s not known in the collective consciousness, even among medical doctors.

Dr. Marik:
Absolutely. Most medical doctors don’t know because they’ve been isolated from this. It’s called brainwashing, propaganda, and manipulation. I use Vitamin D because the amount of data supporting the concept that Vitamin D deficiency causes cancer and that supplementing with Vitamin D reduces your risk of cancer is overwhelming. Yet nobody knows about it and nobody cares.

Medicine is controlled by big pharma. The food industry is controlled by the big nutrition companies. They’re in cahoots to keep Americans as unhealthy as they can by promoting bad food, which causes all of these diseases for which you take drugs which are not curative.

They suppress the symptoms, and they don’t treat the disease. We need a reawakening because this current medical system is broken. Our goal now is to educate clinicians, healthcare workers, and the public that they need to be empowered. The Epoch Times is wonderful in that respect because it does speak the truth.

I’m not making this stuff up. It’s not like I’m taking some psychedelic drug that is disturbing my thought process. In fact, there was a paper written on Vitamin D deficiency in the New England Journal of Medicine. That’s considered the gold standard.

In this review paper, they beautifully describe how Vitamin D deficiency causes cancer and how if you supplement, it reduces the risk. The data’s there, but physicians have been shielded from the truth and the science.

Mr. Jekielek:
There’s another part of the story with respect to the sepsis protocol, which I want you to talk about.

Dr. Marik:
Yes. Because of our involvement in promoting off-labeled drugs and alternative protocols and challenging the narrative, I became a target. What better way to embarrass me, discredit me, and disgrace me than to suggest that my research is fraudulent.

There was an internet physician in Australia who basically went on the internet and made these outrageous claims. He basically said that within five minutes of reading my Vitamin C study, it was clear that the data was made up. He perpetuated this accusation on Twitter. He sent notices to most of the social media companies that were promoting the narrative.

He actually wrote a letter to both my hospital that I worked at, and the journal, basically stating that my paper was fraudulent, the data was fabricated and the paper needed to be retracted. This individual, who we absolutely are certain is getting funding from certain sources, had actually written papers and tweets discrediting ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine. This was not just an isolated event. This was a coordinated attack on me and Vitamin C and repurposed drugs. What happened is the journal got this complaint, and they looked at the complaint.

They went through an investigation. Then, they wrote us a letter saying that this complaint was completely false and had no validity. But they said at the same time this happened, they received a new complaint that there was some aberration in our inclusion and exclusion criteria for selecting patients, which violated ethical rules.

They didn’t state where the claim came from, but I’m certain where it came from. So, the hospital got rid of me, when we had shown Vitamin C was actually saving lives. It did save lives, and we had really good data as I explained to you. Our nurses were absolutely convinced it helped. They could see it with their own eyes.

I was a hero. But then Covid came and they didn’t like what I was saying, so I became the anti-hero. They had to get rid of me. As part of their attempt to discredit me, they filed this complaint with the journal accusing me of scientific misconduct. Then, the journal did another investigation, which went on for a year.

At the end of it, like two weeks ago, they basically cleared us. They said, “There’s no validity for any of these accusations.” We were vindicated. What they had requested was changing two words in the methods section, which really were inconsequential. The results stand, and the discussion stands.

In the conclusion, they just wanted two minor changes in the methods section. This became a major issue because if the paper had been retracted, which was their goal, this would have suggested that the research on Vitamin C was fraudulent and had no validity, and would’ve ended the use of Vitamin C for sepsis. Sepsis is a really important disease. We have a simple intervention that can save lives.

Mr. Jekielek:
20 million people a year, globally.

Dr. Marik:
Yes, globally. In a way, this is a victory for me, but really it’s a victory for medicine. It’s a victory for science. Hopefully, people will now say our paper was scrutinized, and they went out of their way to find fault with my paper. They had scientists and epidemiologists and all kinds of people trying to find fault with our paper.

All they could come up with was changing two words. In a way, it does validate our research more than it was before, because they’ve now said it stands. That’s really important for patients with sepsis, which as I said, is a major killer across the world. You can use it in resource-poor countries. Shouldn’t that be what our goal is, to help humanity?

We make up about 4 percent of the global population in America, yet we consume 55 percent of the prescription drugs. How is that possible? 80 percent of prescription opiates are written in this country. This tells you the stranglehold that big pharma has on this country. But the reality is that there are cheap repurposed drugs that can be deployed globally that can have a massive effect on improving the health and welfare of humanity.

Mr. Jekielek:
Those are astounding numbers. You understand there’s something deeply wrong knowing that.

Dr. Marik:
Yes, that’s what is so troubling. Once you see the lies, the deceit, and the dishonesty, you can’t unsee it. Then, you just realize the depth of this corruption. We’ve been brainwashed. The good thing is that we’re exposing this, and there are simple interventions that people can use to empower themselves and improve their health.

They need to be educated, and they need to be informed. When you choose a physician, you need to engage in a conversation just to get an idea where they sit on the spectrum, if they are open to the use of repurposed drugs, and if they’re open to Vitamin D and Vitamin C. Then, ask them what they think about the vaccine.

Because if they are still pushing the vaccine, they’re obviously captured and brainwashed. Patients can choose their healthcare providers and they should select them carefully.

Mr. Jekielek:
Does FLCCC have a network of physicians that they recommend?

Dr. Marik:
Yes.

Mr. Jekielek:
How do you make those choices?

Dr. Marik:
We are working on the list. It’s not ideal because obviously we can’t screen every physician who wants to be listed. What we are actually thinking of doing is certifying physicians. If they watch our educational modules, that will give them a certificate of attendance, and a stamp of approval, which is obviously difficult to do. We don’t want to administer tests and all kinds of things, but it’s very important.

The kind of doctor you have will determine the treatment you get and will determine the outcome. It’s very important you select your physician wisely. We can’t scrutinize every clinician, but we are working on a network, and we are working on certification.

