California Implements First-in-the-Nation Measure to Encourage Teachers and School Staff and Businesses to Get Vaccinated

August 12, 2021, and schools must be in full compliance by October 15, 2021.

“Educators want to be in classrooms with their students, and the best way to make sure that happens is for everyone who is medically eligible to be vaccinated, with robust testing and multi-tiered safety measures,” said California Teachers Association (CTA) President E. Toby Boyd.

“CCSA supports the orders by the California Department of Public Health to mitigate transmission and ensure a safe return to in-person learning,” said California Charter Schools Association President and CEO Myrna Castrejón. “We urge all educators and school staff to get vaccinated to keep yourselves and students safe.”

In recent weeks, California has led the nation in implementing measures to slow the spread of COVID-19, including:

Vaccine verification for state workers. Requires all state workers to either show proof of full vaccination or be tested at least once per week, and encourages local governments and other employers to adopt a similar protocol. Following California’s announcement, some of the largest California businesses and local governments followed suit, as did the federal government.
Vaccinations for health care workers. Requires workers in health care settings to be fully vaccinated or receive their second dose by September 30, 2021.
Universal masking in K-12 settings. Aligned with guidance from the CDC and American Academy of Pediatrics, California was the first state to implement universal masking in school settings to keep students and staff safe while optimizing fully in-person instruction.
Medi-Cal vaccination incentives. $350 million in incentive payments to help close the vaccination gap between Medi-Cal beneficiaries and Californians as a whole, significantly stepping up outreach in underserved communities.
Statewide masking recommendation. In response to the spike in COVID-19 hospitalizations and new CDC guidance calling for masking, the state recommended mask use for indoor public settings regardless of vaccination status.

California AB455 will require everyone 12 years and older to be fully vaccinated to enter any inn, hotel, motel, or lodging establishment, any restaurant, bar, cafeteria, or other facilities engaged in selling food or beverages for consumption on the premises, and any, theater, concert hall, sports arena, stadium, gym, spa, or other place of exhibition or entertainment. Dr. Peter McCullough: ‘The Vaccines Are Failing’

On the “RFK, Jr. The Defender Podcast,” Dr. Peter McCullough discussed a new study by the Oxford University Clinical Research Group and how the

Pfizer’s vaccine, at 17% to 42% efficacy, doesn’t meet the regulatory standard of 50% efficacy for vaccines.

New research shows people who are vaccinated against COVID are more susceptible to the Delta variant, said McCullough, pointing to a pre-print study by the prestigious Oxford University Clinical Research Group published Aug. 10 in The Lancet.

The paper’s authors demonstrated widespread vaccine failure and transmission under tightly controlled circumstances in a hospital lockdown in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.

The efficacy for the Pfizer vaccine is measured as being anywhere from 17% to 42% effective.

“These levels are far below the 50% regulatory standard to even have a vaccine on the market,” said McCullough.

Regardless of the variant or the vaccine, McCullough said the bottom line is that “the vaccines are failing.”

Amendment 1 adds Assembly Members Low, and Akilah Weber.
Amendment 2 adds “Principal coauthors: Senators Newman, Pan, and Wiener.”
Amendment 3 inserts: An act to add Section 52.8 to the Civil Code, to add Section 12940.4 to the Government Code, and to add Section 248.4 to the Labor Code, relating to COVID-19 vaccination requirements, and declaring the urgency thereof, to take effect immediately.
Amendment 5: 52.8. (a) Notwithstanding any other law, an establishment, as defined in subdivision (b), shall require each person who is eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, who seeks to enter the indoor facilities of that establishment, to show proof to an employee or authorized agent of the establishment that the person has been vaccinated against COVID-19.

With only 10 days left of the legislative session is it possible to get this bill on the governor’s desk before the September 10th, 2021 deadline? Yes, however, it will require all the rules to be waived so it can be expedited. Both of these bills will have to be heard in a Senate Committee, likely the Senate Health Committee of which Senator Pan is the chair, then be voted on the Senate Floor, voted on the Assembly Floor, before going to the Governor’s desk.

Both bills are “urgency” bills which means they require a 2/3 majority vote and would go into effect as soon as they are signed by the Governor. Remember we have a mono-party in California so it is likely this bill can pass.

