Know Senators By Name And Who To Watch, Notice The Same Senators On Both Bills, SB871 & 866

SB871– KIDS CANT GO TO SCHOOL AT ANY PUBLIC OR PRIVATE elementary or secondary school, childcare center, day nursery, nursery school, family day care home, or development center, unless prior to their admission to that institution they have been fully immunized against COVID-19. To the extent that the bill would create new duties for school districts, the bill would impose a state-mandated local program.

For purposes of the additional immunizations deemed appropriate by the department, and that would be mandated before a pupil’s first admission to the institution, existing law requires that exemptions be allowed for both medical reasons and personal beliefs.

This bill would repeal that provision, thereby removing the personal belief exemption from any additional immunization requirements deemed appropriate by the department.

Ask your representatives to ask these questions during a floor hearing:

What does fully immunized mean and amend the bill to state the exact definition. Is fully immunized a moving target with boosters and the new Omicron vaccine? Don’t we have Sen. Pan on record during SB277 hearings that he promised any new additions to the schedule exemptions would be allowed. Is this really about creating immunity from liability for the government through the NCVIA, since children have been proven to have a full recovery from this illness and not be super spreaders without the use of a potentially harmful vaccine we have no long term safety studies for or any gold standard safety studies on?

Under the EUA( Emergency Use Authorization) the manufacturers are not held liable for the harm their products cause and no compensation is given. Once these products are added the the Childhood Immunization Schedule they will again be covered with zero liability, by the NCVIA( National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act).

They have put forth many bad bills before like SB277 that mandated kids to get all their childhood shots in order to attend school with no opt-out other than a medical exemption, when that wasn’t enough brought forth Sb276 so kids couldn’t even get a medical exemption to attend school because they made it 99.9% of the time impossible to give your child an exemption. He did not pass SR 18 which was the children’s rights bill and would have given your child the rights to get a sex change without parental consent and much more, yet he has introduced the new bill SB866, to allow kids to consent to the new COVID jab and the HPV shot. Both are procedures with serious risks and children should not be getting these procedures without a parents knowledge and when they are too young to logically consent. It is obvious the left wants people to be emotional and make emotional decisions in a rushed manner so that you do not have time to think critically, research and make logical decisions. That’s what this is really about. You are easier to control and manipulate when you are emotional, rushed, pressured, intimidated, and naive. Children are vulnerable, easily influenced and innocently naive and trusting. Teens are often at the age of creating independence from their parents which in those years of coming into their own they can become defiant, rebellious and turn away from their parents teachings, it is a perfect opportunity for the predator state to try to manipulate your children. Why else give children the ability to make a decision only adults should be able to make? Is it really for their own good, for the better of society? 1. Who foots the bill for vaccine injuries? (A: the person injured)
2. Do insurance companies have to insure vaccine injuries? (A: No, and injuries can last a life time and be very costly.)
3. If someone dies from a vaccine, can life insurance refuse to pay out? (A: They can if it is an EUA, Experimental, oh I mean, Emergency Use Authorization)
4. Will the state, employer or who ever is mandating the forced injection be held liable for the person they injure? (A: They should be held accountable.)
5. In the COVID relief funding, how much of that is allocated to assist those who are injured by the injection? (A: None, so that better change.)
6. Where is the scientific proof that these injections are saving more people from harm than are being harmed by the coerced injections? (A: None, they refuse to do the real studies that would provide these answers or to use the gold standard for studies.)

Make a choice to actively show up, speak up, act up in peaceful and loving non-compliance to hold the line and fight for freedom.

HR 74 Desires that the Assembly of the State of California, pass this resolution that health misinformation is declared a public health crisis, and that the State of California is urged to commit to appropriately combating health misinformation and curbing the spread of falsehoods that threaten the health and safety of Californians;

What are those falsehoods? Who decides what is true and what is false? A resolution determines the direction the state will with legislation in the future and where they will spend their time today. Will this censor free speech?

Federal Bill

H.R.550 – Immunization Infrastructure Modernization Act 

The bill is now under consideration by the U.S. Senate where, if passed, it could be implemented in under 12 months.

Alert about H.R. 550, a federal bill that passed in the U.S. House of Representatives Nov. 30 with bipartisan support – all democrats and 80 republicans. The bill, “Immunization Infrastructure Modernization Act of 2021,” would expand state and local health department vaccine-tracking systems to monitor the vaccination status of American citizens. States would provide the information to the federal government.  It is now onto the U.S. Senate where, if passed, could be implemented in under 12 months.  H.R. 550 would lead to a monumental invasion of our rights as American citizens. It would set an incredibly dangerous precedent and could lead to more vaccine mandates, and more restrictions of services and healthcare for the unvaccinated. 

    The bill also creates a mechanism for federal, state and local governments to enforce vaccine passports and possibly no-fly lists. And it would be costly to taxpayers —

it appropriates $400 million dollars to expand vaccine tracking. 

    Part of this money would be spent on grants and cooperative agreements to state or local governmental entities that agree to adopt the new data collection guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. 

   It’s imperative that we work to educate our Senators on why this legislation poses an unprecedented threat to freedom and liberty, and how it will lead to an unconstitutional invasion of privacy and loss of medical freedom. 

    Once freedoms are lost, they’re nearly impossible and extremely costly to regain through legal action. The time to act on this is now!