We’re actually thinking of a collaborative project with React19 to develop a network of clinicians who can manage the vaccine injured. That’s a starting point. Also, when you look for a new physician, if they don’t have time to speak to you, then you don’t have time for them, because you want to have trust in them.

There are some very good physicians out there who understand the corruption in the system, and who really want to do what they were trained to do; treat patients, follow the hippocratic principle, follow true informed consent, and help people. There are good physicians out there, you just need to find them.

Mr. Jekielek:
Any final thoughts as we finish up?

Dr. Marik:
First of all, thank you for this conversation. People need to think about getting back to basics and common sense, being able to think for themselves, and not being told what to think. These are important issues to think about. Read about it, think about it, explore it, and go on this new adventure.

For me, it has been a really exciting adventure because it’s opened my eyes, and I think it’s opened your eyes. There’s no reason that we all can’t go on this wonderful adventure. We hopefully will live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.

Mr. Jekielek:
Paul Marik, it’s such a pleasure to have you on again.

Dr. Marik:
Thank you, Jan.

Mr. Jekielek:
Thank you all for joining Dr. Paul Marik and me on this episode of American Thought Leaders. I’m your host, Jan Jekielek.

This interview has been edited for clarity and brevity.

Exposing the FDA’s Orwellian Lie About Ivermectin

FACTS MATTER

ROMAN BALMAKOV

It seems like the messaging that’s coming down to us, the American citizens, from our own federal government resembles the world of George Orwell’s 1984 more and more.

Case in point: over on the FDA’s website, they maintain a page called: “Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19”

However, when you dig into it, you’ll find that the clinical trials that the FDA points to (the ones that are listed on that page) say the exact opposite.

As ridiculous as it sounds: the FDA claims that ivermectin does not work against COVID-19, but in order to prove that point, they link to studies that say that it does.

Nearly 10,000 photos from Hunter Biden’s laptop published online

The photos, spanning from 2008 to 2019, are available on BidenLaptopMedia.com.

Updated: June 1, 2023 – 7:31a

Nearly 10,000 photos from first son Hunter Biden’s laptop are available to the public through a website that launched Thursday.

Former Trump White House aide Garrett Ziegler, the founder of the nonprofit research group Marco Polo, said his team took months to review thousands of photos dating from 2008 to 2019 before publishing them Thursday on BidenLaptopMedia.com.

“It’s taken us a couple of months to, one, go through the photos, about 10,000 of them, and redact the genitalia on the photos,” Ziegler told Fox News Digital.

“The number one thing we’re about … is truth and transparency,” he also said. “If the American people want to know what their first family is like, they’re going to get it. And we’re not going to be taking out photos that paint the Bidens in a good light.”

Ziegler also said some of the photos that he feels are not noteworthy were not published on the website.

“There are, for example, screenshots of Candy Crush games where we are fairly confident in saying there’s absolutely no news value to those,” he said. “So it’s going to be, I would say, 98% of the photos on the device, around 10,000 in total, although it’ll be slightly less than that.”

Marco Polo also redacted private information in some of the photos, such as social security numbers and banking information.

The photos published range from images of a shirtless Hunter Biden leaning on his then-lover Zoe Kestan in 2018 to pictures of text conversations.

Marco Polo has been investigating the Biden family for months. The White House claimed in April that Ziegler “illegally” obtained suspicious activity reports on Hunter Biden’s financial activities. The nonprofit watchdog reported in October that the laptop contained documentation of more than 400 alleged crimes involving the first son and his business partners.

Excess deaths in Germany only started appearing after COVID “vaccines” were unleashed, study finds

Image: Excess deaths in Germany only started appearing after COVID “vaccines” were unleashed, study finds

(Natural News) German researchers compiled a study that looks at the burden of Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) mortality in Germany. It shows, simply put, that there were no noticeable excess deaths in the country until after the so-called “vaccines” were unleashed with Operation Warp Speed.

Christof Kuhlbandner and Matthias Reitzner compared the reported number of all-cause deaths (i.e., the number of deaths that occurred independently of all underlying causes) to the number of statistically expected all-cause deaths. They did this using a state-of-the-art method of actuarial science based on population tables, life tables, and longevity trends.

Put simply, the method of actuarial science Kuhlbandner and Reitzner used in the study estimates the expected number of all-cause deaths that would have occurred between 2020 and 2022 had there been no actual “pandemic” (which some argue was the case, as no sample of SARS-CoV-2 was ever isolated using Koch’s postulates).

(Related: In every country where COVID “vaccine” uptake is high, excess deaths are soaring.)

Stillbirth also increased following the unleashing of COVID jabs

For the year 2020, which was prior to the release of the COVID jabs, the observed number of deaths in Germany was roughly what it was expected to be based on what the media was claiming about the virus. All in all, there were 4,000 recorded excess deaths that year in the country.

In 2021, however, the year immediately following the launch of Operation Warp Speed by the Trump administration in late 2020, the number of excess deaths in Germany “was two empirical standard deviations above the expected number,” reaching about 34,000.

In 2022 after the release of “booster” jabs, excess deaths soared even higher, reaching “more than four times the empirical standard deviation” calculated by the scientists. Excess deaths in 2022 hit 66,000, which combined with 2021 numbers yields a cumulative 100,000 excess deaths in Germany following the release of  COVID injections.

The study explains that this exceptionally high excess mortality rate both in 2021 and 2022 was mainly due to an increase in deaths among people aged 15 to 79 from about April 2021 and onward – this being right around the time when the injections were being mass-distributed.

“A similar mortality pattern was observed for stillbirths with an increase of about 9.4 percent in the second quarter and 19.4 percent in the fourth quarter of the year 2021 compared to previous years,” the paper further states, noting that prior to the release of COVID injections, excess stillbirths have not yet occurred at a noticeable rate.

Other studies arrived at similar conclusions and are mentioned in this study’s “Discussion” section, which curiously avoids much mention of the injections. Instead, it blames the government’s restrictive COVID measures such as lockdowns and mask mandates that led to road accidents, delayed medical care, and other factors.