Los Angeles Is About To Require Vaccine Passports:

Los Angeles Daily News, the vote that passed the Los Angeles City Council on Wednesday was “to have the city attorney prepare an ordinance requiring people to show proof of at least partial vaccination against covid-19 to enter most public indoor spaces in the city, including restaurants, bars, gyms, concert venues, movie theaters, and even retail establishments…The motion also instructed the chief legislative analyst to work with the Economic Workforce and Development Department and the city attorney’s office to decide what types of public spaces should be included, using input from business, business organizations, and council offices.”

So the concept of the law has been passed, but the actual mandate has not yet been written or passed.

I think it’s time for us all to pressure all city council members, but especially our own! We want to stop the concept of vaccine passports! Once this “license to live normally in a supposedly free country” passes, they can add any other vaccines, booster shots, etc. to it, whenever the mass media promotes a fear campaign.

Federal law, Title 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(I-III) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, states the following about products granted emergency authorization usage:

Individuals to whom the product is administered are informed in which the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; AND of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.

The California Constitution States:

1) Article I Sec. 3 – people have the right to assemble freely, and public officials and agencies shall be open to the public.

2) Health and Safety Code 24170 – prohibits UNLAWFUL COERCION to take any medical drug or health experiment. This is explained in the following:

§ 24171 (j) demands that people be given the opportunity to decide to consent or not to consent to a medical experiment without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, coercion, or undue influence on that decision.

3) California Civil Code § 51 protects our personal rights and states that all persons within the jurisdiction of this state are free and equal, and no matter what their sex, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship, primary language, or immigration status are entitled to the full and equal accommodations, advantages, facilities, privileges, or services in all business establishments of every kind whatsoever.

The Third Reich ended in 1946, when we put the doctors who committed these human experiments on trial in Nuremberg and then, we put them to death. It ended with the adoption of the Nuremberg Code, so we would never repeat the sins of history. And it states, and I quote: ‘The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential;”

The CDC Admits There Is No Gold Standard For Isolation of Any Virus

There has been no approval of any Moderna, AstraZeneca, or Johnson&Johnson vaccines.

The news reports say the vaccine has been approved, but the FDA announcement applies only to Pfizer.

This is a bait and switch, since Pfizer has created a new legal

entity called COMIRNATY to replace its BIOTECH vaccine. We are told they are the same, but if so,

Why rename it?

That is a huge red flag:

seeing a renaming at the same time as an alleged FDA approval. Why wouldn’t the FDA just approve the existing BIOTECH vaccine?

Plus, do we have any proof they are the same? No. Pfizer admits they are separate entities in the new filings, and that is obvious regardless. In any legal document, a name switch implies a legal change. Any name change in a legal document implies either a real change, or some sort of switcheroo.

Any honest judge would spot this in a second.

But for now that hardly matters, because they admit COMIRNATY is still in production, and that most

or all the existing Pfizer vaccine is BIOTECH.

So they have approved a vaccine that does not exist!

Which means all the actual vaccine in existing vials now being pushed on the military and government

employees and college students IS NOT APPROVED. It is still emergency-use vaccine, which cannot

be mandated. Therefore, it still can be legally refused.

Any court martial will fail.

I predict they never will produce any COMIRNATY, or if they do it will never hit the shelves. Why?

Because they prefer emergency-use vaccines, for which they have zero liability.

Which just means this whole approval thing is another bluff. The entire COVID fiasco has been a bluff

from the first word, since none of the mandates have had any legal standing!

Before this, there was no such thing as a “mandate”. They just made the word up, as far as legal application of this sort is concerned.

Governors, mayors, health departments, and school boards have

no legal authority to pass

mask, vaccine, or other laws, since they are not legislative bodies.

This is why they are trying to sandwich state legislation urgency bills!

“Mandate” is not a legal term, and none of these

mandates have ever had any legal standing.

Some of them had potential limited legal force in the first

month, back in March of 2020, but after that they were all null and void. The legislatures were

expected to step in and pass laws to address these issues, but they never did.

Courts, including national Supreme Courts, have already ruled on this many times, confirming what I

just said. Most recently, the Supreme Court of Spain ruled that COVID passports applied to public

access are illegal. All the mandates over there concerning vaccines for entry to buildings and transport

have been struck down. The same is true in many other countries. Many US state Supreme Courts

Military Mandates

The Pentagon released guidelines for how service members could request a religious exemption in lieu of getting the coronavirus vaccine.

By mid-September, all active-duty forces in the military will be required to get shots in their arms to counter the coronavirus as cases continue to once again increase nationwide.