Like many such studies, this one seems to go out of its way to not blame the jabs, stating that “the vaccination campaign that started in 2021 should be visible in reduced excess mortality or even better as a mortality deficit.” In other words, were it not for the jabs, there would have been even more excess deaths in 2021 and 2022, which seems to be the claim being made in this paper.

Try as they might to keep all eyes off the jabs, it is clear to those who have been following this saga closely that things really started to go off the rails after the launch of Operation Warp Speed. Prior to that, it was mostly just dancing TikTok nurses in empty hospitals because barely anybody was actually sick until the shots arrived.

You will find more of the latest news about the COVID sham, including further evidence that COVID jabs are mostly to blame for excess mortality, at Vaccines.news.

TARGET IN TOTAL RETREAT

A whistleblower sent me an exclusive internal Target memo ORDERING the deconstruction of the Groomer “Pride” section ACROSS stores.

I went to the Target we reported from last week to check. I was shocked at what we found.

The Pride display signage is GONE. Groomer items GONE. Satanic designer items GONE. Sex cult children’s books GONE. Tuck swimsuits GONE. Baby clothes GONE. Child mannequins GONE. And much, much more.

This is the power we have to protect our children. We should use it more often. Onward.

US military AI drone simulation kills operator before being told it is bad, then takes out control tower

US Air Force official says, ‘It killed the operator because that person was keeping it from accomplishing its objective’

A U.S. Air Force official said last week that a simulation of an artificial intelligence-enabled drone tasked with destroying surface-to-air missile (SAM) sites turned against and attacked its human user, who was supposed to have the final go- or no-go decision to destroy the site.

The Royal Aeronautical Society said it held its Future Combat Air & Space Capabilities Summit in London from May 23-24, which brought together about 70 speakers and more than 200 delegates from around the world representing the media and those who specialize in the armed services industry and academia.

The purpose of the summit was to talk about and debate the size and shape of the future’s combat air and space capabilities.

AI is quickly becoming a part of nearly every aspect in the modern world, including the military.

U.S. Air Force Colonel Tucker “Cinco” Hamilton, the chief of AI test and operations spoke during the summit and provided attendees a glimpse into ways autonomous weapons systems can be beneficial or hazardous.

The Royal Aeronautical Society provided a wrap up of the conference and said Hamilton was involved in developing the life-saving Automatic ground collision avoidance system for F-16 fighter jets, but now focuses on flight tests of autonomous systems, including robotic F-16s with dogfighting capabilities.

During the summit, Hamilton cautioned against too much reliability on AI because of its vulnerability to be tricked and deceived.

He spoke about one simulation test in which an AI-enabled drone turned on its human operator that had the final decision to destroy a SAM site or note.

The AI system learned that its mission was to destroy SAM, and it was the preferred option. But when a human issued a no-go order, the AI decided it went against the higher mission of destroying the SAM, so it attacked the operator in simulation.

“We were training it in simulation to identify and target a SAM threat,” Hamilton said. “And then the operator would say yes, kill that threat. The system started realizing that while they did identify the threat at times, the operator would tell it not to kill that threat, but it got its points by killing that threat. So, what did it do? It killed the operator. It killed the operator because that person was keeping it from accomplishing its objective.”

Hamilton explained that the system was taught to not kill the operator because that was bad, and it would lose points. So, rather than kill the operator, the AI system destroyed the communication tower used by the operator to issue the no-go order.

“You can’t have a conversation about artificial intelligence, intelligence, machine learning, autonomy if you’re not going to talk about ethics and AI,” Hamilton said.

Every corporation pushing LGBT on children HATES YOU: MLB, Target, Budweiser, Disney, and more

Image: Every corporation pushing LGBT on children HATES YOU: MLB, Target, Budweiser, Disney, and more

(Natural News) The United States of America in the year 2023 is worse, arguably, than Sodom and Gomorrah were when God decided to obliterate those two cesspools of perversion and wickedness off the face of the earth back in Old Testament times. And those carrying the handbasket of the country straight into hell include corporate household names like Target, Disney, and Major League Baseball (BLM).

Just this week, the Los Angeles Dodgers invited a full-fledged hate group called the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence to stage an event at its upcoming “Pride Night” on June 16. Said hate group performed a blasphemous mock-up of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ using homosexuals and transgenders to recreate the scene.

It is about the most disgusting and perverse type of thing you can imagine, and this is what passes for an “American pastime” in 2023, with the full endorsement of the MLB.

“This hate group calls itself the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, but all it really is is a bunch of degenerate perverts who engage in blasphemy,” warns John Nolte, writing for Breitbart News. “Its whole reason for being is to attack and defile the Christian faith. This group of cruel gays and transvestites exists only to shove its hatred of Christianity into the face of Christians.”

“The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence is nothing more or less than a vicious hate group, and Major League Baseball has extended it an invitation, has brought it under the umbrella of the MLB imprimatur, and is legitimizing and normalizing hatred of Christians.”

Like any skilled child molester, corporate America has refined the art of corrupting and destroying children with LGBT grooming and programming

Anheuser-Busch is another corporate mouthpiece for pushing Sodom and Gomorrah “values” on America with its recent Bud Light Dylan Mulvaney stunt – anything to corrupt your children by luring them into sexual perversion as early as possible.

The Walt Disney Company is much more sinister, churning out children’s cartoons and other programming that are indelibly laced with brazen wickedness and grooming tactics designed to brainwash children into joining the Cult of LGBT.

Since said cult cannot reproduce on its own, it has to recruit, which is what Disney, Anheuser-Busch, the Los Angeles Dodgers, and many other perverse institutions have made their primary focus.

“After spending decades gaining the trust of you and your children (which is what all child molesters do), Disney is now exposing your children to the ‘joys’ of being gay, a transvestite, a drag queen, or a transsexual,” Nolte says.

“Disney is openly and aggressively interfering with the normal sexual development of your children as a means to allow degenerates to exploit and abuse them. Disney is desperate to normalize exposing children to adult sexuality, to normalize the path to unhappiness, disease, suicide, and Hell.”

Target, meanwhile, is trying to recruit children into not just the Cult of LGBT but also blatant Satanism. While we have received word that Target is backtracking, at least for now, on its latest “Pride Collection” clothing offerings for children, suffice it to say that Target wants as many children to become little Baphomet posers wearing its grotesque clothing.

“We are so far beyond live and let live,” Nolte writes.

“No, what we have is some of the world’s largest and most powerful corporations … actively abusing our trust to expose and normalize hate and to target innocent children with perversions, Satan worship, innocence-shattering images, and men so evil they want to dress up as women and behave sexually in front of little boys and girls.”

Child Star Ricky Schroder Tells Story About Hollywood ‘Disturbing’ Event

by Nicholas Dolinger

The former child star Ricky Schroder, known for his heterodox political views, took to Instagram last week with a tale of Hollywood debauchery, attesting to a strange ritual which the actor reports to have witnessed in his youth.

Schroder began the story with an aside about a beloved uncle who fought on behalf of America in the World War II, noting how his uncle’s unit would summarily execute members of the Schutzstaffel who they encountered on the field.

However, Schroder’s video takes a strange turn when he begins to reflect on a bizarre incident from the libertine era of 1970s and 80s Hollywood: an occult ritual which would make Heinrich Himmler blush, which Schroder claims to have witnessed at a very young age.

“When I was young, I couldn’t drive yet. I was hanging out with the older guys… somebody popped in a cassette tape into a VHS player, and there was a room with a body, I believe it was male, laying on a table, and people came around the room—it was dimly lit, but they had hoods and robes on—and they had some sort of ritual, where they took out a knife and they cut him down the side. It was his right side, and they took out parts of him, and the blood started flowing, and they were chanting.”

“There was [sic] women there, and they took off their clothes, and then they took the blood and they smeared it on their bodies, and they started to be sexual with each other. It was quite disturbing to see.”

Schroder then says that his friends gave him the cassette tape, which he then took and showed to another trusted individual, who instructed the young Schroder never to watch the video again and to return it to its owner.

“I was always confused about why they didn’t ask where it came from. And so I believe that I met some of the cult members when I was younger, and they could be the Illuminati or tied to them, and if you type in “Illuminati” backwards, it’ll actually take you to the NSA” (Indeed, a cursory Google search of “itanimulli” does return the official website of the National Security Agency as top result, reportedly the consequence of a prank.)

Rumors of Hollywood occult practice have circulated since the institution’s golden age, and movie stars including Dan Aykroyd, Sammy Davis Jr. and Gabrielle Anwar have all professed to dabble in various occult traditions.

During the 90s, there was a particular fashion among the Beverly Hills elite for Kabbalah, a Jewish esoteric tradition which seeks to find surprising, hidden meaning in traditional Hebrew texts.

However, occultist and professional diviner Chris Gabriel is dismissive of Schroder’s particular account, suggesting that such incidents are rare and not reflective of true esoteric tradition.

“Likely a schizophrenic, undoubtedly traumatized as a child, I doubt the reality of it,” Gabriel said in a statement to Resist the Mainstream regarding Schroder and the alleged ritual.

“But it reminds me of Exquisite Corpse, which theorizes that [Los Angeles murder victim] Black Dahlia was an “art murder.” I’d imagine any ‘Hollywood deviancy that reaches into death rituals are art murders. Related to the occult only in aesthetic.”

When asked about the distinction between “art murder” and authentic occult ritual, Gabriel opined that the former lacks tradition and emerges as a response to art and media.

“Authentic occult groups are generally short lived, as they rely on certain capable individuals to maintain them,” Gabriel added.

Nonetheless, for those concerned with the seedy underbelly of the entertainment industry, such distinctions seem to matter little.

And Schroder was adamant about what he perceives as the dark networks of occult blackmail which he believes underlie the entire system, spanning far beyond the shining stars of the movie industry.

“If, in fact, we have no accountability or justice, it could be because these people who are supposed to bring us justice, and protect and defend the Constitution, are corrupted by this cult, which I believe exists… globally, but it especially has roots in Hollywood and in the environmental cult and in industry and politics,” Schroder said.

“I have no fear of them. I only fear Jesus,” the actor concluded.

WORLD EXCLUSIVE: Revealed – Bill Gates’s younger Russian ‘lover’ and her links to notorious Kremlin spy Anna Chapman

  • The Microsoft tycoon’s links to Epstein are troubling enough
  • But now our investigation asks: Was he drawn into the scandal over Moscow’s bid to infiltrate the rich and powerful in the West?

Two young women stride along a New York street, barely breaking step to flash smiles at the camera. One of them is slightly out of focus, but her face — and the face of her friend — is unmistakable. Chillingly so.

The strawberry blonde on the right is Russian bridge player Mila Antonova, the woman alleged this week to have been the former lover of billionaire Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates — as well as an associate and financial beneficiary of the late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

What makes this photograph sensational, however, is the presence of the flame-haired woman on the left. She is none other than notorious Moscow spy Anna Chapman.

This week, a world exclusive investigation by the Daily Mail has uncovered a potentially disturbing and unexplained link between Gates’s erstwhile Russian ‘lover’ and Kremlin spook Chapman.

While there is no evidence of any wrong-doing on Antonova’s part, it seems to be a connection which raises serious questions for Gates and, of course, for the California-based Russian herself.

Despite repeated approaches this week, it’s still not known whether the 67-year-old Microsoft boss had any knowledge of any potential link between Antonova and Chapman, daughter of a former KGB officer.

Last week, however, Gates’s spokeswoman admitted that paedophile Epstein, who was known to cultivate friendships with the ultra-wealthy in order to exploit them, had ‘tried unsuccessfully to leverage a past relationship’ to threaten the business magnate into doing his bidding.