DEFENSE SECRETARY TO MANDATE COVID VACCINE FOR US MILITARY BY SEPT. 15

“There is a religious exemption possibility for any mandatory vaccine, and there’s a process that we go through to counsel the individual both from a medical and from a command perspective about using a religious exemption,” Pentagon press secretary John Kirby said Tuesday.

Kirby said military service members who wish to seek an exemption will be required to be counseled by a medical professional and a commander over the risks posed by not receiving the vaccine.

In addition, they will discuss how the decision could affect their deployability, travel, or even assignments – though the request processes will differ in each branch.

“We take freedom of religion and worship seriously, in the military, it’s one of the things that we sign up to defend,” Kirby said. “And so it’s something that’s done very carefully.”

Exemptions for pre-existing medical conditions will be permitted as well, though those will be identified by a medical professional.

Kirby also said that any service member who is hesitant to receive the vaccine will receive counseling on its safety and effectiveness.

“We have every expectation that once the vaccines are made mandatory, the troops are going to….do the right thing,” he said. “Going forward with this particular vaccine, the secretary’s expectation is that commanders are going to treat the administration of that vaccine with – as he wrote in his memo – professionalism, skill, and compassion.”

Kirby’s comments come just one day after Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin formally announced all service members who are not already vaccinated will be required to receive either the Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson vaccine by Sept. 15.

Austin said the mandatory vaccinations could be enforced sooner if the Food and Drug Administration approved one of the vaccines prior to mid-September.

More than 74 percent of Navy service members have received the vaccine. But other branches have lagged behind.

The Air Force has reported a 65 percent vaccination rate, while the Army has reported 50 percent of its service members have received at least one shot in the arm.

Recently the State of California has required us to put more extensive measures in place to ensure the health and safety of our staff, patients, and community.

A Public Health Order (“PHO”) was signed on July 26, 2021, requiring twice weekly testing of unvaccinated workers in high-risk settings (acute care) and once weekly testing of unvaccinated workers in ambulatory settings. The requirements of this PHO require full compliance no later than August 23, 2021. Another PHO was signed on August 5, 2021 requiring that all healthcare workers be fully vaccinated by September 30, 2021. Exceptions will only be made for valid documented medical or religious reasons. In order to comply with the State mandated PHO,

Scripps Health will terminate those employees who are not vaccinated by September 30, 2021 and have not obtained an approved exemption.

In the meantime, all unvaccinated workers must comply with the testing requirements set forth in the July 26, 2021 PHO. These mandates are fully supported by the Scripps Vaccine Committee.

Red Alert: Covid internment camps announced in America

On Friday, Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee signed Executive Order 83, which authorizes National Guard and State Guard troops to break into peoples’ homes, kidnap them at gunpoint, and take them to covid internment camps, all without any due process or respect for civil rights. Individuals can be targeted for this medical kidnapping by armed troops via “telephone assessments,” and the medical kidnapping of American citizens is being labeled “involuntary commitment” to “temporary quarantine and isolation facilities.”

The Tennessee EO is on top of the CDC’s announcement that COVID camps will be set up on a nationwide basis, with people being medically kidnapped and taken to “humanitarian settings” where they will be forced into labor pools, just like a scene ripped right out of Nazi Germany.

It’s all now publicly announced. What Americans once dismissed as “conspiracy theory” has become government policy, and the mass arrests, executions and death camp operations will commence as soon as the vaccine is “approved” by the FDA.

There is growing concern among Tennesseans after Gov. Bill Lee quietly issued an Executive Order on Friday giving the state permission to call up the National Guard and State Guard “in connection with certain health care and emergency services operations.” Tennessee Stands, an influential statewide conservative coalition, said they found some of the governor’s orders “exceptionally concerning.” One section of Executive Order 83 would permit the construction of “temporary quarantine and isolation facilities.” “Telephone assessments for involuntary commitment cases are permitted,” the executive order also states. Tennesseans took to social media to express their grave concerns about the governor’s response to the China Virus. “Wow! The guard will be utilized? Involuntary commitment? And construction of quarantine and isolation facilities? Thought all of that was just a silly conspiracy theory,” one concerned citizen noted. “The pieces add up to a very scary picture!! People need to wake up,” one concerned citizen wrote. “I would like to know the specific scenarios and situations that would need to take place in order for these actions to be implemented. They are too open ended and vague which leads to open door interpretation and neglected use which would not work in our best interests. We need to demand specificity.”