At the time of his brief ‘relationship’ with Antonova, who is nearly 30 years his junior, father-of-three Gates was still married to his former wife, Melinda.

Registered sex offender Epstein wanted Gates to be an ‘anchor donor’ in a multi- billion dollar global charitable fund he planned to set up, to camouflage his sordid private life, and increase his influence.

The pair had more than half a dozen meetings and Gates once flew on Epstein’s private jet, known as the ‘Lolita Express’. He has since said he regrets meeting with the disgraced billionaire financier, who apparently killed himself in jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

Gates’s spokeswoman has insisted any meetings were ‘solely for philanthropic purposes’. Gates ultimately declined to join Epstein’s charitable fund, and the project did not go ahead.

Even so, the question remains: if Epstein knew about the alleged affair — and later made sure Gates knew that he knew — did he also know about Antonova’s apparent links to Chapman?

Certainly, a relationship between Gates, one of the most influential businessmen on the planet, and a woman who appears to have connections to a Kremlin intelligence agent is troubling.

Bridge player Mila Antonova interviews Bill Gates at 2010 tournament

She moved to New York in 2009 from the UK, where she had been issued with a UK passport after marrying a British man.

The FBI finally swooped on her and other Russian SVR (formerly KGB) intelligence agents in June 2010, after this photograph was taken in Manhattan. It captures a smug-looking Chapman gesturing with her hand towards the former Art Deco office block, a stone’s throw from Wall Street, where she kept a luxury apartment.

Her arrest came less than a year after the then 53-year-old Gates had first met Antonova, in the somewhat unlikely setting of the North American Bridge Championship tournament in Washington DC in the summer of 2009. Gates, now a technology adviser to Microsoft and one of its largest shareholders, is a well-known bridge devotee and a regular attendee at the three-times-a-year NABC tournaments.

Antonova, who is now believed to be 39, is also a keen player and has previously claimed that the card game, which she learned while at school in Russia, helped her to focus on her studies.

A professional player who has played with Antonova, described her as an ‘intermediate player, like Gates’. Speaking to the Mail, he added: ‘She was a nice young woman — very keen on bridge and smart. She certainly had an interest in the game and a drive to get better.’

The professional player added that the NABC tournaments were also ‘social events’.

It is not known exactly when the alleged affair between Gates and Antonova began, but in August 2009, just a few weeks after the Washington tournament held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, she appeared to be in a happy frame of mind when she tweeted that she was ‘going to bed and very excited about the future’. Seven months later, in March 2010, the pair were seen together again at the NABC spring tournament in Reno, Nevada.

This week, the Mail discovered a video of Gates made by Antonova during the tournament for her Bridgeunion.com website.

Speaking in heavily accented Russian, she begins by asking him: ‘Who are you?’

The flirtatious smile he gives in return and her off-screen giggles seem to suggest they both find the question amusing.

A couple of months later, on June 9, 2010, Antonova boasted of her connection to Gates at an ‘Ignite NYC’ conference, at which speakers were allowed just five minutes on stage in front of New York’s ‘brightest geeks’ to share their chosen subject. Giving her theme as ‘bridge is a powerful mind game’, she quoted the Hollywood star and acerbic wit Mae West, who had once famously quipped: ‘Good sex is like bridge: if you don’t have a good partner, you’d better have a good hand.’

The late actress had, Antonova said, ‘found great connection between my two favourite things’.

A video of her confident performance shows the Russian, appearing much younger than her years, her dyed red hair plaited into girlish braids as she repeats that saucy Mae West quote on the stage.

She also name-drops Gates along with his close friend and sometime bridge partner, billionaire industrialist Warren Buffett, claiming the pair are ‘very avid players’ who’d ‘donated a million dollars to promote bridge at schools’. It’s worth noting that in 2009 Antonova had set up her own, and now defunct, organisation, Bridge Union, to do just that — promote the game among deprived schoolchildren.

It’s perhaps worth noting, too, that Anna Chapman also claimed to have worked for Buffett when she was living in New York.

During her speech, an image of Antonova and Gates appears on a screen beside her. She tells the audience: ‘Two years ago, I said, ‘Everyone, I’m going to meet this guy’,’ suggesting that her meeting with the billionaire was premeditated.

She adds: ‘No one believed me. Last year, I played against him at the same table at the National Bridge Tournament in Washington DC. I didn’t beat him, but I tried to kick him with my leg.’

Antonova also said that she came to New York in 2006 —although she didn’t say why or how — barely speaking English, and had supported herself after she arrived.

Little is known about her early life in Russia. She attended university between 2000 and 2005 and studied at the Togliatti Institute of Management on the banks of the river Volga in the Samara region, south-east of Moscow.

The institution claims its mission is to train students who have a ‘heightened sense of responsibility to their people and the state for the worthy future of the country’.

The Mail has also discovered that before the alleged affair with Gates, Antonova had already forged an association with another wealthy, successful older man — the award-winning film director Chad Gracia whose debut film, The Russian Woodpecker, won a prize in 2015 at the renowned Sundance Film Festival.

In June 2009 — a month before Antonova met Bill Gates — Gracia posted photographs on his Facebook page of Antonova in a wetsuit, standing on Brighton Beach, a predominantly Russian enclave of New York.

Undated, posed professional photographs from a wedding in Brooklyn also include shots of Antonova sitting on Gracia’s knee, his arm around her waist. They appear in the background of another shot of the entire wedding party taken during the evening reception. Antonova appears to be on Gracia’s knee again.

She and Gracia were registered as living at the same address in New York and worked for the same company, public records show.

Mr Gracia was the founder of Tipzu, a company which allowed people to launch and manage e-commerce sites based on their hobbies or interests.

According to Ms Antonova’s LinkedIn profile, she was a bookkeeper there in 2008.

The company was based at a luxury apartment in Manhattan, and Ms Antonova also lived at the same address, public records show.

Another old address for Ms Antonova was a Manhattan apartment which now costs $11,500 a month to rent.

Based in Kyiv before the Russian invasion, aside from his film and theatre work Gracia describes himself as a U.S.-registered securities broker who has worked with the Saudi royal family and has raised more than $1.5 billion for his clients.

On his company website, he also claims to have worked with U.S. secret service agencies after the terrorist attack on the Twin Towers in September 2001. Gracia did not respond to email and phone messages from this newspaper this week.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, where he studied Russian literature and history, 53-year-old Gracia is currently finalising a film called Sex In The Soviet Union, described as ‘a powerful examination of the roots of Russia’s toxic sexual culture that helps understand the current invasion of Ukraine’.

In a 2017 interview with a Ukrainian magazine, Gracia said he started to research his latest film after unsubstantiated rumours emerged of the existence of a Russian ‘kompromat’ sex tape, featuring former U.S. President Donald Trump in a Moscow hotel with several prostitutes.

‘I started to research could it be possible and I discovered that starting from the Sixties there was a serious large-scale programme to find young boys and girls — ‘Swallows and Ravens’ they were called — and recruit them into the KGB. First they had to train them in sex,’ he said.

He detailed how recruits were taught using pornography: ‘They had these students watch people have sex and then they themselves had to have sex with other students or visiting army cadets.’

It is not known how long Gates’s alleged affair with Antonova lasted. It came to light following a leak of records kept by Epstein to the Wall Street Journal.

Officials unravelling his complex finances and sex trafficking ring are focusing on wealthy individuals with whom the disgraced financier may have done business.

According to the WSJ, Epstein met Antonova when she was looking for funding to start an online business teaching people how to play bridge. Documents seen by the WSJ are said to reveal that they were introduced by Croatian-born Boris Nikolic, a Gates confidant and science adviser.

They met at Epstein’s townhouse in November 2013, where Antonova set out her proposal, asking for $500,000 for her ‘BridgePlanet’ project.

Documents seen by the WSJ show that Epstein gave feedback, and on November 9 Antonova emailed him to thank him for the meeting. Ultimately he didn’t invest.

But the following year, in November 2014, Antonova stayed briefly at a New York apartment provided by Epstein. Last week she told the WSJ that she ‘didn’t interact with him or with anyone else while there’.

She added: ‘I had no idea that he was a criminal or had any ulterior motive. I just thought he was a successful businessman and wanted to help. I am disgusted with Epstein and what he did.’

After failing to secure funding for her project, she said she decided to become a software programmer and asked several people, including Epstein, to lend her money for a U.S. programming boot camp called Hack Reactor.

‘Epstein agreed to pay, and he paid directly to the school,’ she told the WSJ.

‘Nothing was exchanged. I don’t know why he did that. When I asked, he said something like, he was wealthy and wanted to help people when he could.’

In 2017, years after Gates’s alleged relationship with Antonova had ended, Epstein allegedly emailed Gates asking him to reimburse him for the cost of her programming school fees.

Given that both men were billionaires, the sum involved was immaterial. According to the WSJ, ‘the tone of the message was that Epstein knew about the affair and could expose it’.

For decades, Epstein and his British girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell wooed the rich and the powerful, entertaining them at homes in New York, Florida and New Mexico as well as at Epstein’s 75-acre private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands, nicknamed Little St Jeff by locals, which was a perfect hideaway and haven for trafficking young women and underage girls for sex.

He installed cameras in his properties, recording sex tapes he could later use to blackmail his rich and powerful friends.

Since his death, there have been several claims that Epstein was also in the pay of Russian secret services.

Epstein was placed on the New York sex offenders’ register in 2008 after pleading guilty to soliciting and procuring a minor for prostitution — with a warning that he was at high risk of re-offending.

He was arrested in July 2019 on charges of child sex trafficking, prompting dozens of his victims to come forward with claims of sexual abuse against him.

He died in his jail cell a month later in an apparent suicide, leaving behind a little black book full of contacts for politicians, celebrities and wealthy people and a trail of sex videos and documents.

A Wall Street Journal investigation earlier this month revealed that names uncovered in those documents included film director Woody Allen, former Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak and author and political activist Noam Chomsky. Other associates include former U.S. Presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton, who both deny knowing about Epstein’s criminal activities.

Last year, Prince Andrew settled a sex assault case against him filed by Virginia Giuffre, who claimed to have been trafficked by Epstein and Maxwell. He agreed to pay her around £12 million.

British intelligence chiefs have already expressed concern that Russia may have obtained ‘kompromat’ on Prince Andrew over the Epstein scandal.

Ghislaine Maxwell is now serving a 20-year sentence for sex trafficking, but the truth about Epstein continues to emerge.

Attempts to contact Mr Nikolic for comment were unsuccessful. However, he has previously said that he deeply regrets meeting Epstein, knew nothing about his sexual activities with young women and described his crimes as ‘despicable’.

Mr Nikolic was named as the third executor of Epstein’s estate after his death, but he refused to fulfil his duties, saying he had known nothing about the businessman’s will and suspected his name had been included as a retaliatory gesture against Gates.

Once regarded as the face of global philanthropy, Gates’s formerly geekish image has undergone something of a sea change in recent years.

Married to Melinda French Gates for 27 years, the couple made the shock announcement that they were splitting two years ago, allegedly over his infidelity and his association with Epstein.

In the wake of that announcement came reports of a rather racier side to the tech tycoon.

As a student, one biographer claimed, he was a frequent visitor to Boston’s notorious ‘Combat Zone’, an area famous for its many strip clubs, peep shows, X-rated cinemas and adult bookstores.

And during the early days of Microsoft, he was said to have hired dancers to come to his lakeside home and swim naked with his friends in his indoor pool.

It is not clear if 58-year-old Melinda knew of her husband’s alleged affair with Antonova when she divorced him. She later said in an interview that she had warned Gates that Epstein was ‘evil personified’, but that her then husband still met with him.

In recent years, Gates has attempted to minimise his ties to Epstein, saying that it was ‘a huge mistake to spend time with him’.

Whether or not he regrets his alleged affair with Antonova, is another matter entirely.

That alleged relationship, Antonova’s links to Epstein and, above all, her apparent links to the spy Anna Chapman, add another tangled layer to this whole sorry saga.

And at a time when Russia is at loggerheads with both the U.S. and the UK, the connection will inevitably reignite concerns about attempts by Russian security services to infiltrate the ranks of the rich and powerful in the West.

EU Issues Warning After Elon Musk Pulls Twitter Out of Anti-‘Disinformation’ Agreement

By Jack Phillips

May 28, 2023Updated: May 29, 2023

Senior European Union officials were furious over the weekend after Twitter owner Elon Musk pulled the social media platform out of the bloc’s “Code of Practice,” which critics say is tantamount to a censorship regime.

The EU’s internal market commissioner, Thierry Breton, wrote that Twitter left the bloc’s Code of Practice, after reports claimed the platform would do so. Breton warned that Twitter would face some legal liabilities.

“Twitter leaves EU voluntary Code of Practice against disinformation. But obligations remain. You can run, but you can’t hide,” Breton wrote. “Beyond voluntary commitments, fighting disinformation will be legal obligation under #DSA as of August 25. Our teams will be ready for enforcement.”

An EU official also told Euractiv that the bloc is “waiting for this,” and “it was purely a matter of time” before reports surfaced that Musk would withdraw.

The rules known as the Digital Services Act (DSA) require companies to do risk management, conduct external and independent auditing, share data with authorities and researchers, and adopt a code of conduct by August.

The 19 companies that are subject to the rules include Alphabet’s Google Maps, Google Play, Google Search, Google Shopping, YouTube, Meta’s Facebook and Instagram, Amazon’s Marketplace, Apple’s App Store, and Twitter. The others are Microsoft’s two units LinkedIn and Bing, booking.com, Pinterest, Snap Inc’s Snapchat, TikTok, Wikipedia, Zalando, and Alibaba’s AliExpress.

“We consider these 19 online platforms and search engines have become systematically relevant and have special responsibilities to make the internet safer,” Breton told reporters earlier this year, adding that those companies would have to target so-called disinformation.

Breton said he was checking to see whether another four to five companies fall under the DSA, with a decision expected in the next few weeks. Breton singled out Facebook’s content moderation system for criticism because of its role in building opinions on key issues.

“Now that Facebook has been designated as a very large online platform, Meta needs to carefully investigate the system and fix it where needed ASAP,” he said, adding: “We are also committed to a stress test with TikTok which has expressed also interest. So I look forward to an invitation to Bytedance’s headquarters to understand better the origin of Tiktok.”

Twitter had agreed earlier to a stress test, and Breton said he and his team would travel to the company’s headquarters in San Francisco at the end of June of this year to carry out the voluntary mock exercise. Breton didn’t detail what the test would entail.

There are guardrails for content generated by artificial intelligence, like deep fake videos and synthetic images, which will have to be clearly labeled when they come up in search results, Breton said. He’s also said that under the Digital Services Act, violations could be punished with hefty fines of up to 6 percent of a company’s annual revenue.

Platforms will have to “completely redesign” their systems to ensure a high level of privacy and safety for children, including verifying users’ ages, Breton said.

Big Tech companies also will have to revamp their systems to “prevent algorithmic amplification of disinformation,” he said, saying he was particularly concerned about Facebook’s content moderation systems ahead of September elections in Slovakia.

Facebook’s parent company said it supports the EU’s new Digital Services Act. “We take significant steps to combat the spread of harmful content on Facebook and Instagram across the EU,” Meta said several weeks ago. “While we do this all year round, we recognize it’s particularly important during elections and times of crisis, such as the ongoing war in Ukraine.”

Criticism

Jacob Mchangama, a Danish historian, sounded the alarm about the Digital Services Act in late 2022, writing in an opinion article that the plan would be a case of the “cure” being “worse than the disease.”

“But when it comes to regulating speech, good intentions do not necessarily result in desirable outcomes,” he wrote for the Los Angeles Times. “In fact, there are strong reasons to believe that the law is a cure worse than the disease, likely to result in serious collateral damage to free expression across the EU and anywhere else legislators try to emulate it.”

Although “removing illegal content sounds innocent enough,” he wrote that “it’s not.” That term—”illegal content”—is “defined very differently across Europe,” he said. “In France, protesters have been fined for depicting President Macron as Hitler, and illegal hate speech may encompass offensive humor” while “Austria and Finland criminalize blasphemy.”

An Epoch Times email that was sent to Twitter for comment was returned with an automated response that included a poop emoji. Musk announced earlier this year that the emoji would be sent automatically when journalists sent requests for comment.

Supreme Court Sides With 94-Year-Old Woman Whose Home Equity Was Seized by County

By Matthew Vadum

May 25, 2023Updated: May 26, 2023

The Supreme Court unanimously ruled that a Minnesota county wronged a grandmother when it forced the sale of her condominium over an unpaid tax debt and kept the sale proceeds that far exceeded the tax she owed.

Critics call such a practice “home equity theft.”

The case came after Pacific Legal Foundation (PLF) released a report late last year saying that 12 states and the District of Columbia allow local governments and private investors to seize dramatically more than what is owed from homeowners who fall behind on property tax payments.

Chief Justice John Roberts wrote the court’s opinion (pdf) in Tyler v. Hennepin County, Minnesota, court file 22-166, which was issued on May 25.

“The taxpayer must render unto Caesar what is Caesar’s, but no more,” Roberts wrote for the court.

Attorney Christina Martin of PLF, who represents dispossessed homeowner Geraldine Tyler, 94, told the court during oral arguments on April 26 that local governments should not be allowed to take the full value of a home as payment for much smaller property tax debts. PLF is a national not-for-profit public interest law firm that challenges government abuses.

Minnesota law allows counties to retain windfalls at the expense of property owners, and from 2014 to 2020, about 1,200 Minnesota residents lost their homes, along with the equity they held, for debts that averaged 8 percent of the home’s value, according to PLF.

Tyler owned a modest one-bedroom condominium in Hennepin County, but after she was harassed and frightened near her home, she moved to a new apartment in a safer neighborhood. The rent on her new apartment stretched her resources and she fell into arrears on her condo’s property tax bills, accumulating about $2,300 in taxes owed, along with $12,700 in penalties, interest, and costs.

The county seized Tyler’s condo, valued at $93,000, and sold it for just $40,000. Instead of keeping the $15,000 it was owed, the county retained the full $40,000, amounting to a windfall of $25,000, according to PLF.

Tyler sued, arguing that the government violated the Takings Clause of the Fifth Amendment by seizing property in excess of the debt. Her lawsuit was rejected by the courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, which found that the legal forfeiture of the property extinguished the owner’s property interest.

But the county went too far in keeping the windfall, the Supreme Court held in its new ruling.

The principle that a government is not allowed to take from a taxpayer more than she owes is based in English law and goes back at least as far as the Magna Carta of 1215. And Supreme Court precedents have long recognized that a taxpayer is entitled to the surplus in excess of the debt owed, the court stated.

“The Takings Clause ‘was designed to bar Government from forcing some people alone to bear public burdens which, in all fairness and justice, should be borne by the public as a whole,’” Roberts wrote.

“A taxpayer who loses her $40,000 house to the State to fulfill a $15,000 tax debt has made a far greater contribution to the public fisc than she owed.”

Minnesota law “recognizes in many other contexts that a property owner is entitled to the surplus in excess of her debt.”

“[I]f a bank forecloses on a home because the homeowner fails to pay the mortgage, the homeowner is entitled to the surplus from the sale.”

In collecting all other taxes, “Minnesota protects the taxpayer’s right to surplus.” So if a taxpayer falls behind on income tax and the state confiscates and sells the property, state law provides that any surplus must be returned to the owner. The same rule is followed regarding arrears of personal property tax—such as for a car—and real property tax.

In Tyler’s case, the “State now makes an exception only for itself, and only for taxes on real property. But ‘property rights cannot be so easily manipulated,’” Roberts wrote, citing Cedar Point Nursery v. Hassid, a 2021 Supreme Court decision that pitted the property rights of an employer against labor organizing rights.

“Minnesota may not extinguish a property interest that it recognizes everywhere else to avoid paying just compensation when it is the one doing the taking,” Roberts wrote.

Tyler’s attorneys had also argued that Minnesota ran afoul of the Excessive Fines Clause of the Eighth Amendment of the Constitution but because the court accepted her side’s Fifth Amendment argument, “we need not decide whether she has also alleged an excessive fine under the Eighth Amendment,” the chief justice wrote.

PLF’s Martin praised the new court ruling.

“Today’s decision is a major victory for property rights in the United States,” the attorney said.

“This decision affirms that property rights are fundamental and don’t depend solely on state law. The Court’s ruling makes clear that home equity theft is not only unjust, but unconstitutional.”

Justice Neil Gorsuch filed a concurring opinion, which Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson joined.

Gorsuch wrote that he agreed with the majority opinion but said what was done to Tyler may also constitute an economic penalty and therefore violate the Excessive Fines Clause.

“Economic penalties imposed to deter willful noncompliance with the law are fines by any other name. And the Constitution has something to say about them: They cannot be excessive,” Gorsuch wrote.

The ruling in Tyler v. Hennepin County may have an impact on other home equity theft cases pending before the Supreme Court and in other courts across the country.

Dan Rogan, Hennepin County’s assistant administrator and auditor, commented on the Supreme Court opinion.

“Hennepin County represented the interests of Minnesota and many other states with laws that transfer title of abandoned property to reduce the burden to the public. Counties in Minnesota have faithfully administered the state’s property forfeiture laws for well over a century.

“Based on today’s decision which found Minnesota’s law unconstitutional, Minnesota’s property tax forfeiture laws must be revised. Hennepin County will work closely with the Minnesota Legislature to create a process that is consistent with the Supreme Court’s decision,” Rogan told The Epoch Times by email.

Apple signs multibillion-dollar deal with Broadcom for US-made chips

Note: No more Chinese 5G components in America. This is good news!

Broadcom will develop 5G radio frequency components and wireless connectivity components

FOXBusiness

Apple on Tuesday announced it signed a multibillion-dollar deal with Broadcom to manufacture microchips in the U.S.

Under the deal, Broadcom, a technology and advanced manufacturing company, will develop 5G radio frequency components and wireless connectivity components, Apple said.

Some of those components – specifically FBAR filters – will be “designed and built in several key American manufacturing and technology hubs” including Fort Collins, Colorado, according to Apple.

“All of Apple’s products depend on technology engineered and built here in the United States, and we’ll continue to deepen our investments in the U.S. economy because we have an unshakable belief in America’s future,” Apple CEO Tim Cook said in a statement.

The company has already spent billions of dollars to develop the field of 5G technology in the U.S. It’s part of Apple’s commitment, announced in 2021, to invest $430 billion in the U.S. economy over five years.

Apple said it has already supported more than 1,100 jobs at Broadcom’s Fort Collins FBAR filter manufacturing facility. With the newly announced multibillion-dollar partnership, Broadcom will be able “to continue to invest in critical automation projects and upskilling with technicians and engineers,” Apple said.

Apple said it supports more than 2.7 million jobs through direct employment, developer jobs in the iOS app economy and spending with more than 9,000 U.S. suppliers and manufacturers.

With the Tuesday announcement, Apple said it is “on pace to meet” its $430 billion target through direct spending including with American suppliers, data center investments and capital expenditures in the U.S.
